This dining experience was very disappointing. I felt the restaurant was dirty .The food was of poor quality. I was very disappointed with the chicken parmesan. We have had it at the other site and it was delicious I was so disappointed. The other site is tremendous.

We tried to eat dinner here. Wendsay, 6:30 pm... Three tables, maybe four had customers. We ordered our food, and waited a very long time. We waited one and a half hours before finally walking out. The final straw was when a table who arrived half hour after us Complained loudly about their food and immediately received it. We received no apology or explanation from the waiter when we asked for our bill for the drinks. They didn't care! Stay away.

Special was Steak Sciliano, guess what, no steak whatsoever. Total of 10 people in the place, no steak. Unbelievable. Won't patronize again.

TERRIBLE!!!!! What happened to this place? It used to be one of my favorite places to go when I came home to visit family. The service is terrible. They refuse to do substitutions. The server actually told us that changing the pasta from penne to linguini would compromise the dish. The food is completely different. The parking lot had one car in it. My friend made a joke that at a minimum you need a cook, server and dishwasher but maybe they all rode together. Nevertheless, we still went. We should have went with our gut instinct. My family warned me but I didn't listen. They have had multiple bad experiences and refuse to go back. The location in Boardman never disappoints and still has amazing food and service. Avoid this place and stick to the Boardman location.

Nasty. Should have known by the parking lot being empty at dinner time was a bad sign! They were out of every steak on the menu but didn't tell you until you go to order it. No draft beer, no kids menu, and no windows!! With a bad location I'm just amazed that this dump is still around.

Oh, Nicolinni's and classic Italian food that you cannot find just anywhere. One thing I miss about Ohio is the ability to get good Italian food outside of Carrabba's and Olive Garden (not that they are good by any stretch of the imagination). Nicolinni's used to be my absolute favorite however my favorite food has made the transition from Italian to Asian (yep, all of it) which I only assume to be becuase I couldn't get any good Italian once I moved away. I generally got the white fish francaise over linguini...however, whether I got that depended on how the cook was feeling that day. Instead of a dry lump of pasta on the side they periodically gave a really hard time about putting it right on the plate. I mean, if anything shouldn't I get five cents off because I saved them a plate washing at the end of the day? Guess not. Service, in that sense, was lacking. But the food. Is. AH-MAZING. The salad, fresh bread and pasta dishes are all really good. I've not tried the new location but definitely recommend trying this original establishment out.

Wow!!! So delicious. We had a party of 16, and every single person had a delicious plate. Great service, authentic Italian. I would recommend this to anyone!!!!
