My wife and I had a heck of a time just trying to buy a meal at Bruegger's. The first time we tried to eat here (the Upper Arlington location), the line was out the door and every table was taken. The second time (also in UA), we showed up at 6:12 p.m on a Saturday and walked in the door, only to be told they closed at 6. Why would a restaurant close at 6 p.m. on Saturday, right in the middle of dinnertime? If business is slow after lunch, close at 2 or 3 p.m., but not at 6 p.m. That's just stupid. And maybe lock the door if you're closed? (There was no one else inside but us.) But that was the Upper Arlington location. We figured we'd have better luck at the Dublin store, and we did. I ordered a breakfast sandwich (egg, bacon and cheddar with peppers on a sesame bagel), and it was very good. I was a little disappointed that the egg and bacon were premade and microwaved to order, but maybe I was expecting too much. I also had a strawberry lemonade, which was pretty tasty and definitely refreshing, but I think I detected a slight artificial-ness in the aftertaste. We also took home a bag of bagels: cinnamon sugar, blueberry, pretzel, pumpernickel, salt, etc. I was especially excited to see the salt bagels, which I haven't seen since Mill Street Bagels in Clintonville closed many years ago. It was, predictably, insanely salty, so much so that I'm still thirsty now, six hours after eating it. But I suppose if you order a salt bagel, that's exactly what you want. I wish Bruegger's would slice the bagels for you, as I found it difficult to slice them with a knife, especially the sticky/slippery ones like the cinnamon sugar.

Bruegger's has the chewiest bagels ever. They have a lot of flavor, but man, are they super weirdly chewy. If you are used to Einstein or a more traditional bagel from a Jewish deli, Bruegger's will be a bit weird for you on your first bite. The asiago parmesan is my go to bagel, and I got the chance to have one warm here. This Bruegger's has a strange confusing layout and no real place for a line, many people came in from both the back and front doors at once causing a weird free-for-all style line. Usually bagel shops, including Bruegger's have a better flow for these kind of things. Other than the weird layout, this was a nice location for the chain.

Let's start by saying that I was born and raised in New York and my bread expectations (in any form) are extremely high. With that being said, I LOVE brueggers bagels. I stop in almost every morning before work for this little taste of home. The customer service is awesome. And as someone who has worked in food service it is always nice to see management and/or owners staying involved. They are kind to their staff and take the time to listen to their needs (I've witnessed a few of these one on one's while camping out in one of their sunlit booths) The only reason I knocked off one star is because as previously mentioned, the microwaved egg and pre made bacon are a side step from the rest of their made to order choices. The kitchen is set up in front of glass so you can see all the work that goes in to making bagels (it also gives you an inside look to the level of cleanliness which is top notch) All in all this place is great.

Darn good, quick food at a decent price. I had the Thai chicken bagel sandwich. There was so much else going on there that I couldn't tell a lot about the bagel, but it seemed like it would be pretty good on its own. The rest of the sandwich was good. A seriously sloppy handful though- they wrapped it in paper and I tried to use that to hold it together while eating, with no luck. I also had a cup of fire-roasted tomato soup, which was tasty and had a bit of heat to it. Service was great, and the place is nice enough. Seems pretty small, and I bet it gets very crowded very quickly.

Workers don't seem to give a crap about being quick with service and food isn't great either. Ordered a zesty egg white sandwich which had a tomato basil spread, egg white, turkey sausage and plain bagel. The worker took a pre made egg circle out of a refrigerator and then heated it up in the microwave, yuck. I also ordered a vanilla ice coffee which tasted like pure sugar, won't be returning to this establishment.

Yum! I am having the Turkey in the Slaw sandwich, its the best hot sandwich I have had in while. The sea salt and caramel iced coffee is refreshing on this warm morning. I love coming here they are always so nice. The ace is convenient location and you can eat outside.

I sometimes come here for lunch or dinner when I'm nearby, mostly when I want an alternative to Panera that's like Panera, but not Panera. The bagels at Bruegger's are pretty tasty--very chewy on the outside and soft in the middle, like a bagel should be. I usually get either tuna salad, or egg white and sun-dried tomato paste on an everything bagel. They have a surprisingly large number of toppings available, so don't feel confined to what's suggested under different menu options, especially because sometimes the suggested toppings are a bit, well, bland. I like to add their oil-soaked red peppers to everything I order. One of the reasons I come here as often as I do is because they're in kind of a funny spot, and not normally very crowded, especially when compared with Panera at dinnertime. The only drawback is that there usually aren't more than two or three people behind the counter at any given time, so if you do go at a time when it's crowded, you can end up waiting a long time for your order.

Two words....pretzel bagels. Delicious. More unique options here than at most bagel joints I think.
