All in all this location is fairly average for an Arby's. The food I've had has been the standard fare, nothing bad, nothing amazing. It feels a bit odd, because it's been under construction the last few times I've been in, and very empty for the most part, though with a busy drive through business. The service has been hit and miss. Going from very attentive, to waiting for four minutes just to be acknowledged. I know that no one is a fan of the latter, but it's been fairly equally good to bad. The costs seem to be the same as any other location in the chain. Overall, it's pretty standard.

Um. What happened to this Arby's? Pretty abysmal experience tonight. Went through the drive thru, was greeted by the automated person and not a real person, had to guess as to whether we could place our order or not. We ordered, someone mumbled a confirmation so apparently they got it. We pulled up, a woman mumbled something and then disappeared. She came back, started to tell us to pull forward, then disappeared again. We waited, and waited, and waited. At this point there are 3 people waiting behind us. We get our bag, finally, and it appears right. The lady says we might not have the chicken sandwich. We said we had the right number of things and went to drive off. Nope! Two roast beefs instead of a roast beef and chicken. We went back and tried to go in, and the doors were locked (for reference, it's 8:30). We waited for the line to move again, which took FOREVER. The people ahead of us were also waiting, and waiting, and waiting. When we finally pulled up and tried to tell them what was going on, they said "hold on." Silence. Eventually we get to talk to someone and she says "I told you, pull up." How pleasant! Sorry for assuming the order was right. We waited for the person ahead of us to get their food, which took ages. Guessing their order was probably wrong too, but hey, just a guess. When we finally pulled up, we got our sandwich, but no apology or anything. In fact, she didn't really say anything about it! We're moving out of Ohio in a few days, and we spent probably 45 minutes here getting crappy service, crappy food, and generally wasting our time. What a horrible experience! I would avoid this Arby's until they get it together.

Does anyone remember when Arby's used REAL curled potatoes in their curly fries? Yes, it's been a long time, about 40 years. Anyway, this location is pretty great. The staff was really friendly and the food came out quickly. The dining room decor was a bit dated but I'm a big fan of the 70's/80's so it wasn't a problem for me. My only complaint was that they didn't have one of the really old style signs out front.

As a rule I dont eat Arbys after all of the horror stories my hubby told me from way back when he worked there. Things no one wants to know like bodily fluids in the sauce, chicken being green but still used, fake roast beef (yup..really fake), and grease as old as 2 years before it's changed. Once in a while he'll get a craving for a beef & chedder with some currly fries. I love currly fries so I'll have a few. This time, since it's so close to our apt, he ordered himself a beef & cheddar the other night with fries. He spit it out. He said he's never had such a bad one before. He tried the other one he order and it was just as bad. I'll never go to Arbys esp now that the one here was so bad. The fries were ok but you could taste how old the grease was. I had .5 a fry it was so nasty. I'll go to taco bell and suffer tummy pain before I go here. Period. At least the lady working was very nice....thats something...

Does anyone remember when Arby's used REAL roast beef? Yes, it's been a long time ago, about 40 years. Anyway, I was in the mood for an Arby's today and it just happened that one of their flyers showed up in my mail. So I hopped in my car and came to the one on High St. For less than $4, I had two regular sandwiches and a small Pepsi. And they weren't bad. Not something I'd want to eat everyday, but when the urge strikes you, they're not bad.

I love cheese sticks and they have great cheese sticks but they have not once in 5 times got my order right. They leave off the cheese, forget items give me the wrong sauce. I waiting 5 minutes (probably more) one time. I don't know if it's the crappy speaker or the people not doing there jobs (I work retail and I understand it's hard but there are still standards) so if you come here don't expect that you will get what you ordered or the right sauce.

I left a wallet with 500 dollars up at this Arby's location and didn't realize it for 5 hours. I went back and I was amazed at how well they handled it. Excellent group of employees and they've always been extremely polite! The food is great too!
