I do like this place a lot, I wouldn't say I love it. The food is pretty good, your standard for Noodles & Co. I have had pleasant experiences face to face with their employees, and when mistakes are made, the managers were in with satisfying quick fixes. So I think that's great! Ordering to go is not very quick. I came here late after work, ordered my bowl, and waited. I saw my bag sitting on the counter, and expected it to be handed to me quickly. But I waited for another 5 minutes while my food just sat there in the back. Employees walked right by it multiple times, until finally someone noticed and handed it to me, adding in a "sorry for the wait". I'm very patient and willing to wait, but not for you to stop messing around long enough to notice my order sitting and waiting. However, if you're planning on dining in, and want some very good noodles, this is the place to go. Very light atmosphere and pretty good prices. Plus, for any calorie-watchers, nutrition information is easily accessible!

Wow! Compared to other locations, I've never seen such a dirty restaurant like this...!! Food on the floor, greasy feeling tables, waste all over the kitchen floor.... Even the windows were dirty! Other Noodles & Co's I've been too are immaculate and clean, this one should be cut out of the brand... Management for this location should be ashamed.

This place is a mess. The management team has dropped the ball on the location. Very dirty kitchen and seating area. Very poor customer service, the staff couldn't care any less about serving a good meal. With so many other options in the area this store will be closed in a few months.

Great place to bring the kids! Two sizes of pasta dishes and to go boxes out for self service. Great patio for the 4 months of warm weather we have here.

The staff that runs this place is top notch. Today the manager came up to me while reviewing the menu to make suggestions. Everyone is very friendly and attentive and genuinely care about your dining experience here. My kids like the Mac & Chz. In June they had kids eat free on Mondays. I hope they bring it back!

I haven't really been prompted to review this place since they have multiple locations and everything's pretty standard. However my visit yesterday made the exception. Typically they have a pretty nice staff who know what its doing but apparently they ended up hiring a bunch of teenagers who've likely never had a job before. I don't have any problem with high schoolers trying to get a job after school- I'm a recent HS grad and I knew a bunch of people who've worked in similar positions at the nearby Chipotle and Panera. To begin, the six or so teen workers behind the register were having a conversation while we and some others behind us waited by the register to order. After about a minute of standing awkwardly and failing to catch the attention of any of the staff a notably older staff member drew the attention of one of the teens to take out order. So I don't have an allergy to mushrooms but I can't eat them- their flavor makes me throw up. I asked to get the Penne Rosa without the mushrooms while my mom got the spaghetti with shrimp. We ordered togo and after an abnormal 6-7 minutes of waiting (from out experience their togo was fairly prompt) we tooked over beyond the counter and saw one of the teen workers literally pecking out something out of a pan with tongs. Oh and at this point the conversation between the workers turned into some argument or something. People were laughing, yelling, idk. Just being unprofessional. I think I heard a "Can't we all get along" in the midst of the mess. By then I didn't really think anything of the pan thing and once we finally got our food we just wanted to leave. Forwards 10 minutes back at home and what do you know my Penne has bits of mushrooms in it.. Not enough to expect it to be in the dish but enough to verify that it was this that was sieved through by the tongs (unsuccessfully). Not wanting to bother going back out and complaining, I just cooked my own food. Aside from that- This chain used to be great. Though giving small portions the food was tasty and prepared well. Now it seems that little effort goes into their service and their food. They're just hiring anyone to work there and the quality of their dishes has notably decreased since their original location's opening. Though the portions are larger it isn't really practical to come here.

We still eat here occasionally. The food has been consistent and like I said in my first review, the Asian continent is my favorite. I love the desserts and usually get my kids a rice crispy treat. I am lowering my review because of the stupid coke machine. It's one of those computerized stations that dispatch 64+ drinks. People who have never seen one before tend to play on it and hold up the line, especially kids, and then some old people can't even figure out how to work it. I've seen the line longer for the coke machine than to place your order! Makes eating in during a busy time a pain.

Consistent, fresh, and flavorful food and the staff is always friendly - plus sign up for their emails and you get a free bowl during your birthday month! I do have to second another reviewer's comment about the coke machine though - I love their iced tea so I wouldn't mind people (especially kids) taking forever playing on it, but it's the ice machine too. It's a small thing, but it annoys me every time.

Always fast and I love the beef stroganoff. Great portions and prices.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
