Stopped in to celebrate the birthday of someone in our party and really were glad that we did. Nice, upscale restaurant with excellent service. Their salads are absolutely wonderful! The homemade dressing is so tasty! We also tried the steak flat bread - very delicious and the steak had alot of flavor. Another member of our group had the scallops and loved it. The chicken boursin dish was pretty overcooked but everything else we had was absolutely delicious and we will be back the next time we are in town!!!!

Atmosphere, staff, and food is impeccable! Great anniversary dinner with my hubby! The risotto was unreal, the steak was melt in your mouth perfect! The choc mouse cake was so yummy! Great upscale place for a special occasion.

Overpriced for the quality of food (but it's in a OU owned building, so what can you expect). Service is good though. I'd say go to Zoe instead, much better food for about the same price

I went with my girl on Valentine's Day. They had a special menu which was nice. Starters, I had the French Onion soup and she had the Caesar Salad. No broth in the soup, too many croutons sopped it up and the onion wasn't chopped enough. A soggy mess. The salad was fresh but the anchovy fillets were just left on top and over powering. Mains, the Lobster was very good and the jerk chicken was good but no spicy kick as you would expect. We also had a scallop dish that had scallops wrapped in bacon covered with bleu cheese which over powered the scallop to the point you had to scrape them aside. Desert was fabulous. Wait staff was outstanding. Total was $115 with tip. A bit pricy for my taste but the ambience and staff made it go smooth.

Cutlers is extortion. The food is insanely overpriced to the point that it's not even funny. This is Athens. Not NYC. Clearly the prices are set for people who's meals are being paid by their company/institution. Though even if my meal was paid for, I would still rather eat somewhere else. Just go down the street to Purple Chop Stix; it's not as WASPy but the food is great.

It was terrible. We had to wait over an HOUR for dinner, after waiting :15 just for water. My side dish was cold. My husband's chicken was rare in spots. Maybe they were understaffed or something- but that's no excuse!

I ate here on one of the busiest days on the school year.....parents weekend. Based on previous experience in more than a few restaurants in and around Athens over the years I did not have high hopes for either the food or the service even in an upscale place like Cutler's. I am happy to report that the service was better than expected overall and the food was excellent. I will be back and would recommend this place to anyone.
