This place is hands down, a MUST while in Ruidoso! The service and the food is top notch. Our server not only had a wonderful attitude, she was very informative as this was our first time here. I had the Gyro and my husband had the Philly Cheesesteak. My kids had the Frito Pies. Everything was AMAZING! I will be making this my regular spot when in Ruidoso and recommend you do the same. You certainly won't regret it!

This place is a no frills place for a quick and tasty lunch. The seating is open air and covered by a tarp canopy. We ordered gyro's with sides of mustard potato salad and calabacitas, The gyro's were pretty good, potato salad was fine, but the calabacitas were amazing! Definitely recommend a side order of calabacitas.

Not the largest place but the food is awesome, the staff is great and it just a place you need to eat, the tacos were awesome

While shopping the day after Thanksgiving in Ruidoso my family stopped at Chef Shawn's Eatery for lunch. You will have to be looking for it unless like us you happen to come upon it. The green chili cheeseburger was the best I've ever eaten. My daughter who shared it with me agreed. Another daughter and son had the Gyro and Philly Cheese Steak and rated them as excellent. Two other family members had stopped earlier to eat somewhere else and were wishing they had waited after sampling our meals. It doesn't have a large menu, but the things they do have were excellently prepared with great flavor. The service was also great.

We had the green Chile turkey pannini, the gyro and the chicken skewer, all were excellent. Looking forward to going back and trying other items on the menu. We met Chef Shawn and he was so nice and friendly to us.
