    I've been here a lot, too much actually. Most problems this place has can be contributed to the unessasarily loud music. Often times I and people I've gone with have had to repeat orders more than once for the cashier to hear. Sometimes things or instructions get ommitied. Other than that the sandwhiches always come out 'freaky fast' albeit sometimes wrong but they are always tasty.

    I have had a couple negative experiences with this specific location. The first time consisted of them getting my order wrong and then the manager arguing with me over the phone that he made it correctly. The most recent experience was even worse. The man I placed my phone order with was incredibly rude. I realize that I called around lunch time on a Monday, so they are obviously busy with many other orders. However, there was no need for the way I was treated. I ordered two sandwiches and whenever I would try to customize them, he kept cutting me off and would not allow me to get full sentences out. I felt insanely rushed to the point I couldn't even take the time to click back to the menu page to decide my order. At one point, he told me he would need to put me on hold to take another call because I was taking too long to order. Mind you, I believe I was on the phone with him for less than 2 minutes. When the delivery guy arrived, I expressed my annoyance with him over this employee. He informed me that the rude man on the phone was, in fact, the manager of the store. I was shocked that a manager would not know better than to treat customers so disrespectfully. He will never have to worry about my phone order holding him up again. At least the delivery guy was nice and apologized for his boss.

    Stopped in here just before a Blue Jackets game last weekend. The food was good as always. Served in no time. Had the chance to soak in the sun and people watch outside on the patio. Great location for a Jimmy John's!!

    Not a good experience. The bread was dried out and the ingredient quality was poor. I threw most of the sandwich away. I'll not go back.

    I've been here a couple times; it's the same every time and, in this case, that's not a good thing. The meat is placed in the middle of the bun. A third of my sandwich had meat on it, while the remaining two-thirds was filled entirely with veggies. Their veggies consist of iceberg lettuce, onions (that were somehow frozen and subsequently thawed), and these thinly sliced, round red things that may have been tomatoes. Then there's the dozen or so delivery riders standing around the cash registers, blocking customers from ordering, while they chit-chat with each other or just stand around looking unpleasant. Seriously, you couldn't turn around without bumping into one of them and none of them would so much as move out of the way for something so trivial as a customer. No greeting from the cashier and a "why are you here" attitude. 1 star because that's as low as I can rate it. Freaky fast?! Yep. Freakin' awful too!

    Friday, the NCAA tournament is across the street at Nationwide Arena, and this place runs out of tuna for sandwiches. Manager must be pretty poor in managing his inventory. Wish I could give this place zero stars, but the stupid app doesn't allow it.

    Yay, the new location close to work is open! Excellent food & service and nice dining area. I will still have to trek to the Front St. location, though, because I have 2 punch cards for that location only.

    Loved the food like always and the service was great. Special shout out goes to Dave for making my birthday lunch a special one. Outstanding customer service and outstanding food keeps me coming back to JJ!

    made the mistake of stopping in on a holiday (july 4th) and suffered the wrath of an employee who obviously didn't want to be working on a holiday. hands down, rudest person i've encountered in years and my biggest regret is not turning and walking out. condescending attitude and assumed i've been to a Jimmy John's before..which, thankfully i have, so i can at least have some perspective; i feel comfortable saying the company as a whole isn't stocked with jerks across the board. please note that if i'm in your store, trying to spend money & i'm showing you some respect as a human being... eye contact helps, a smile goes a long way, and asking if i have any questions - or better yet, making small talk or suggestions (which i've had happen multiple times with the Front/Broad location) goes a long, long way. this location is right next to a movie theater we frequent a few times a month and i know i won't go back; there are other options in the area, so why would i? yes: jimmy john's will continue to get my money, but from other locations.. trying not to let the bad apple spoil a whole bunch.
