My husband and I had breakfast here. The waitress was friendly, addressed many customers by name. Many seemed to be regulars. Our order was taken in timely fashion and the wait was reasonable. We had no complaint about our food. Our over-light eggs were cooked just right, as was the rest of our order. I was even able to request rye toast. We didn't order all-you-can eat pancakes for $2.99 but it sounded like a good deal! One other customer did order them. Sure, the building and furnishings are that of an older diner. What I saw, however, was clean and the atmosphere was homey! We had tasty food at a very reasonable price - and would return if we visit Loudonville again! Linda Fresno, OH

Disgusting food and dirty place. ..tried it 13 years ago when I moved here ...nothing has changed except for maybe 13 years more of encrusted dirt on the booths and carpet. ..can't believe this place is allowed to operate! Oh wait. ..did I give it a star...I want that back! Only got a star cuz I couldn't give any less!

No frills here....cheap diner, great for breakfast. They have all you can eat pancakes for $3...can't beat that. Service is pretty bad, tables are pretty old and falling apart. I ordered eggs sunny side up, so did my wife, they were both overcooked. I think the bacon was a bit done as well. Pancakes were great though, I'd go back just for them, and if I was trying to save money but wanted to eat out.

Dirty, dirty,dirty...pork chops were dried up and although very inexpensive..not edible..moved on to black berry pie...the crust was hard and from the fridge. Don't think it had been baked...I guess its the attraction of affordability as to hy the place was packed...steer clear of this place.

It is what it is. Cheap little family diner. I have eaten breakfast here many times while camping and lunch a few times. Every breakfast i have had has been good...greasy and good! Yeah, its dirty, yeah its run down, yeah the parking lot is rough, but how many of these little family diners are left? Not many, and Loudonville is not exactly New York City...dont expect too much, and you'll be fine.

I wish Yelp would let you choose zero stars. This restaurant, which is a strong word, should serve as the example of a zero or even negative star place. I told my grandparents I wanted to go somewhere for dinner that was decent, and they took me here. They couldn't believe a place could serve all you can eat perch for $5.99. The moment I walked in I realize this wasn't going to go over well and a family dinner we would discuss for years to come. There wasn't a person in the place under 300 lbs. You know the kind of people with their gut hanging out of their XXXL Harley T-shirt. I tried to play it safe by getting a chicken sandwich with let, tom, and onion with a side of green beans. I figured you couldn't get bad vegetables in the sticks of Ohio. Once I got the sandwich it didn't have onion and it was smothered in mayo, which I didn't ask for. The green beans looked like they were dumped out of a jolly green giant can and popped in the microwave. On to of that, my sister sat next to me and had air conditioning water dripping on her food. Although it probably improved the taste of her fried chicken. After barely touching my plate I decided to get some pie because I was still starving. The blackberry filling wasn't too bad actually, but the crust was made out of a pizza box and couldn't be cut even after asking for a steak knife. The meal only cost $70 for the 8 of us, but I've had much more edible meals at mcdonalds or in a dumpster behind walmart. I've never eat out of a dumpster but I imagine that this is the closest I will ever come. To sum it up, instead of going here, go hungry. It's not worth the risk of hepatitis C or gastrointestinal infections.
