The ice cream is awesome. I am wondering if the service is an issue. I bought junior scoops and was charged 3.25$ each. I don't think the junior scoop is this price as I've gotten them before. Most recently last week. I am more frustrated by the employee insisting the price of the junior scoop had increased. This is not an issue but I felt like the person may have not been honest and just charged the wrong price and unwilling to correct their mistake.

Now THIS is Ice Cream! I scream for ice cream every time I hear the name - Graeter's! Wow-ee! I know, too much of a good thing isn't necessarily good for you. Well, in this case it is! I have tried so many flavors here that I can't keep track of them all. I prefer anything with chocolate in it, so if it has chocolate, I can guarantee you that it is good - very good. They make everything from scratch, including the huge chunks of chocolate included in so many of their wonderful flavors. When I'm feeling guilty, I turn to the Sorbet. It has a fraction of the calories that ice cream has, but has all the Graeter's flavor you need. I usually order the seasonal special like Pumpkin in the Fall or Mango in the Summer. Most of the Sorbets come in fruit flavors like Rasberry and Strawberry. Graeter's is truly a Columbus legend in every sense of the word. It is so legendary that even Oprah Winfrey has publicly confessed that it's her favorite ice cream in the whole world. Now if Oprah loves it - it has to be good, right? Hurry - don't wait any longer - no matter if it's raining, sleeting, snowing, day or night - get over to Graeter's before it closes! You will absolutely love it - unless you're one of the only people in the world who hates ice cream or if your taste buds don't work. Man - this is ice cream! Yum-Yum!!!

Some of the best ice cream around, and local to Ohio if you have guests visiting from out of state that are looking for something that they can't get elsewhere. They're known for their Raspberry Chocolate Chip, but take advantage of the tasting spoons and try out a few things before you settle! The milkshakes are never a bad choice, and if you ask for an extra shot of vanilla in yours you'll be glad you did! Crowded in the evenings and on Sunday afternoon, but worth the wait!

My wife loves this place. I like it too. I think it's a little pricey myself though. Location is always clean, service is a great. High quality ice cream worth coming back for! Parking sucks at this locale--that and the higher price is why I give it four stars.

I agree the parking is bad if you want to park right in front. There is a large parking area to the side of the building. People that work there are very friendly very nice & will help you in anyway they can. When you walk into the place it smells like heaven, such a sweet smell. I just wish they weren't so expensive, watch out you'll become addicted before you know it...

I am not giving this Graeter's location a 3-star review because of their ice cream. Everyone knows Graeter's ice cream is delcious(and if you don't, get your taste-buds checked). I am giving this particular location 3 stars for one reason alone. THE PARKING IS AWFUL!! This inside of the place is huge and so is the awesome patio, but you have to fight for a parking space. if you're within walking distance, then that's the way to go. Otherwise, be patient in the awkward lot. P.S-I feel a little over critical giving a place 3 stars for the parking lot, but if you can't get into the place, you can't enjoy the awesome ice cream!

Oh my goodness! This ice cream was to die for. I usually only get 1 scoop when we go for ice cream. However, after tasting a few flavors I couldn't make up my mind and I got the salted caramel and the toffee chocolate chip. The chocolate chips are not mere chips but chunks of soft melt in your mouth heavenly chocolate! Definitely one of my favorite ice cream stops ever.

This is one of my fav places for hand dipped ice cream. Since we moved outta state we almost always come here when in town. It's creamy and i love the huge chunks of chocolate v. little chocolate chips. They also have home made waffle cones, milk shakes, sundaes, sorbet, and smoothies. I do wish they had more flavors. I'm spoiled by a place in KS that rocks at least 25-30 flavor choices. Graeter's does have a few seasonal flavors, but were out of 3 of the 4 during the holiday weekend (one that was out was Pumpkin Pie; about 4 people in line ahead of me were pretty bummed). I do like that this location has plenty of indoor seating so you sit with friends instead of sitting in your car.

One of the best ice cream in Ohio. I love the buckeye blitz on waffle cone. It's always good to treat yourself to some good ice cream once in awhile. Got to try it.

This was my favorite after-school stop back in the day. Though the atmosphere at this particular location is mediocre, the ice cream is as good as it gets. I loved hanging out, watching the cars drive by from their porch with a cup of black raspberry chip in hand.
