I was so excited when this place opened because I grew up on Dunkin' Donuts and I just love the Blueberry Munchkins and the hash browns. They are pure heaven. I have probably been here about 10 times and always go through the drive-through so I cannot comment on the interior. I feel like this place started out on a good note: fast, efficient, friendly, but it may be declining, which makes me sad because I wanted this place to do well. While other reviews say the staff is super friendly, I find them to be not so much. There always seems to be disorder in the background, people running around, yelling things...many of the staff do not speak English primarily. They can sometimes be hard to understand over the drive through intercom. Last week when I drove through there was a man working the window who did speak fine English but looked very unkempt: his hair was sticking up and out all over the place, shirt un-tucked, just didn't even look clean. It does not instill confidence in the food, etc., even though it should be hard to mess up donuts. Also, last time I drove through it took about 8 minutes and there was only one other person in front of me in line (oh, and they got my order wrong...). I will still keep trying but I think they need to focus on customer service, cleanliness and organization to keep me coming back.

I still like this place on most days, but I have been tasting some weirdness in the breakfast sandwiches as of late. Could it be that I simply ate here too many times? Or are the employees slacking off a bit... well, I want to give you the benefit of the doubt, Dunkin Donuts, but today your DONUTS weren't even good. I mean, come on... it is in the name, you have to take that part seriously. The coffee was ok today, though. At least there's that!

I came here a month ago when it was brand new and the donuts were stale. I always give places second chances. I came here for part of my dinner (yes I know most people don't eat donuts for dinner) and it was better. The donuts were relatively fresh which was a plus but the quality wasn't anything to get excited about. They weren't bad, but a 3 star A-OK is the perfect is the perfect rating for them. I got a glaze and two chocolate. Only $2.87 for all 3 donuts so they weren't too expensive.

I have been here several times with family and the staff is usually friendly and polite. I also like that they have an outside seating area that is fenced in and has umbrellas. The only downside to sitting outside is that the radio is very loud and is always blasting music, terrible music and radio stations at that! The only other downside about this location is that if you come later at night there is usually less selection of donuts and for some reason they never have decaf readily available, so if you want decaf you have to wait for them to brew it. And then, depending on who is working there it is either hot enough or lukewarm. Otherwise, good staff, I also like that you can sit inside the lobby till 24:00 hrs on workdays and till 22:00 hrs. The outside is always open though. It is also clean and there is no riff-raff that come here. I hope they resolved their problem with the guy who tried to rob this location!

We've now been to this location more times than I'd like to admit. Many things are very good about this location - very friendly people, quick service, generally good food. I think the key word there is generally. Things at this location are somewhat inconsistent. We usually get the same drink - a medium french vanilla coffee with skim milk and real sugar. We'll probably stop ordering it now, because you never know what you'll get. Sometimes, it's perfect - sweet, only a bit "coffee-tasting," with real sugar. Other times it tastes like it hasn't been sweetened at all. Other times it tastes bitter. Other times it seems to have artificial sugar in it (I can't have artificial sugar, so this makes it undrinkable). Today, for example, our drink is strangely bitter. It seems almost unsweetened, or like the milk in it was sour. Once again, undrinkable. I'm not sure how these inconsistencies would even happen, unless everyone was making the drink differently. Last time we got donuts they were super melted. Both times I've gotten breakfast sandwiches I haven't liked them - they tasted kind of artificial. I feel bad writing an update like this, because the people are usually tremendously friendly. I think a place that is so inconsistent, though, gets 3 stars at best. I hope they improve and things get back to what we came to expect when we first starting coming here!

Yeah, it's alright I guess. I'm not from New England, so I don't have the weird Pavlovian love for Dunkin' Donuts that our friends from the original colonies do. This location seems to be very new (it used to be a Popeye's), so they are still working out the kinks. There was some confusion about the cost of our donuts at the cash register, for example. The donuts are fine and the coffee is decent, if a little weak. I still prefer Honey Dip donuts over on Kenny Road to the offerings from the double d. The biggest problem I have with donut shops is the nagging feeling that I shouldn't be eating donuts in the first place.

For months I observed daily the construction of this place as it is a stone throw from my home. So obviously I am going to be the first review right? RIGHT? I am way overdue so I planned on it months ago. I was going to be the first customer, walk up that alley, order my pastry, do my little first review dance, and spike the football in my reviews saying "suck it chumps!" Alas, SCOOPED! It opened 4-days ago unbeknownst by me. I overestimated my ability to pay attention and underestimated the scavenager bird that is Yelp Elite. So to Jacinta Y, well played girl, well played! For the store, it is your regular DD with a bigger dining room than most. Featuring its pastels and pinks theme, the place has many tables and even lounge chairs to capture a piece of the coffeehouse market. They also have a nice patio complete with umbrellas that I would had tried if the weather wasn't Plutoish. They serve breakfast sandwiches, donuts, and the whole menu of cafe drinks. I had a steak and egg bagel, pumpkin donut, and coffee. The bagel meal has a long ways to go to catch McDonalds in the fast food market, though it is quick and cheep. The coffee of course is fab; there is a reason why your supermarket has multiple facings of it. The donuts, well, it dunkin donuts! They make Krispy Kreme, a brand I love, seem like the formations of a Home Ec class. They make Tim Hortons want to hightail it back over Ambassidor Bridge. In other words, it's Dunkin Donuts. Only well crafted Indies can take them on. The employees were friendly. I expected there to be kinks in the process of a new store, but they seemed well trained and didn't miss a beat other than giving my meal to go other than for here. But I am not sure if I told them it was to go, it was during BC, before coffee; I am not civilized before coffee. All in all I am glad this place is here to supply my Homerish craving for donuts.

I'm a dunkin fan, so I was pretty happy to see a new one opening up by me. It's a pretty open and inviting space. The employees are all super nice as well. And the donuts are great as usual. Plus, I love the fact that the outlets here have the sub plugs in them. All in all, I'm sure I'll be a repeat customer :).
