OK, so they don't have hot tamales on the menu, but everything else is mouth watering good! You have to try this place. They have the BEST Queso in town. And you just can't beat their specials.

Despite having eaten at a LOT of Chili's over the years I've never been moved to write a review. I mean I always find them consistently pretty good. I feel like I know the menu and I know what to expect and I'm seldom disappointed. I'm writing this review because they just came out with a new menu and it's AWESOME. I stopped by this Chili's for lunch based on just looking on my GPS for a restaurant nearby where I was running errands prior to a weekend of working a tradeshow. I've never been to this Chili's before. The lunch was everything I normally expect, good chips and salsa, cold draught beer, and I don't remember what I ordered for lunch. While perusing the menu though I noticed that they had added a lot of mexican dishes which sounded good and several other light entrees which sounded awesome. Based on seeing that I planned a return to dinner the next night. When I returned I had the Mango-Chile Chicken (530 calories though I'm not a counter) and it was hands down the best food I have ever had at a Chili's. I always sit at the bar when I'm traveling by myself and Anthony (I think that was his name) did an excellent job. I consistently look for Chili's when I'm traveling but this new menu will cause me to look even harder. Good job!

Went out to dinner tonight and sat at the bar to watch football. Anthony was our bartender who promptly greeted us took our order and personalized our experience. Amazing customer service! Will go back again!

Go ahead... Judge me. I went to a Chili's. And I liked it. Look, when I was in college in small town Louisiana, going to Chili's on a Friday night was my jam. Give me a triple play (or whatever that sampler app is called) and a margarita--21 year-old Bryant was a happy camper. Fast forward to the 30-something me, who rarely goes to chains, doesn't eat wheat, and doesn't drink all that much (says the boy who is currently day drinking a cocktail at Zauber)... and my experiences at Chili's are few and far between. About once every year or two, the Mister and I get a craving for Chili's, and the Dublin location is about all we've got here in the Cbus metro. I've been to this location 3 times in my decade of living in the 614, and it does the job every time. It's nothing spectacular, but it certainly fits the bill. The food is consistent, the people are always pleasant and helpful, and the prices are fair. On our most recent trip, the staff here were particularly chatty. Incredibly sweet, but a bit intrusive. Normally this doesn't bother me much, but I was feeling extremely antisocial (and a bit bitchy), and the Dublin Chili's folks weren't really picking up on my cues. My bad attitude aside, this Chili's delivers exactly what you expect it to. I'll give you an update in a year or two.

I love Chili's! Chili's is more than a chain restaurant for me, but more of a place that holds memories. This review is completely biased on the fact that I have loved Chili's for years. I grew up in a town so sparse of food options that there was more pizza options than grocery stores. You would probably think that there was a lot of small mom and pop type places than, but really the biggest choice was pizza. Every year for my birthday I was allowed to choose where I wanted to eat with my family and I always chose Chili's. So we packed up in the car and would drive 40 minutes to Chili's and I loved it every year. The experience at this location was great. Walked right in around 8 o'clock on a Friday night. Sat ourselves down at a tabletop in the bar area. They now have little computers where you can browse the menu. We already knew what we wanted. We had the southwestern egg rolls, two top shelf margaritas and two sunrise margaritas, and we shared chicken fajitas. Chili's has really stepped up their game in the last few years. I didn't think it was possible, but I love them even more. My grown up taste buds definitely noticed a difference in their food quality. The chicken tasted fresh and wasn't burnt onto the skillet. They serve the salsa, Pico de gallo, cheese, sour cream, and guacamole on a little Chili's stand in little cups. Which makes it really convenient since its not all blended on one plate and your not trying to separate it all. They changed the rice and beans that comes with the fajitas and it is really good. It didn't taste like generic rice and beans, but like someone had just made a fresh batch. I would honestly just go for the southwestern egg rolls alone. The dipping sauce makes them even more addicting. The sunrise was like drinking a memory in a cocktail. Brought me back to when we lived in Hawaii. Our server was really friendly and fast. He showed us how we could pay our bill with the little computer on our table which is really efficient. If you haven't been to Chili's in awhile I would give them another try. It was evident that they have made a lot of changes in the last several years to better compete with their competition. Their menu is different with more options. They have gotten better quality of food and have managed to keep their prices about the same.

The waitress kept saying they were making sweet tea but we were there for 2 hours and we never were able to get normal sweet tea. She kept bringing my brother un sweet tea and sugar packets at which after the first hour I asked her to just bring him a coke or something. No bud light on tap they were out. So my dad drank it in the bottle and it took her forever to bring them him so he only got to have 2. Chili Queso was ice cold, waitress got an attitude when we asked her to please warm it up. Food came ( that was the only really good part) we had the Cajun pasta and bacon chicken ranch quesadillas. After the food came she only checked on us one time and we ended up paying on the kiosk and just leaving. Not the best place that's for sure

I really hate chain restaurants, but my cousin talked me into going. Again. But I won't go back. Not because it's a chain, but because the experienced sucked, grossed me out and pissed me off all at the same time. So this might be a testy review. I'll normally give a place a second chance after a not-so-great experience, which is why I went back today, because my first time there wasn't great either. Lukewarm food, mushy over-seasoned corn on the cob, etc. But today was the final nail in the coffin for me. Hence the one lonely star. That's it. I can't even go with the "meh, I've experienced better" rating. Nope. Our waiter was nice, but seemed consistently confused. Drink orders were messed up; he dumped water into my cousin's mug of Sprite and my water came with a lemon wedge, even though I SAID NO DAMN LEMON. DOESN'T ANYBODY LISTEN ANYMORE???? No! Lemon! Food took forever to come out. It was not that busy during the time we were there. My broccoli (that was supposed to have been steamed) was raw and my toasted sandwich was cold. The fries (regular and sweet potato) were too over-seasoned. Note: sometimes less is more. I don't know what they're trying to prove by dousing everything in loads of salt and pepper - yes, I said pepper on the french fries - but a few were eaten by us and the rest shoved away. The toilet paper dispenser in the bathroom didn't work so I had to put myself back together to go use another stall. Then when I went to use the soap dispenser to wash my hands, it fell apart. All I did was push the button and *ploop*, the whole front of it fell off. I tried to put it back together the best I could, but I secretly wished 'good luck' to whomever used it next. And the highlight of the meal was a host with a snotty nose who kept sniffing and snotting over and over again as he walked through the place and as he stood at the podium waiting to greet other customers. Yes, we could hear him from our table. Because this wasn't just normal sniffing -- this guy was snorting in like he was ready to hock loogies and it was pretty much constant the whole time we were there. Walking past us, *SNORT*, standing at the podium, *SNORT*, wandering about the restaurant in various places, *SNORT*. It was *censored* nasty. I noticed other customers looking his way and my cousin kept commenting on how disgusting it was as I periodically had to put down my food because this guy was grossing me out so bad I couldn't force myself to take bites. And I know a couple of the servers saw me stare over at the guy with a horrified look on my face, but nobody said anything to him. If Gordon Ramsay had been there, he would have let this guy have it. And it's really too bad his fellow employees said nothing to him when they could clearly see that customers were upset by it. That ruined it for me. Me done.

Let's start on a good note: the food was hot, yummy, and fresh. I had the Monterey chicken and didn't have any icky bites. I also had texas cheese fries that were hot, cheese was gooey, and the ranch (although clearly watered down to last longer) was plentiful. Sadly though, my optimism was left at the hostess station where my guest and I were greeted by the short manager with little hair (name?). I believe the line was "Hello, how many?" coupled with a not-so chipper tone. Ok, probably had a bad night, but can ya fake the funk? Tone can convey SO much. We were seated next to the take-out door in the bald caucasian waiter's area (again, name? Wish I knew). He was okay, to say the best, nothing special though. He was barely more pleasant than the manager. Not grumpy or rude, just not that friendly. He was prompt on taking our order and everything, but when he came to check on us at one point we could smell cigarettes on him which made enjoying our meal difficult because our minds were now focused on his unpleasant smell. Oh well, nothing spectacular and the tips reflected accordingly. I hope he has a better day and that the restaurant can pick up some more staff that don't wear their emotions on their sleeves.

Guacamole appetizer A+ and the original chicken crispers are great !! The only complaint is the service was slow and not consistent.

Food was ok. Not great. Not terrible. The service on the other hand was ridiculously slow. They would get 5 stars for friendly but 0 for speed and promptness. I stopped in for lunch and needed to order, eat, pay and go. My server was constantly telling me "I'm so sorry it took so long" for every task he did. The problem with that is, he was busy talking to his buddies instead of bringing what I needed, so on speed they get a zero. Took 1 hr. To have lunch, This means with 15 minute drive each way 1-1/2 hour lunch. This is entirely toooooo long

Sat for 15 minutes without a drink order. No sign of a waiter, bartender or manager. I just left. Oh, and btw the lobby was empty..at 6:45pm.. The last time my wife and I visited, our waiter was great! Very personable and genuine. Maybe just understaffed tonight? I usually enjoy the food and the atmosphere though!

Man, Chili's has really gone downhill. It's been a number of years since I'd been in one. First of all, the server was one of those dudes that was just into it a little bit too much. (think guy in office space w/ the flair) We ordered the obligatory chips n' salsa, as you do at Chili's. Chips were fine, plentiful and crispy. The salsa was gross. Kind of a gross, sweet flavor. Tasted kinda like pizza sauce or something. I decided I wanted some guac and cheese dips with my chips, too. Now, I know its the server's job to say "commin right up!" However, I wasn't informed that each dipping side would be a very, VERY overpriced $6.49 each. The guacamole was pretty standard, kinda gooey. The cheese dip was awful. I mean, horrible. It wasn't even the color of cheese. Seriously, it was like brown and It tasted like it looked. Yuck. Stay away from the Queso dip at Chili's. In fact, stay away from there, in general. My $12 sirloin steak looked like that of Ponderosa or Sizzler caliber. Really skinny, flat with a dollop of butter on it. Gross. Overcooked also. I had the "NEW" skillet mashed potatoes, which were actually pretty good. But I mean, c'mon its just mashed potatoes. Shouldn't be hard to make. I was warned about the little cast iron pan they came in being hot. Now for the bills. There were 3 of us and we split it up. Mine was like $19 and drank water to boot. My friend's was over $30, now granted he had a margarita (which apparently contained little to no alcohol upon first sip) and a beer. These were supposedly on their happy hour. (Which I think was only a dollar off, whoopdie doo) He had the chicken fajitas which was like 13.99. Add the 2 drinks and you are now above $20 anywhere. So I don't have any qualms about his price tag, yet. The kicker here is that he was charged for the cheese dip (which was horrid) AND the chips and salsa. Also, I had ordered that, not him. I was complaining out loud about the dip and the server heard and took it off the bill, but what I was trying to do is get it taken off my friend's bill. It just became a mess. Anyways, the fact that he had to pay $30 for such a crappy meal made me (and of course him also) mad. My other friend just had a salad, I think she said it was ok although I was offered some of it more than once, so it must not have been that good. In a nutshell, if you are craving chain restaurant food, avoid Chili's. Go to Outback instead.

I have lost faith in some large chain restaurants, but not this one. Took the family and we all enjoyed our meals. Boys ordered their new craft hamburgers and they actually were as big as the photo in the menu and tasted great! I ordered one of their Tex-Mex bowls. Not bad kind of like an upgraded Chipotle bowl. Love the pay at the table kiosk. We could pay and leave when we needed too which was great because we had good service but they seemed a little short staffed.

My first thought is they always take sooooo long to bring out the food. My last visit was with my vegetarian daughter. Big mistake. The only vegetarian offering was a black bean burger, and unfortunately, my daughter is a vegetarian who does not savor black beans. She asked if they could make burrito with no meat. The "chef" whipped up a burrito which looked to contain a filling of Velveeta, rice and cooked celery. It tasted as bland as it sounds. My food was just so-so, my appetizer tray included two small, shriveled looking pieces of celery, perhaps what was left from my daugher's burrito? ;)

HOW DO THEY DO IT?! $20 for an appetizer and 2 entrees?? The food is GREAT and the meal portions are generous. Toto, I have a feeling we're not at Applebees anymore...I wish this was closer to my place so I could go here *all the time*...or actually...wait, no. it's good that it's further away. This Chili's blows other chain restaurants outta the water! It's clearly very well-managed - the service is excellent and the restaurant is organized and clean. The food came out piping hot and fresh and the beer was the coldest, most refreshing Blue Moon I've ever had! it even came in a frosted glass. I always get the Cajun Chicken pasta. Can't go wrong. p.s. this is the only Chili's in the Columbus area (unless you count the express Chili's at the airport)

Came in for lunch. We were confused as to why the lunch combo included a margarita Chicken bowl and soup for $7.99 and when we asked the server how much it would be for just the chicken bowl, she pointed to it in the menu where it said $9.99. She never was able to clarify why the weird price difference. Also, since this was our first visit in a while, we were not aware that the electronic device on our table top not only allowed us to conveniently pay our check, it also allowed my child to charge $1.99 automatically for game playing. They did remove the charge! I was disappointed that the cilantro lime dressing that the served with the chicken bowl in Colorado was not available in Ohio. Otherwise the bowl seemed pretty fresh and was good. The chicken enchilada soup was delicious and the chili was not so great. Found that a bit ironic.

Walked in and stood for 10 minutes. Greeter was rude and did not even say hello. Sate down and given a menu. Sat another 15 minutes, several servers passing by my both and not one acknowledged that I was there. Got up and left. There are plenty of other food venues in the area where I can spend my money at.

I order from here a few times each year. At first when I ordered the food was good (4 star quality), then I ordered 3-4 times in a one year period and I almost stopped ordering because the food tasted bad. I gave it another try after a while sometime in the summer and the quality is back to the way it used to be- and I've been back twice since then and it's been the same. I don't know what the issue was with this place, they might have had a bad manager or a cheap supplier. Basically, if you ordered between sometime in 2013 and April of this year and had a bad experience, I would recommend giving it another chance because it really has gotten better. One thing that's great is that you can order food online to go.

I hate chains but we decided to do chain drink at the bar night, like my aunt and uncle do. You know what? Its actually fun (or I've turned lame). The servers are great, top vote was for Chili's bartender. Our Grad Student bar tender was the best- the drink was reasonable $7 for specialty margarita- and it tasted good. We'll be back for sure.

I believe the pasta was microwaved. And I usually don't like to say anything about wait staff, but our server was horrible! My first bad experience here, but notable.

Back when Barnes & Noble runs were a monthly thing for my mom, my uncle, and I, we always ate lunch (or dinner) at this Chili's. I didn't come in for a sit-down dinner the other night, as I was picking up food for my mom. The staff has changed over the years, but if two nights ago was any indication, the service is still the best. Historically, I've never had a bad experience at this store. The food's always hot, always tasty, and the servers really look after their customers. I went in and after being greeted by the hostess (who, by the way, was an absolute sweetheart) I asked if they did carry-out. The hostess led me over to the bar and called the bartender over. She was just as polite and sweet as the hostess. The bar was pretty quiet and she wasn't overly chatty, but she was friendly. The wait wasn't terribly long even though I'd come in toward the end of the dinner rush. I think I waited a grand total of fifteen minutes. It's good to know that while a lot has changed, a few things in my life have stayed the same.

  • Kiwon L.

Had to wait about 5 minutes for the waitress to come to our table. There were lot of toddlers in the restaurant who was crying and having a fit... the food was good but atmosphere was not what I expected. I don't think I will be returning.

  • Bonita S.

I guess I should have read the reviews on here about slow service before going tonight. I had never been to a Chili's, but I thought their tableside guacamole looked appealing in commercials. It was just myself and another person. We were seated right away, and it was very slow at that time. There were only about 7 other tables at that time. It took the server 10 minutes to welcome us and ask if we would like anything to drink. Then we waited another 10 minutes for our drinks. I was about to leave and go somewhere else at this point, but another server apologized and said that she would get our drinks. So I accepted this and decided to stay because at least she seemed friendly. As she was going to get our drinks, our server finally returned, but didn't even apologize for the poor service. Then he had messed up one of the drink orders, and it wasn't even a complicated order just one soda and one Budweiser. The food was okay, but I agree with reviewer Jody P., it seems like some of the servers are too dependent on Ziosk and not doing everything that they should.

    (1)
  • Jody P.

Not good service at all. Saw our server twice. Took our order and brought out our food 30 minutes later. I guess the "Ziosk" is replacing the service. Too bad it can't bring me a refill.

  • Byoung Kyu S.

Super slow service. Took 21 minutes for someone to come take our drink orders. The restaurant also ran out of avocados. Ended up comping us a dessert. I like many of the items on the menu, especially the chicken soup, but will have to avoid this location.

My mother and I stopped here on a whim, and it was one of the worst experiences. I was shocked, because I've been to a Chili's before (although a different location), and the food was great. This experience deemed different. First, the server was a little rude, despite us being extremely courteous to her. Being lunch, I didn't want something too heavy to eat, so I opted out of the steak dinner. Instead, I mentioned the trio seafood platter (which included a shrimp skewer, a crab cake and a lobster tail). The server immediately warned me that if I wanted plenty of food to eat, I better not bother with the seafood platter. I was baffled because it seemed like plenty to eat (it was $19.99, so for that price, too, I figured it would be a nice meal), and being lunch, I didn't want to knock my butt asleep, gorging on a heavy meal! So, I insisted on the seafood platter, but now I might see why she was trying to veer me away from it. When it arrived (and suspiciously early, might I add), it looked terrible. I eat a LOT of seafood, and this was, by far, the worst platter I'd ever seen. Again, Chili's has always been decent in food, so this surprised me. The lobster tail was tiny, and the meat was GREY and slimy. The crab cake was not a cake, but a super-thin WAFER. It was hard as a rock and had zero substance to it. To call it a crab cake would've been insulting. The shrimp skewer was just like the lobster tail--grey and slimy...old-looking. The food appeared to have been old, outdated and undercooked. My mother warned me right away to not even touch it, which I already knew was my decision. I had had food poisoning before, so I didn't bother trying it. The server didn't seem surprised at all, and didn't bother to ask me if I wanted anything else--go figure. The manager came out and seemed tired and almost robotic (as if she has had to comp meals regularly). She was nice, but weakly offered for me to get something else. I didn't want to risk it, and we left. The place was dingy, run-down looking and bland. Chili's did not look like what I remember it looking like in the past years. Such a shame. The salad bar was smaller than I remember it once being, too, and the veggies looked wilted and neglected. I had to give this place only star, as a result.

I got a gift card for here so I figured we would use it. We expected just normal so-so experience from a chain like this but what we got was some of the best service we have ever had! The greeter was super friendly and seemed happy to be there and to help, we got sat quickly. He was also there as we were leaving and thanked us for coming in. Very nice guy. Our server was awesome! He was there within seconds after we were seated. Took our drink orders (water) and had them to us right away. Our glasses were never close to even half empty. He was one of the best servers we've ever had. Any time he would walk by he would quickly check up on us and fill our drinks if needed. His food suggestions were dead on. The food was great! I was very impressed by it. The sweet potato fries are amazing! Piping hot and crispy, not mushy like most places. I had the baked potato soup and the southwestern BLT on the pretzel bun. Soup was excellent with lots of big chunks of potatoes and hot. The BLT was great also, everything tasted really fresh and a great balance of ingredients. The husband got the southwestern burger, the one with all the bacon on it. Cooked perfectly and he was happy with it. Great team in this location we were very happy with our experience!

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had a restaurant. My expectations were not high because I realize it is a chain, but I was not expecting the experience I had tonight. I went out with 5 friends and at first we all ordered water, then actual drinks. Our server never brought us waters, which wasn't really an issue since we ordered additional drinks. However, the service went downhill from there. She messed up our drink order, and we waited 45 minutes for our food which were all on the 2 for 20 menus since we had an even number of people, we thought it be would easier. The food was subpar at best, with some entrees being cold. Our dessert came out and it had a hair in it. We commented and she fixed it, but at that point we just didn't want to eat them because of the hair. Then we waited another 20 minutes for her to try and bring us the checks. She brought them out and forgot to put the 2 for 20 deal on all of our bills after waiting another 10 minutes for her to come back to our table. She again tried to print the bills, but messed them up and charged the wrong credit cards to bills. After we commented about this, she said she would fix it, but had other tables to attend to first. Note, these were tables that arrived after us, and paid after us, but were being taken care of before us. After 20 minutes of this mess, I went up to the manager and told him what was going on because our server clearly had other interests than fixing the mess she created with our bills. It took him another 8 minutes for him to try and fix it. Then he heard me mentioning how our table included the only black people in the restaurant and how I believed that the server was intentionally treating our table as second class citizens. The manager hurriedly fixed our bill and voided it, saying he was very sorry and agreed she was not focused as she should have been. That would have been nice, but he only voided my bill and I was the only white person at the table. He did not void other bills or apologize to my friends, and they waited another 15 minutes for both the manager and server to figure out their bills, even though they were the ones who experienced more issues such as hairs, and allergy concerns such as the server bringing food that has the scrapped off allergy concern. My friends never made a big deal of it, BUT THIS WAS THE MOST RACIAST RESTAURANT STAFF I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! The fact that the manager gave me, the only white person, a voided bill, was completely absurd when my friends needed an apology more than I did.

Went to Chili's tonight because we had a gift card. The food was great and our server was awesome. They also have these little touchscreens at the table that you can pay your bill with.... Very cool!

First visit was a good one. Stopped in here for the first time, and we were pretty impressed. We all ordered burgers of course. I ordered the smokehouse burger, which had cheddar, bacon, onion straws, and BBQ sauce, plus vegetables. I would say that it's one of the better burgers I have had in a long time. We also ordered potato skins, which I have to say were the best I've had in any restaurant. Other places have thin potato skins w/ barely any toppings, while the potato skins here had toppings spilling right out, and they were great. My only complaints were the fact that they didn't have nearly enough potato skins for all of us. 5 of them for three people, not really enough. And I also wasn't crazy about the bacon on my burger. It tasted great but it was too thick and just really hard to chew. But other than those two things, I was pretty impressed. I would come back again.

I'm one of those "older, grumpy guys" who seldom likes anything, but I must say my experience here was so far above average and I thought I had to review. The waiter, Anthony, and manager Bethany, (I hope I remembered right!) did such a great job giving that good ole neighborhood joint feeling so seldom seen anymore, especially in a chain restaurant. Both of these young people provided the most exemplar customer service (my wife and I are both retail service consultants) that you would think they had been in the business for decades. Either someone is doing a terrific job with the training, or these two are so far advanced as to be super heroes. I think we not only made new friends, but will definitely be making Chilli's a regular destination - thanks to those two. Thanks for restoring my faith That true customer service is not dead!

Went to dinner with my mom tonight. Hadn't been to Chili's in quite some time. Ordered the Cajun chicken pasta. Wasn't nearly as good as I'd had in the past. Can't complain about the price $20 for 2 entrees & an appetizer. Service was ok, restaurant was fairly busy looked like they were on a wait. Had a nice evening but it will probably be some time before I go back again.

Ok so it's a chain, but I gotta admit I like Chili's. The food is consistently decent, and the service is always good. My favorite appetizers are the Southwestern Eggrolls, and I LOVE the Boneless Buffalo Wings. The burgers are good too. This is my go-to restaurant when I'm out of town, and faced with a bunch of restaurants I know nothing about. Shame they closed the Chili's in Hilliard :(

5 stars for a chain... I know, I know; but they deserve it for this visit. The service was most excellent, from the hostess to our server. The food was excellent. We wanted for nothing - drinks never went empty, which is always a plus! The place was clean - no food or mess on the floor - rare for a family type restaurant! Can't help it, just had to give them a 5-star!! Everything was great!

Went there Sunday afternoon, got table fast, waited almost 15 mints before server came buy same server working around my table, I gave my order, appetizer came first very cold, and slap together, order shrimp tacos, under cook and cold, even refill did not got, do not take me wrong love chilies all over Texas, California and Ohio but not this one. I will eat golden Corel before I go there and I do not like golden Corel at all. Some one need to do something to improve this location.

Went here with a friend on a Monday evening. We were placed in an area far away from other guests, which we thought was good, more privacy, etc. However, after about 5 minutes it appeared that we were not a high priority. There was not much business although it was at the tail end of happy hour, and yet multiple staff members passed our table by without a glance. Another 5 minutes passed and we attempted to catch the attention of some staff member, to see if we should move to another section or what was going on. Still nothing, we were being blatantly ignored. After a total of 15 minutes of sitting at a table without hearing from a server, we left. People who had arrived after us were already eating food and we had yet to even be greeted by anyone but the woman who sat us. I can't vouch for their food, obviously, but the service leaves much to be desired.

Like I've said before I hate giving a bad review. Went on a weeknight, ordered, never got the meals delivered to the table. People ate around us and left. More people came sat ordered ate left. An hour went bye, I had to ask for the manager, he made it bearable to wait longer for our meal and was very very apologetic and nice. The other tables seemed to get great, Fast service. The kids loved the place and the food. I'm sure we will visit again.

I'm not much for chain restaurants...but I've worked at a Chili's before. Since we had a gift card, we figured "why not?!" I believe this may be the only Chili's in the Columbus metro area (except for the airport location at Port Columbus Intl.). We went on a Friday evening and were greeted and shown our table quickly. The server was very friendly and accomidating. From the outside, the building appeared to be very outdated (from what is seen with the more modern Chili's locations.) But the inside was very nice and clean. The food was excellent. We both had the Bacon ranch quesadillas (which were pretty amazing!) The staff seemed to be all on the ball. No horseplay or standing around holding up the walls. I'm made to wonder why there are no other Chili's locations in the Columbus area. Over all, I give 5 stars to this place!

Lots to choose from on the menu, great food & service! We need more locations in Columbus.
