I decided to go here to try something new and it turns out Caribbean food is delicious! I had no clue what I was doing when I walked in or how to order and the staff was SUPER friendly. They explained how to order and they even let us sample some things. I got a wrap and it was really good. I would just say to order extra sauce and coleslaw to fill out the wrap. But other then that super yummy.

A completely different eating experience in flavor and freshness. This place is awesome and you will crave it. Truly an experience for people trying Jamaican for the first time. Ena and staff put together a simply excellent experience in flavor and value for their customers. Please try this place soon if you haven't. We need more offerings like this in our neighborhoods.

The chicken is tender. The spice combination is great. The heat factor is perfect. I can't praise Jerkmania enough about their food. The atmosphere is very casual and great for chilling with friends. The staff are outgoing and very sweet. You need to go there. You need to go there now!

I really love Ena's. I am a strict vegetarian.. The tortillas are whole wheat and the ingredients are FRESH. I have watched a cook slice and dice the very veggies that were put into my wrap. I never leave without Rosemary Garlic Fries and Plantains. The only caution is that I have had two experiences where I received more than greasy fries and a bowl that was missing a few ingredients. This seemed to coincide with "new or irregular staff" so I still patron the restaurant.

I work in Springdale and this is an awesome meal. Friendly, fresh, and filling. 3 things I look for in a meal. Oh, did I mention extremely reasonable. If you are even just a bit curious I suggest make a trip and try it.

Line was too long at Chipotle so decided to take a chance at Ena's, turns out the food was amazing!!

The food was ok. The meat pies were good for the price. the french fries i had to send back because they were cold. The Hot Jerk sauce was pretty mild with a lot of black pepper. I will give it another shot because the chicken was prepared well.

Ever thought - what if you could get the exact same ingredients you got at Chipotle, except in another flavor? That's a good summary of Jerkmania. To be fair, the selection is more extensive here, but you'll get the idea. The food here is unique and generally awesome, I'd say it is the rest of the restaurant that let's this place down. The plus: despite having many of the same ingredients as Chipotle, I like what they do with them here. The jerk chicken is sliced in bigger chunks, further exemplifying the perfection that it was grilled to. The mix of mango chutney and slaw adds to the depth of textures. There's a wide selection of jerk sauces that you can add to the dish. I got the original, which had a light kick to it. However, I'd recommend getting extra sauce, as it just didn't seem like much. Even basic condiments have new life here. The kickin' ketchup has a smokey-spiciness that complements the sweetness of the ketchup very well. I'm surprised this doesn't exist in more places. The bad: the restaurant doesn't stand out very much and feels poorly organized for the volume of people it is serving. I think the best way to describe is that it has an efficient Chipotle-style menu without the Chipotle style assembly line efficiency. The kitchen would more closely resemble a small mom-pop shop. Nothing wrong with it, but it just means there'll be waits despite everything seeming simple. I think Jermania! makes a lot of sense and is a serviceable alternative to going to Chipotle multiple times a week. If they borrow some of the operational best practices, I think it'll stand out.

The actually chain and food is fantastic, but this location is terrible. Twice I've called in lunch orders to not have them ready when I've gotten there. Not to mention it's a logistical nightmare with a crazy line to the door and the young girl behind the counter obviously not knowing how to put orders in the system. When all was said and done, the order was wrong. Shortly after leaving the review, the owner(very nice gentleman) contacted me and apologized explaining that the staff was new and training in a new environment. I feel like anybody that courteous running a respectable establishment, that anything I may have encountered must have just been a fluke. I'm sure with leadership like that, I would have to give this place another chance. After all, the food was fantastic!

Wow this place went from being a 4-5 star to a 2-3 star. The original review is accurate but lately they have been running out/not making beef patties which is very annoying and disappointing. I'm definitely calling to make sure they have beef patties before I go there. They offered to sell me frozen beef patties. So what you're telling me is you have the patties but refuse to make them???How do you not make beef patties for lunch on a Friday!!?!? I got the curry bowl this time and it was okay. Not that flavorful but not extremely bland either. Original review Great food for a great value! Everything on the menu is under $7. Staff is very nice. Truly one of Cincinnati's hidden gem. I got a custom beef brisket bowl with the sweet sauce and it was very good. I suggest trying the sauces before ordering because the sweet sauce was spicy. Their beef patty is also very good. Probably the best I've had in Cincinnati especially since there are not too many Caribbean joints around. If not for the slow service, I would definitely give a 5 star. They took a really long time to prepare the food and mixed the order up too.

Went here again for lunch and again no patties available. No spicy or mild beef patties and no chicken patties. I was given the option to buy both frozen (which means they had some in stock just none prepared!) very disappointing because this is the reason I came, I showed up for a quick bite on my lunch break but none were ready to buy. I thought friday at lunch time, they must have some ready but no there was nothing. You would think since they have big signs in the window advertising patties they would always be available but no not the case. I have been here multiple times where no patties were ready and even more times where no spicy or chicken patties were ready, I give up.... such a shame because the first time was really enjoyable and I could of seen this place as being one of my regular spots.

So glad I stopped here. I was trying to find something quick for lunch. They were very friendly and helpful. You sort of build your own wrap. They give recommendations and it is fast. I had the spicy brisket wrap. It was really good. I can't wait to go back and try the chicken.

I'm really sad i had to rate this place a 3, but it's only because the jerk sauce was so hot, it made my stomach hurt. I got the original! And mind you, i grew up eating Jamaican food and i still eat it pretty often. I kind of hate unnecessarily hot jerk seasoning! BUT, on another note the taste of everything was pretty good. I would eat here again using a different sauce, of course.

Food is still awesome but service has slipped a bit the last few times I've been. The last time I went in, they said they're closing the location as of Sept. 11, 2015, and will be running a food truck only. The food is the star of the show so it's probably a good thing! They'll be posting their schedule and locations on Facebook.

Picked some food up to go. Service was mediocre but they were young and got my food out quickly so I'm ok with it. Onto the food: I ordered a spicy chicken bowl and the Parmesan fries with spicy ketchup which came to only $9! The spicy ketchup was amazing and everything was spicy just how I like it. The bowl was delicious and filling. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for some good Jamaican food. My only complaint is they don't serve oxtails.

Went here for the first time last week and loved the food. Great choice of what you want and the meat was perfect. I will be going here for my second trip this week, the hot was great the first time I tried it but I will definitely be trying the original and BBQ as well.

The reason I love Yelp is because I find places like Ena's Jerkmania that I would normally drive right past. In fact, that is what I have done for almost 2 years until today I wanted to try something different. Turns out I work only 10 minutes away from this place. Considering I love Jamaica and have visited the country three times I was excited to give a Jamaican place a visit. The restaurant itself is basically an old Taco Bell that has been reconditioned or at least that is what it reminded me of. I walked in and said I've never been here and I was given a rundown of the menu by a very nice woman, perhaps it might have been the owner. The menu almost has a Chipotle feel to it. You order the meat and then can either get a wrap, sandwich, or bowl. They don't prepare the food in front of you though. I decided to order a Jerk Chicken and Pork Rice Bowl. I went with Sweet as the flavor and it still had a kick just as I was told it would. I like spicy and it didn't bother me, but someone that can't handle their food on the spicy side might have a hard time. Of course it is jerk so if you expect anything less than hot you probably don't know Jamaican food very well. The food was out in about 5 minutes making it a fast enough lunch that I could see myself here at least a couple times a month. The chicken and pork were perfectly prepared. I genuinely enjoyed the meal, so much that I went back and ordered a spicy beef patty to go. I had a few of these on my trips to Jamaica and they were authentic, almost as if I could have been in Negril. Now if Ena's could only bring the Jamaican beach to Cincinnati! I'll be back and suggest you make a visit as well.

I really want to love this place. I've been here twice now. First time I had a brisket sandwich and fries. The sandwich was great, fries were a bit underwhelming. The second time around I tried to get another sandwich but they were out of bread, so I had a wrap. In both cases the food took quite some time to prepare. Prices are fair and food is good, and I'll probably return, but it isn't a place you stop by to quickly grab a sandwich on a whim. Hopefully next time they'll be faster and have bread.

The spanishtown wrap was pretty solid...plenty to eat and good flavors. The service wasn't the friendliest though. I'll definetly give it another shot since it's close to work.

Cute restaurant. Easy to order--choose a meat, choose a jerk, choose between salad, wrap, sandwich, or rice bowl, and load it up with toppings. The pork was so tender, the seasoned fries were killer, and the fried plantains were incredible. I've been thinking about those plantains for the past few months. The only thing keeping me from going back is that it's quite the trek from my house. The next time I go to the antique mall, though, I know where I'll be eating...

A few weeks ago my family and I found ourselves in Springdale with no dinner plans. After quickly browsing Yelp for someplace new, I easily settled on Ena's JerkMania! The concept is a fast casual spin-off of Ena's Caribbean Kitchen in Columbus, specializing in jerk cooking. The location at 411 West Kemper Road was easy enough to find, and was obviously once an old Taco Bell restaurant. There isn't much space inside for dining in, but we had sleeping kids in the car anyway, so I placed a carry out order. The only other patrons I saw during my brief visit also took their food to go. Orders are placed at the counter and food is prepared in the back. There is a small window back into the kitchen so you can kind of see your food being prepared. The menu is pretty simple. First you pick one of a few meats, and then you pick either rice bowl, sandwich, wrap, or salad. From there you select among the handful of jerk sauces and add your own toppings or try a classic build. My wife ordered the chicken rice bowl with sweet jerk sauce ($6.50). This comes on top of Jamaican rice and beans and has Caribbean slaw on one side. The slaw is a of the dry variety and didn't add much flavor to the dish. My wife found it best to mix all the ingredients up and enjoy with all the flavors blending together. With that said it might be worth added three build your own items for 50 cents. I went with the spicy chicken wrap Spanishtown style with mozzarella, Caribbean slaw, and maniac mayo ($6.50). The chicken and sauce weren't overly spicy but definitely had a nice kick. The cheese and mayo probably helped to subdue the spiciness. The slaw added a nice crunch to the wrap. I was pleased by this classic build and would definitely try some of the other builds on a future visit. We also shared a side of fresh-cut rosemary-garlic fries ($4.00 for large order). Their kickin' ketchup was served on the side and was excellent. It provides a nice spice thanks to the scotch bonnet pepper infusion. The fries were also very tasty by themselves. Overall we had a great meal from Ena's JerkMania! It is a the only quick service Caribbean restaurant that I can think of and is definitely worth a try.

Food alone for what I expected- excellent. Spanish wrap with pork made extra spicy. Pork, slaw, the cheese all good. Not a fan of whole wheat wrap but if that is what it was, a tan wrap, it was good. Fries were spicy seasoned well and tasty but I did not see a speck of parmesan on them. Seemed odd but still good. The large box they half filled seemed to make the order look incomplete. My receipt did say small. And a can of soda all for about 9 bucks. I am full though. I want to go back and try more. Brisket was not available for several more hours and it was about 1:30. Plenty of parking. Place was clean inside and outside.

My taste buds are on fire with flavor... and spice. This place is aaaaaaaaamazing. I know it's not a very good location, but you should definitely make the trip to try it - you won't be disappointed and for everyone that lives or works in the area - this is a gem to have near by. I would eat here often. Order at the counter....pick your meat, pick your sauce (I got the original and it was delicious... and spicy - get the sweet or bbq if you don't usually handle a lot of spice) pick your medium (salad, sandwich, wrap) then choose your toppings. They have awesome turnovers too (basically an empanada) and Jamaican sodas. Really super awesome food and the staff is great as well. Find something to do in the area and grab a bite to eat here before or after your activity :-)

I first visit this place with a group of coworkers for lunch. One of them suggested we go for our team lunch and emailed the menu. I'm not the one to try new things so I wasn't too impressed but went anyway. Hey free food. When we got there the menu is quite Concise but was overwhelming as most of us have never been before. It's similar to chipotle where you build your wrap/sandwich/bowl but they also have classic builts. The staff was nice and offered suggestions. I got the classic built spanishtown wrap with original sauce. Only one cook was working at the time so for a group of 7 to come in for lunch we expected to wait a while. It took about 30 minutes for food to come out. And man was it well worth the wait! The original sauce has a kick to it. And I usually like spicy but I couldn't imagine going with the hot. It took a while to finish because I had to let my mouth cool in between bites. I came back for a second time today and brought my boyfriend who is an even more picky-er eater than me. We both got the original spanishtown wraps again but this time I tried the spicy parm fries. Once again the food was amazing. This time it took about a 5-10 minute wait for our order. Plus my boyfriend absolutely loved the food as well. Here's a new place we can go for lunch or dinner as the price is reasonable. I would say it's similar to chipotle prices. Jerkmania is a small but great place to get some amazing Jamaican food. I love that they play bob Marley's music to go with the restaurant theme. It's not a place you will go to get a quick sandwich as you more then likely will be waiting for the order. You may want to call it in if you're in a hurry. But to me the food is well worth the wait. Ymmmmy !

What a great find! The food was excellent and the prices are reasonable! We both tried wraps with chicken and the original sauce. The sauce wasn't too spicy and the chicken was flavored just right. I got mine with "Spanishtown" toppings as recommended by the cashier and it was spot on! I also tried a Caribbean grapefruit soda called Ting. I'm not a huge grapefruit fan, but it was great! We shared a side of fries with the mayo dipping sauce. I wish we would have gotten 2 dipping sauces because that stuff is addicting! Overall, this was a great new place and I highly recommend it!

I REALLY wanted to love this place. I read all the reviews and thought there was no way they would miss the mark. I had passed the place several times, and after reading the reviews my curiosity walked in and had a few things I was thinking of trying, and was quickly informed that they were out of several things. Bummer. I liked the system, you pick your meat and your sauce, but when I got my meal, I just thought it was a bit bland. I didn't eat much of it, and it just seemed like it was quickly thrown together. Maybe I went on an off day, and I will say the reviews are enough to get me to try it again. But on my first impression, I was just so let down. They give you a lot of food for the value, and maybe my dish just wasn't getting along with my tastebuds. Like I said, I'll try it again and rewrite my review once I do. For now, I stand by my A-Ok.

This hollowed-out Taco Bell has been a thing or two since. Ena's is easily my favorite reincarnation. Apparently this is a Jamaican style eatery out of the Columbus area that really knows how to push the sled. I love the setup here. Ena's has made it easy for anyone who hasn't tried it before, to make their first foray into the world of delicious Jerk BBQ. And for those who have it's a nice return to a cooking style that you just don't come across very often. I loved the Jerk chicken I had here, but if you aren't into birds it's not your only option. There's even tofu for the vegetarians. Jamaica doesn't stop at the Jerk though, there are some great side items, like fried plantains, as well as sodas that you would normally only find in the Caribbean...or at Jungle Jim's. Additionally, Ena's will cater. I think I've got a plan brewing for this year's Inland Hurricane!

Ate here one time sadly , but it is definitely worth every bite. You won't find this cuisine anywhere around with such flavor . The fries are to die for I believe they were garlic . Amazing

The food was very good i would recommend the pork with the original sauce. The staff however seemed completely unprepared to have customers in the restaurant which i found odd for a place with only four tables (only 3 were occupied). In the end they got everything right and the food was great which is the main point.

HORRIBLE in every way. Terrible service, sub-par food, rude employees and a dirty restaurant. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Oh ya mon ..... Let's go to Jerkmania and feeeeel all-riiight!!!! Just note this is a walk-up-to-counter and order to take out, or to grab a table kinda place..... but that's what i was expecting, SO: five stars!! Food is excellent, authentic! Genuinely ethnic, and an independent joint! The staff are you Jamaican, are so very friendly in that unique Islander way. We were warmly greeted, offered samples of anything we wanted to try, and had our questions answered. We ordered to eat it there, and took a seat. The friendly mon at the counter brought the food to us. Those seasoned french fries are to die for and I will echo what other reviewers said, and recommend that you try them even if you don't think you're crazy for Jamaican food. The kickin ketchup is great, just the right amount of spice but I also loved the maniac mustard dip. Never thought I would love mustard with fries! They will give you a generous sample of the sauces. A special added bonus: their Jamaican beef patties are the genuine article shipped in from New York, made by Tower Isles, mon! It doesn't get any better than this. Plan to return again and again. May even plan a trip to Columbus to visit the original restaurant where I understand their full menu includes curry goat.

I work in the Springdale area and have been looking to break away from my usual 2-3 lunch spots that offer something delicious that's not loaded with calories and God-knows-what. I have indeed found a winner! Their mode of operation is simple and smooth. This was my first time there, but it was easy to figure out how to build a meal and the staff was willing to explain anything. The kitchen is open - a good sign they have nothing to hide and are proud of their food. I ordered chicken with spicy jerk sauce on a salad with tomato, red onion, and mixed peppers. The chicken was tender and the sauce was a taste sensation. It was adequately spicy without leaving me wondering if I'll regret my choice in the morning, if you know what I mean. The vegetables were bright and fresh. They used Romaine lettuce rather than Iceberg, a simple but critical distinction that will make or break a good salad. I got a ginger beer to wash it down, which paired very well with the flavor of the sauce. Seating is a bit limited, so if you come with a group you may not have many seating options. Otherwise I am struggling to find anything criticize. I'll be back, and often!

Ena's Jerkmania is fantastic. The first time we went we had no idea what to get and they were so helpful in letting us know more about the food. We were immediately drawn to the Spicy jerk sauce and were warned that it is really hot, as spice lovers we did not hesitate, Spicy Jerk Chicken Bowls was the final decision. The chicken was delicious, tender and very spicy. The dish comes with red beans with rice and a slaw. If you don't like the choices of sides you can substitute out things or add on extras. This dish was really tasty and satisfying, great flavor and left us full. For those who don't like spice there are a number of other sauces you can use and you're not even limited to a rice-bowl. There are also salad, sandwich and wrap options so your Ena's experience is very customizable. They also have fries that are worth trying they're fresh cut thin and crispy and you can also get them seasoned, which are very tasty. Don't forget to grab some of the homemade condiments the scotch bonnet ketchup is very flavorful with just the right kick. The Mayonnaise and mustard are also great but the Kickin Ketchup really stands out. Since our first visit to Ena's we've gone back many times and always had a good experience. Check it out and don't be afraid to get creative with your jerk combinations.

Boom! This place was great. We checked reviews for another restaurant we were about to enter for lunch and found Ena's reviews. After seeing their reviews we jumped ship and headed to Ena's Changing restaurants was the best decision we could have made. The plantains alone are worth the trip! I will be back!

Awesome Jamaican joint run by the friendliest of people. They offer sandwiches, rice bowls, wraps and salads topped with jerked meat of various sorts -- chicken, pork, beef brisket (veggies too, I think). You can choose your own ingredients or go with several recommended combinations of vegetables, sauces, cheeses, etc. Top it all with your choice of jerk sauce (original, sweet, spicy, etc.). It's a more complicated ordering process than you'll find at McDonald's, but the staffers will be more than happy to help you out. I had a rice bowl with jerk pork and chicken. The meat was FANTASTIC -- super-moist and deeply flavorful. I went with the spicy jerk sauce, which proved satisfyingly hot. (They'll give you a taste to make sure it's not intense for you.) Rice bowls come with beans and Jamaican cole slaw, which is all good -- the slaw isn't the gross, mayo-soaked crap you get at some places. Topped off the meal with some spicy, thin-cut parmesan fries that were also amazing: freshly cut and fried, crisp and tasty. The potatoes came with zippy dipping sauces (ketchup, mustard, mayo) doctored up by the wizards in Jerkmania's kitchen. Washed it all down with some Jamaican ginger beer and walked out warm and happy. As for the locale, it's in a strip-mall parking lot close to I-275. The Jerkmania building appears to have been a Taco Bell in a former, far less wonderful life. It's totally clean and decorated with some cool, cartoon-style art and logos. Bottom line: quick, easy, inexpensive and totally delightful place to get a fix of delicious Jamaican food. Best meal I've had in Cincinnati.

I had lunch here a few days ago. The Spanishtown chicken with original sauce, I'm not a big fan of spicy but this was very good. The Parmesan spicy fries are good if you like spicy. My mouth could not handle the heat I ate as many as I could they were delicious but too spicy for me. I also had a meat patty, the outside was a little too hard and dry but the filling did have a lot of flavor. The food is reasonably priced, the sandwich is a nice size for the price and very filling. I will definitely be eating here again.

Where do you go when you desire something different than the average salad and dressing? The answer was Ena's for me! Their fresh salad with jerk chicken (apparently they have several spice levels and flavors) was soooo good! Being a family owned restaurant the staff was attentive and wanted to make sure the food was to my liking. I definitely want to try some of their other dishes next time I'm in town. Top notch for me!

Always great tasting, always fresh! We eat here all the time and are never disappointed. I always order jerk chicken bowl with rice and peas, plantains, meat pie and coco bread. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for some authentic Jamaican.

I was brought to Ena's by someone from Louisiana as a place they go every week, and while there ran into Jamaican coworker. For starters - if that is where they go for good jerk-style food - that's a good sign. The place is certainly unassuming on the inside and appears to have taken over the building of an old Taco Bell or something of the sort - but the food here is exactly what you want. Home recipe, slow-cooked through flavor, and that flavor is deep and powerful. This isn't necessarily a health food spot, though you could maneuver the menu - but the flavors are fantastic and at an exceptional value/speed. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for this style cuisine in a casual setting.

Original jerk chicken wrap, Spanishtown style was excellent. I do wish I would have been brave enough to get that spicy instead of original, but I got some heat in the Kickin Ketchup on my fries. Their fries were good enough to eat plain, but that Kickin ketchup made them the best fries I've ever had!

All of the sides were passable, with the condiments being the highlight of the entire meal. However things fell completely apart once I got to the actual wraps. I had a one with American cheese, red peppers, and onions. My girlfriend had the Mobo with provolone, lettuce and mango salsa. I tried hers and there was one thing that was synonymous about them and that's that the original jerk chicken was so heavily charred that a burnt taste permeated throughout the entire wraps. I couldn't even taste any sweetness or mango in the Mobo whatsoever. The Coco bread we had couldn't have been more vanilla, just plain rolls, but they provided a nice relief from the overabundance of one-note spice in every single dish. The people are very nice though, which is why this honest critique is hard to write.

This place is what all other food places need to be like. Everything from the food, service, and people that work there are really great. They also have a variety of their own sauces I got the chicken wrap with the spanishtown style. My gf got a rice bowl w/ brisket, both were really amazing but the combination of the rice, meat, mango salsa and slaw really made it amazing, meat was really tender and well prepared. We split some garlic rosemary fries too. It was quite a baller meal. Will definitely be back.

I am going to be repeating what others have said... So no style points for me. But here is a bullet point review: - food is tasty, fresh, authentic, spicy, and so different than anything in Cincy - staff is friendly, proud of the food, helpful, and generous - location is clean... But that is all I can say good. Dump or hole in the wall, you decide. Need a key for the bathroom. - cost- amazing. Family of three orders with lots of left overs and extras, 23 bucks. Love it! - menu - very simple, yet somehow confusing. It would help if they found a way to make it easier to order. Been their 3 times and yet needed help each time. Staff seems ready to help, because everyone is confused - service - very fast. Might be because we have never seem more than 2 or 3 other parties there, but always food out fast Everyone should try it.... Taste is the key

My wife had the Spanish wrap with chicken and spicy jerk sauce. I had the Spanish sandwich with original jerk sauce. We both thought the food was outstanding and will be back. We also both had fries with the spiced up catsup which was also delicious. With two soft drinks the bill was $19.00. You choose between bowl with rice or wrap or sandwich or salad and then choose from 4 kinds of meat then choose from 4 different jerk sauces. It was all very tasty. I'm surprised there haven't been more Yelp reviews. This is an excellent place for authentic Caribbean food.

Jerk chicken-tender, crispy, spicy, flavorful. Rice and peas (beans)-moist, not soggy, tasty. Plantains-soft, crispy edges, sweet. coleslaw-dry. Overall, would not only recommend but will be back. ;)

Ena's was the Cinderella of the taste if Cincinnati. They make jerk chicken for the American working man because that's who they are and that's who they care about. Their jerk chicken is the damn rolls Royce of jerk chicken.

Chicken sandwich with the sweet sauce and spicy Parmesan fries... Perfect combo. Can't wait to try them out again.

Stopped in this past Saturday (8/5/12) and let me say..this place is awesome..and you definitely get your money's worth. They are very generous with their meat servings and the staff is very friendly. The wraps are some of the best that you can find..the sauces are kickin'..and I highly recommend the sweet jerk sauce. The fries just wrap up the deal with their unique style. Everyone in the Cincy area needs to give this place a check..cause it is more than worth it. Just keep your eyes open..this little place is sort of hidden on Kemper Rd..off between CVS and O'Reilly..on the O'Reilly side..

My meal was very good. I ordered the spicy chicken bowl and it was spicy! I also ordered the spicy meat patty, which is different, a good different. I left full and it was very well priced. It's great to see different places with good food.

Hands down the best ethnic food and brisket that I have had in the 11 yrs I have lived in Cincinnati and I have had Jerked/Jamaican food from Flatbush Brooklyn to Negril, Jamaica! I have eaten here about 10 times in the last six months and the food is always consistently good and fresh. My favorite items are the Jerked Brisket (I get it with the sweet sauce, excellent quality meat with a slight jerk-spice and smoke flavor), rosemary garlic fries (too die for) and plantains (fresh, flavorful, juicy, not dry or oily). Even if you don't like Jerked or have never tried it and you're not very adventurous at least get yourself in here try the rosemary garlic fries!

We had some delicious jerk sandwiches here. Spicy. It is a really big sandwich. Fries were good. Jamaican sodas also. It is walk up and order, and it looks like an old taco bell or something. I would come here a lot if I lived near here!

On my trip home for Christmas, I went there with some friends after seeing these great reviews, and it totally came through. I had a chicken wrap with original seasoning/sauce and fries (parmesan, I think?) and I was really happy with both of them. My friends were also happy with what they got. The staff was helpful but not at all overbearing. Overall a great experience! I am sad that I don't live nearby, and will definitely visit next time I go home.

Decided to check this out after finding a Yelp coupon for it. Really enjoyed the chicken rice bowl with sweet jerk sauce and rosemary garlic fries. Food had a good amount of spice and was very tasty. Will definitely stop in again if I am in the area.

Today was my first time here and the staff was so helpful in explaining the menu and making suggestions. I got the Spanishtown sandwich with original sauce and it was fantastic!! I'm not a big fan of slaw, but theirs is AMAZING!! I also got the plantains, which were also delicious!! I highly recommend stopping here!

Delicious! I went for the first time today, I'll be back for sure! The Jerk Chicken was delicious, i had the wrap. The portion size was correct, not some coma inducing behemoth like a chipotle burrito. The chicken was very flavorful, i had it with the original sauce and a side of their spicy. Let me tell you about the spicy sauce...upon first taste you think 'hmmm, not too hot' then you keep eating and you realize that you're starting to sweat and your core temperature has raised approximately 15 degrees. it's a sneaky kind of heat, so it's not hot on the toungue, it's hot on the body. You've been warned! The fries were just ok, i'll skip them next time and try one of the meat patties next time. These guys need a food truck in a bad way!

I was pleasantly surprised to find this place! It is an interesting take on jerk, but the best part is the authenticity. It's just yummy!

After reading all the great reviews I was expecting the food to be great. It was okay overall. The rice and cabbage was dry, but the fries, ketchup and bread was banging. Unfortunately, I will likely take the drive into the city and get Island Frydays when I want some Jamaican food.

Had tried them at the past Taste of Colerain and I was in the area and decided to try it out. I took the recommendations and ended up with The Spanishtown chicken spicy with spicy Parmesan fries with kickin ketchup and it was awesome. I definitely will be back and I will try some of the other classic builds.

I discovered Jerkmania last year shortly after they opened and fell in love right away. From the music, to the colors, to the food this place is tops for fresh made delicious Jamaican jerk. I've always had the sandwiches, usually the Spicy Negril or Portmore, but today had the Spanishtown wrap and it was very good! It should be noted that I'm a "pepper-head," meaning I like it hot Hot HOT! The staff here has grown used to my visits and just from seeing me knows to make my food particularly spicy with added habenero peppers on top of the usual "spicy" sauces and pepper chunks. The fries here are tasty thin strips. I prefer them seasoned even though it gets stuff all over my fingers. They're delicious whether spicy or rosemary. Try them at least once! And order the Kickin' Ketchup. It's worth it. There's not much to drink. Bottled Jamaican sodas and coke products. They used to have coconut water, but it appears that's gone, to my sadness. I sometimes have resorted to getting a drink elsewhere, but it doesn't detract from how good the food is. If you have a taste for the spicy, I highly recommend this joint. Friends routinely say the medium is too hit for them. Rare is a dish too spicy for me. Even with a couple habeneros added to my meal. Definitely give this place a shot and enjoy it mon!

I rarely give 5 stars and usually try to talk myself out of it if I'm even considering clicking that fifth star. I think 5 stars should be reserved for near perfection. Ena's Jerkmania fits all my five star criteria for the same reasons that Eli's BBQ does. Dirt cheap and delicious with a friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. It doesn't compete with Boca and Precinct but certainly fills a niche. Previously, I thought Island Fridays near UC was the only Caribbean joint in town. Ena's blows their food out of the water and is even more affordable. Try the jerk pork sandwich with Carolina slaw, maniac mayo, and mozzarella - it's absolutely delicious. Single pound portions of jerk boneless chicken thighs are $8. That's crazy talk. Get the regular, sweet, and spicy sauces... But be warned that spicy is legitimately hot!

Don't judge a book by its cover. It may not look like a place you want to eat but.....The food was amazing!!!

Great Jamaican food! I been to Jamaica and this is the closest you'll get! The rice bowls are great. The line is usually long around lunch time but that'd because of how good the food is! Call ahead and place an order or give yourself extra time if you have multiple orders.
