We're here on a Sunday evening and the place is under-staffed. After waiting for an hour for 2 large pizzas, our order was either given to some other customer or never made. The cashier then offered us free drinks for waiting and then remade our pizzas at no cost. That being said, their pizza is really good and they have many specialty pizza options that you can't find anywhere else in the area. So shame on the manager for not having enough staff on a Sunday night but good on Gino's for taking care of me and making a good pizza.

Ordered the Reuben pizza and as we waited for it to be made, we watched them put outdated corned beef on it. The date was 2 days old and we watched them all take turns smelling it. One looked in the freezer for more, but decided to add the old stuff anyway. I know it's an unusual pizza, but don't give me old ingredients. I could have chosen something else instead, but they didn't ask. Who knows how old the huge container of sauerkraut was... When you pay $14 for one pizza, you expect a little quality. We got a refund and left without eating because I was disgusted and angry because they know better. The refund was only given after the cashier insisted the corned beef smelled fine. The on-duty manager gave the refund without apologizing or saying a word.

Pizza was very good, didnt wait very long either. However, the girl who took our order had a tremendous amount of dirt under her fingernails. Lucky for us she did not make our pizza. While we were eating our pizza I noticed she was making other's pizzas and was not wearing gloves.

I'm a big stickler for quality customer service. Yes tasty, delicious food is important too, but to get a high rating from me you gotta do both. To sum it up, Gino's serves a pretty decent pie, but the service at this location is only worth 1 star. As for the service, we called and placed the other and said we wanted to use the online coupon. We tried to print it but were unsuccessful to do printer issues. Once we arrived we asked if they could honor the coupon since it was online and they refused. They wouldn't even accept us showing it to them on our smartphone. There's no disclaimer on the coupon starting it must be printed. They basically didn't care and did not even try to take care of their customer. Clearly they don't care about repeat business. Their go to sauce is a think marinara and tad sweet. The crust is a bit thinner than hand tossed, it's crispy on the edges but not on the bottom. The cheese is a blend and they lay it on nice and thick. Do be warned that their larges are small, only 8 small pieces. They have an XL size. They do have several other sauce, crust and cheese options which makes it fun if you enjoy the non traditional pizzas like a Chicken Bacon ranch or bbq. I'm from outta town so I doubt I'll be back to Gino's but I'm also not really gonna refer friends in the area there after their rude customer service

The pizza is pretty good but the service pretty much sucks. I gave up trying to have my pizza delivered. The first time I tried took almost 2 hrs and multiple phone calls. We like the pizza, so we would just pick up on way home. Tonight I ordered 2 pizzas for pickup. They repeated my order back to me as I gave it, but when I went to pick it up 20 min later they had made one with the wrong crust. They offered to make me another, but if I had waited for that my other pizza would have been cold. This is the second time lately they have messed up my order. It will probably be awhile before they get another chance.
