Went in for an ice cream - got a double scoop (not!) and waited through 3 people discussing in a diff language the coupon that THEY print out on their receipts- for a .99 cone --- u would have thought i was stealing or actually Getting something for free (not) while it melted - customer service NO!

Not too excited about going back but they sent birthday coupons for free ice cream, being in Gahanna at 100+ degree weather with free ice cream coupons there was no way i was going to turn it down. They had a better selection this time and the blueberry cheesecake ice cream was actually pretty good. Service however annoying as hell. It took us 15 minutes to get our ice cream because the girl felt the need to share anything and everything about herself. "Don't you think your son is too young to have earrings?" Then into detail about how old she was and how old others were when they first got earrings. Then to our ice cream choices "Reeses! I had a cat names Reeses!" "Snickers! I had a cat named Snickers!" "Reeses and Snickers! Reeses and Snickers!" What was she on?!! Then the birthday coupon. "Oh you celebrate birthdays? I don't and neither do my friends, I don't know how old I am or how old they are!" Ohhhkkaaayyy.... This girl was clearly lonely and very strange, nonetheless we got free ice cream.

I consider it a treat to be able to stop in at this DD location and get a large coffee with cream and maybe a snack or treat. I LOVE Dunkin Donuts coffee. Always have. The staff here is just so friendly and quick. I usually go inside to order, even though it's just for a coffee, so I can say hello and drop a tip. The drive-thru is great, though, and I've used that a couple of times when I've been in a hurry. This is my NUMBER ONE spot to buy coffee, if there is ever a need to drink coffee outside of my own home. It happens.

Service was friendly but ineffective. They have 2 similar menu items (turkey sausage egg white flat bread and wrap) that are priced very differently, but they were unfamiliar with the product and / or unable to explain to me what the difference between them was. Also, on the morning I visited, they had burnt the coffee and were serving the burnt pot. Chocolate donut holes were so lard-tasting that I could only bring myself to eat 1/2 of one. Pros: attached to Baskin Robbins ice cream, friendly service, "Smart" menu for people watching calories. Cons: coffee is hit and miss, limited communication ability depending on which employee is at the counter, limited product knowledge, and donuts are more lard than sweet-tasting.

Coffee is the best in the world. If you skip the drive through and get out of your car the service is better. There is never a line and you get access to more coffee flavors. The inside is cleaner than my doctors office.

Usually hit the drive-thru about twice a month. Service is always fast. The iced coffee is very good; better flavor than Starbucks and extremely better than McDonalds. I like the plain doughnuts a lot. Service and quality of product have been consistent over the years I have lived nearby. One thing I hate most in the mornings is wasting time having a drink remade or returning nasty food. I know a visit to this Dunkin Donuts will be exactly what I ordered and no drama involved.

I go here at least a few times per month. I absolutely love Dunkin' Donuts iced coffee, but that's not what makes this particular location special. The staff is really great. Every time I go through the drive through, I feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. I've never had that feeling at any other drive through restaurant. But it's just that one thing that makes a customer feel good about their experience - enough to want to keep coming back. I want them and other potential customers to know that I appreciate their service and the extra length they go to make a customer feel welcome.

Love this Dunkin Donuts. Run by very nice people who are very quick! They love dogs and always offer munchkins to my dogs, therefore my dogs love this place too. I go quiet a bit (an excessive amount really...) and if I don't bring my dogs they give me munchkins to take home to them! Love this place.

Did you know that in a recent blind taste test, Dunkin' Donuts Coffee beat Starbucks Coffee? They even made a website out of it: dunkinbeatstarbucks.com Go ahead and visit it for yourself. Having grown up on the East Coast, I used to frequent Dunkin' Donuts all the time. There's practically one on every street corner. When I was a child, I always looked forward to their big, tasty cream-filled donuts dipped in chocolate. Yum-Yum! (I'm getting hungry just thinking about it) I didn't mind the other donuts, but the filled donuts always tickled my taste buds. Now that I'm older, I really enjoy their coffee. It's available in most grocery stores now so you can make it at home. Instead of donuts (too many calories) I prefer their muffins or bagels which are just as tasty. I think that they've done wonders with the decor. The old DD's back home were always a little outdated with huge windows and Formica all over the place. Now, they are bright, clean and vibrant with color. A lot of the DD's are now combined with Baskin-Robbins Ice Cream stores, so if you're not in the mood for sugar-filled baked goods, you can partake in a sugar-filled frozen dairy product. Or, if you're really hungry, you can imbibe in both! Why not...you only live once! If you like coffee and if you like donuts, you will really like Dunkin' Donuts. If not, send me the bill. I'll pay for it!

The new Gahanna location is not listed, however, going there was a complete disappointment. Donuts are a one day item, and these definitely weren't! Oh well, Tim Horton's is just across the street.

The customer service here always leaves something to be desired, The food quality is OK, however you're better served to go inside to order, rather than wait in the drive through line for what seems like an eternity!

I am sucker for their Boston Cream Donuts so my rating is a four. They also have good coffee. The place is very clean and quick and effective service. I have used the drive-thru without any issue. The inside is nice and the staff is friendly.

I only bump this up for two because I don't want one of the only places to get Baskin Robbins to go away. But it has to be said, the service is not good. You either get the spastic teen/early 20's girl who talks way too much and you feel obligated to smile, nod and pretend you're interested when you just want to eat your damn ice cream cone. Or you get, well, pretty much anyone else. There is a 'language barrier' problem and I'm not saying that to be mean. I know this to be an ongoing problem because on their survey they give you, it SPECIFICALLY lists this as an option for the "cons" section. We have never gotten out of the drive thru in less than 10 minutes even being the only car/customers because we have to keep repeating ourselves. Yes, we have a coupon. No, we want MINT chocolate chip, not that crappy chocolate chip you've tried to give us on three different occasions. I can't say mint any more clearly than I do. So now if we want BR, we have reeeeeally want the hassle or go inside and point to what we want so there is no mistaking our order.
