This Brueggers is the worst location I have ever been to, and I have been to numerous in NY and the two in Columbus. The male manager at this location was so rude during the two encounters I've had with him. The first time he rudely told me I could toast my bagel at home, and this past encounter was the reason I will never return to this location. I have both sesame and salmon allergies so I simply asked him to use a new knife to cut my bagel with. He responded by saying "we don't cut salmon with these knives but I can wash it". His idea of washing it was dunking the knife into a sanitizer bucket then immediately cutting my bagel with the dripping knife, apparently there was no need to wipe the knife down. I also politely asked to have cream cheese on both sides of my bagel because I know that is not the norm at Brueggers... And of course I did not receive that simple request. And I found it interesting that my friend who ordered a salmon bagel right behind me had his bagel CUT IN HALF BY THOSE KNIVES THAT DON'T TOUCH SALMON!!!

They catered our work lunch, food was very good. I had the chicken salad sandwich, it was delicious.

Bruegger's is my wet dream and has been since I went to the (only other) one (I have ever been to) in Durham, NC a couple years ago. The smoked salmon (without onions) on a rosemary olive oil bagel is to die for. I have literally been dreaming about it since that fateful day in 2009 that I accidentally stumbled across Bruegger's while attending a conference at Duke. And now I can have it whenever I want - gahhhh!! The iced coffee here is excellent. I can't speak to the regular coffee, but the ice coffee is soft and creamy and perfect. Service is fun - a bunch of goofy college kids who always make jokes and stuff. Brennan's sucks it hard in comparison, where the food is barely two stars, the coffee is weak, and the service is bitchy. Hit up Neil/10th for a much fresher, more delicious option.

I really wanted to like this place. It's convenient to my work and classes, the menu doesn't look half bad, and the bagels are supposed to be awesome. Unfortunately, I've been fairly underwhelmed both times I've gone in there. The first time, I ran in for a quick breakfast sandwich- eggs, bacon, and cheese on an everything bagel. It's safe to say that this exact breakfast sandwich is one of my favorite things in the world. Unfortunately, the Breugger's version consisted of a square "egg patty" (hint: eggs should not come in pre-formed square patties), some cold-ish bacon, and a square of unmelted American cheese. That's a 100% on the meh scale, and if I"m not mistaken it cost significantly more than the same sandwich just a few doors down at Brenan's. The second time I went in for a bagel and some coffee. Unfortunately, I'm not sure if it was the afternoon but the bagel selection was incredibly picked over. I think I ended up with an onion bagel, which seemed thin and relatively nonimpressive. The coffee was...well it was coffee. It wasn't amazing. It also wasn't horrible. Overall, I would give this a purely "okay" rating. Would I go in there again? Sure, if I was hungry and it wasn't too busy. But I wouldn't bee all that excited about it.

Bruegger's is life changing. If you love bagels and fancy cream cheese, this is the place for you. Oh yea, their bagel sandwiches are heavenly as well. I got the Siracha sandwich and it was toasted perfectly, cheese melted, and spicy enough but not so much it killed your mouth. 10/10 recommend.

Have gotten bagels here before and they were fine. Today I decided to try their salads, firstly they are pretty small for a full size. Not that the person behind the counter is trying to jip you, but the containers they are given to make your salad in are small. The lettuce was good and green, Apple was a bit brown, but what really is a huge turn off is that the champagne vinegarette has some weird spicy tangy weirdness to it... Plus side, you get these awesome little bread balls with it... Also, I was just handed a salad with a tiny sandwich bag holding the dressing and a fork. Would have liked a grown up person paper bag to fit the whole thing.... Probably won't come back or anything but bagels.

I love Brueggers. Its right on my way to school and right across the street for a good lunch time snack. Im just a fan of any kind of sandwich on a fresh jalepeño cheddar or onion bagel. And the seasonal flavors of coffee are always great! The one downfall is that the bags of chips have like 7 chips in them... Boo

I've given this place a chance multiple times because of their convenient location, but to no avail. The breakfast sandwiches have little flavor and the coffee is just okay. I will say that the bagels and cream cheese and the salads are good, but overpriced. Another thing about this place is I always see different promotional offers like free coffee or $1 off a certain item on the menu, but the amount of work you have to do to get the offer is a little much--enter your name and email, wait for an email to be sent, open a link IN the email, then ask an employee for the store code and enter it in that link to redeem the coupon! Why. On top of that, the employee didn't know what to do with it and ended up giving me the discount without even using the coupon.

I'm not sure what this location used to be but back in '11 this wasn't here. This is just another breakfast, bagel, coffee shop. It was kind of like a Panera Starbucks. The line was out the door on game day. They do have public restrooms which was a plus.

I come here sometimes for convenience's sake. Their bagels are pretty decent, but I think it's overpriced for a simple bagel and cream cheese, as well as for their fancy bagel sandwiches. They do have WeeFee here, but the seating situation is not exactly study conducive, and I don't feel comfortable leaving my stuff during bathroom breaks. I think this place is great if you need to get breakfast to-go for a meeting--order a baker's dozen with 2 tubs of cream cheese and a big traveling coffee and you've spent 30 bucks to feed 10 people.

I love Bruegger's bagels and I love this location. Sometimes the lines can be long when school is in session, and I know why. It's because this is the best place to get a breakfast anywhere near campus. I go out of my way to stop here, and I brave the lines, which move quickly, because it's worth it. The staff and manager are always more than friendly and helpful, and they all seem to have fun together while working.

They have about 8 comfortable booths but when I went on a Monday after the lunch rush around 4PM all 8 booths were taken up by students studying. They still had some tables/chairs available. The food was delicious and the coffee was ok. I was not paying attention to the prices..but I did see they had a sign offering $139 for a coffee mug/membership card. If you buy it I believe you are entitled to free coffee, soda, and tea for the rest of 2011. One thing I like about this place over Brennan's is they do not expect tips here. When you pay via credit card there is no blank line asking for a tip and I do not recall seeing a tip jar.

I'm slightly torn. Part of me loves Bruegger's but at the same time I feel a little indifferent towards it. This location is super convenient for me so I stop in a lot on my way to and from class even though the food is just okay. I love love love the fire roasted tomato soup. The black bean soup is good too but the fire roasted tomato is really the best thing they have. I really like the fact that they serve breakfast all day but the breakfast sandwiches really aren't anything special. I usually get the western on a rosemary olive oil bagel. The eggs are a relatively tasteless patty and the cheese never melts at all, but I keep coming back to the western because it still manages to satisfy my breakfast sandwich cravings. The bagels themselves are good but if I just want a bagel I will walk the extra five minutes to Panera because this Bruegger's doesn't have chocolate chip bagels! Blasphemy, I know.

Our family has been fans of Brueggers since the 1990's and we are glad they are building back up in the Central Ohio area. the Arlington location has been great, but the one that is now closest to my office on Neil Ave just served me up a dozen bagels that were not as fresh as I am used to. They also did not give me the baker's dozen, but only 12. I do not want to have to make the longer treck to Lane Ave. I will give them another shot, but...

Great place to stop in for a quick lunch or to study. The employees are wonderful! Besides their usual assortment of bagels and sandwiches, their sweets are the real hidden gems. The best coffee cake I've had in a while, don't know where they get them but I love them.

the unfortunate thing about this Brueggers location is that whenever I stop in for a quick meal, they don't actually have any hot and fresh bagels. that's the point of a Brueggers! and their fresh bagels are totally awesome, when I've had them at other locations (Boston). Is there a secret time when the bagels are made fresh here? because I seriously need to know. anyway, the bagels really are good. the cream cheese variety is also good. and they serve a smoked salmon bagel, which is definitely my favorite.

A great stop for bagels with various toppings - spreads, schmears, spinach/cheese, sandwiches, etc... Tons of different bagel flavors, too. This is our stock up place. Usually a coupon for $1 off a dozen is around, and they have a free dozen card for those who are frequent buyers. Their dozens are 13, as well. Very good deals. Trick of the trade...come in early and go through their bin of yesterday's bagels. Usually a few 6 bagel sleeves of flavors you were looking for anyway. Trick of the trade II...When you buy in bulk, ask for freezer bags. They are given for free. Parking is not bad in the morning, but Lane Avenue shopping center gets busy and new traffic patterns because of the city insanely allowing parallel parking on the street as well as a new hotel and Whole Food in close proximity make later day purchases more of a pain. I have always had courteous service here, so I do not know what others are grousing about on this front. Get a Sunday newspaper, bagels, and coffee. Then, enjoy.

Typical bagel place. Nothing exceptional. One weird thing though is there is very little difference between a 2 and 7$ bagel.

Campus location. Gets busy for lunch (and between classes). Very good bagels. Good deal on coffee for regulars who buy the membership card. It's good, but I don't like this location as much as the one on Lane in Upper Arlington. The blueberry bagels at this location often don't seem quite as good as the other location. Also, in the afternoon, they make the coffee well in advance and what they serve can taste old.

I come here every morning because of its convenient location to campus. They staff is great...thank you to the new manager ...he is so pleasant! They have never messed up my order and I have been going everyday, just about, for the last 5 months.

I knowwww this is a chain restaurant but there's just no denying I love Brueggers!!! The bagels are chewy and dense and delicious. The everything bagel is my favorite. The pretzel bagel is also great, very salty and tastes just like a pretzel! The lox (salmon, capers, red onions) is served on a softwich and its very filling and the salmon is always fresh. The cream cheeses are what I love most about Brueggers. The garden veggie cream cheese beats Panera's by a landslide. It's hands down the best veggie cream cheese I've ever tasted, full of crunchy veggies like green onions, carrots and red peppers. The honey walnut is my favorite sweet option. The coffee is serve yourself and I love that. I like to mix the Hazelnut with the House Roast and them add my own cream and sugar. The iced coffee is my FAV! Very bold flavor and very refreshing. Brueggers is great for a quick breakfast or lunch. Hell, I would eat Brueggers for dinner too if it was open.

Not bad. I think Brenen's on High has tastier bagels, but Bruegger's here has more variety and quicker service. A solid option in the neighborhood, it just doesn't inspire much excitement. Patio is great when you can't smell Columbus' charming sewer system. They're currently running a promotion for $2 off bagel packs on Wednesdays. Keep an eye out for six packs of day-old bagels at deeper discounts.

Best bagels I've had by far in Columbus. Love their onion and plain. They make great sandwiches too. My biggest complaint is they are almost always sold out of plain and other popular flavors by noon. And earlier on the weekends.

Very convenient location on campus to get a quick breakfast. Bagels at comparable to Einstein bros and cream cheese servings are very generous. Quick service and nice staff.
