This is definitely one of my home away from homes. actually its like my home-office-away-from-home. BY home office, I mean, i love to come here about 5-6 days a week, saddle up to bar solo-style, and drink fine red wine, gin and tonics, and eat burgers and chicken fingers all night long (they are delicious here!) and surf the web on my phone or laptop and pretend to be busy. I am actually just checking the scores to see who is winning. I knew a couple of the waitresses and even though I would awkwardly flirt with them, they were still nice to me. I am usually staring at the game on TV and playing with my iPhone generation 1 (yes I know its an antiquated piece of junk technology but I would rather spend my money on alcohol than a working phone...besides I dont really like communicating with other humans anyways). If you see a tall white dude at the bar its me...say hello...or dont..whatever. But the drinks are good here and so is the steak salad (its healthy cuz it has lettuce but i usually work around the lettuce and eat the steak and then dip it in ranch dressing). Coolcool! thats what i always say. coolCOol. its easier than making conversation. communication hurts. I wrote a poem for you Jays (cool people call it Jays): Roses are Red, Violets are Blue, Shut up mom and dad, leave me alone, I am going to Jays to drink away my sorrow so stop telling me to get a job and telling me what to do. Jays, I love you.

Good chain...classic steakhouse. The Dayton site is particularly nice, but located too close to too many other good places. Unfortunately, the district manager (for this district) has gone through a few too many managers, of late. I get the feeling that, despite good ratings for the Dayton establishment, things are about to go South for this district of J.'s. Waaay South! That's why it only gets 2 starts from me!

was in dayton for a tso show and was a day early and j's was next to my hotel so i took a walk over i have eaten at the one in nashville so i thought i would give this on a try it sort of reminds me of a houston's but not quite as upscale the menu is sort of limited but for every now and then there is enough variety i had the burger with fries and cole slaw burger was fair fries good blue cheese cole slaw above average wifie had the ribs she said ok, the beans were pretty good sista in law had a steak cooked correctly but nothing special with a pile of mashers if you like mashed potatoes piled high you're gonna like this place overall a c service was good though lets give it a b atmosphere was nice as well was there at 4 pm so sort of quite drinks sista's pomegranate martini ok dewers on the rocks small my ice tea ok Skip It !
