Went there on a weekday just before 5 P.M., thinking all the luncheon leftovers had already been.pawned off on some unsupecting person at 3 PM. Alas, I was mistaken! Burger combos for two set me back just over sixteen dollars. Little did I know they would be dumpster diving to fulfill my order. You've snuck a hot fry from the bag before and know just what to expect the searing of the roof of your mouth as you bounce the offending potato from tongue tip to tooth surface trying to avoid the inevitable burn!! No fear of that here. The fry I snuck was soggy and just about room temperature and had obviously sat in a food warmer for at least a half-hour past the maximum wait time. Surely that one was a mistake .. a hanger on that got stuck on the fry shaker and fell in my order by mistake! Alas no, all of that order of fries and of the comnpanion order of fries were equally abysmal. Oh well there's always the burgers. Seemingly always made to order fresh and hot....... wait, not the burgers too!! Not fresh, not hot ,not juicy as they advertise, but dry and tepid in temperature... yes they were ASSEMBLED to order with the toppings we requested, but they most definitely were not cooked to order. Anytime you hand them your money and get handed a bag with no wait in between, you might as well just dump the bag straight in the trash or better yet return the goods and donate the money you would have wasted to a charity and save a cow while you're at it!!! It's really quite a shame, Wendy's used to be the watermark by which one could judge fast food, Now the only thing left is for them to officially take the word "fashioned" out of their name in order to comply with truth in advertising laws and just be "'Wendy's Old Hamburgers."
