Went there on a recommendation that the food was good (probably at other locations) and was not impressed. The sign for the entrance was not visible, the parking lot was in shambles and had large nails in the parking lot. I pray I don't end up with a flat tire tomorrow! The outside seating area had bars along the perimeter and the entrance was hard to find. My friend, daughter and me choose our seat without so much as a greeting from the staff. I ordered a beef hot shot which would have been better if the mashed potatoes were not instant. My friend ordered a 1/3 pound burger which she said tasted good but was a little on the dry side. My daughter's order of chicken strips came out raw in the middle. I took them to the "waitress" where she apologized and took them back to the kitchen. The next order she brought out was still not cooked completely and she explained that the meal would be comped. Positive: Prices not so bad, really good raspberry tea, good sports on the TV.
