Went here for a quick lunch. Usually very quick with your order through the drive through. Have never been in the restaurant but the drive through goes smoothly. Food is always right even though I like ordering a lot of different items.

Not the greatest food at all at this location! Room temperature roast beef sandwich and fries. We ordered 3 side cups of cheddar cheese at .50 each with barely anything in them! We asked to have them filled up, they said corporate only allows 2 pumps per cup. Blah, blah, blah whatever!!!

The people in the drive thru were nice, but the food was cold and did not taste fresh at all. Both my husband and I feel sick to our stomachs. We have never had this happen at any other location, now living in miamisburg 5 minutes away, that's the closest, we wont be getting Arby's again from this location. Yuck!

Had a coupon, was craving a Reuben. Ended up at the Arbys in Miamisburg. I feel like reveiwing a chain is stupid, yet I am still doing it. In part because I have NEVER had a good expierence at ANY Arbys. I could say so many words, but I feel like calling an entire chain Ghetto would just be mean, though truthful. I ordered before my friend, went and sat down and waited for her. They somehow messed her order up and the manager was yelling to the back what she needed, like they were at some fancy resturant where they yell out orders. But, the biggest difference, usually in those fancy resturants you cannot hear the yelling across the lobby This manager talked loudly for a good 20 minutes, maybe she just talks loud? And then, five minutes later once my friend sat down some cashier yells out on her way through the lobby I AM GOING OUTSIDE TO SMOKE. now, I have worked retail- I still do so I get it. But come on, be professional. I still cannot understand how all Arbys are the same. What is wrong with this company. Though i'll be back, I won't be back to this location. 2 stars for: The Reuben, curly Fries and table being clean.

Swung by for a late-night snack while I was in town as we had a craving.. The service thru the drive-thru was good.. They got the job done and delivered the food in a timely fashion.. They roast beef was just ok... Not the best I've had at Arby's.
