This place is fun good spirts didn't eat but sure looked good. They close a little early 9 ish. my bartender was awesome.

the interior decor is okay. not the best or the worst. the server was awesome! he was probably the best part about our dinning experience! he did an awesome job going over the menu, making recommendations, and just checking on our needs. the dinner menu is basically salad, seafood, and steak. we ordered potato skins and they were good. my wife ordered a teriyaki steak and she said it was good. i ordered a large (12oz) ribeye with vegetables and rice for $30. i asked for my steak to be medium-well but it came out pretty close to well. the outside edges of my ribeye was good and moist. the center was very dry. my side salad was great. the complimentary bread was good. dinner for two adults was $70 before tip! the quality of steak does NOT match the price! i'm not sure if i would give K B Dillion's another try.

I took two of my employees to this steakhouse for dinner. Full he expecting it to live up to its reputation, I was sorely disappointed. We ordered the clams casino as an appetizer. Very small tasteless and cold. One of my employees ordered the chicken Ranchero which came out looking pretty nice. My other associate ordered the New York strip which was perfectly cooked. For their dinners I cannot complain however, I ordered the salmon empapiote. Excuse after excuse was given as to why it was not ready when the other two meals were brought out to my team members. In the end my dinner came out after the check was presented. I had the waiter pack it up to go since everyone was ready to leave. I was however shocked to find no discount whatsoever on the bill As we left and walked past the waiter not even an acknowledgment thank you or come again was uttered. We will definitely not go back. In answer to the unasked question, no I did not ask to see the manager nor did I ask for the discount. If the establishment doesn't have enough professionalism to see what they're doing incorrectly I will choose just not to go back.

I had the veal marsala and was impressed. This is certainly not an Italian restaurant, but they nailed the dish. I will be coming back again.

Great place. Great atmosphere and the service at the bar was wonderful. I had the bacon wrapped Filet Mignon and it came with a big bowl of soup and it was great.. If you're in Farmington. GO THERE!!

Is it possible to contract classlessness by simply sitting down in a restaurant bar? I dare you to go to KB Dillon's and find out. Immediately upon sitting down, one can feel the eyes of drunk men searching for a hint of cleavage, an exposed kneecap, or (jackpot!) a lower back tattoo. The dark ambiance brings to mind some combination of a dungeon, high school cafeteria, strip club, and the backside of a jock strap. The service is breathtakingly terrible - if there are more than two other patrons, I recommend ordering everything you may end up wanting at once as your interaction with a waitress or waiter will be like a long distance relationship in the Middle Ages. The reason I give KB Dillon's two stars instead of one is due to the fact that it is not a chain in a town full of franchises. Or maybe it's because I was thoroughly entertained when the table next to us left a pile of crumpled $1 bills as a tip. Keeping it classy...

This place is way under-reviewed. The service and food is impeccable. Highly recommend the zucchini fingers, potato skins, Shrimp Dillon, house salad, homemade bread. Can't begin to imagine how this restaurant does not get at least 4 star ratings. Try them out; you'll be glad you did. Service is classic and the best I've seen in awhile.

I had the steak dillon or dillon steak. It was a perfectly made tender steak wrapped in bacon. Also had some fried calamari for appetizer which was large strips, not bad. The service was very friendly. They had a pretty full bar, wines, beers, liquors. Nice and cozy front area with leather couch, a little library. You can tell KB Dillion's might be an older place. They have an old school TV and a flat screen TV, some plate dishes that seemed beat up but clean, seats that were wearing down. It has a homey feel and look, they even have a cows skull hanging. There's a dart board, free wifi, and jager bomb fridays for $9. USA flag and many many photos of people over the years.

We lived in Farmington nm 1993-1996. KB Dillion's had the very best green chili chicken soup in the world. It was totally awesome. I would give anything for the recipe. We live in CA now and they do not know squat about real hot Mexican food like in New Mexico. Their Mexican food is very bland. I would love a bowl of KB Dillon's chicken chile soup right now. Not a $$ but more of. $$$$. Atmosphere was great, service was great, house soup was to die for, bread also. Steak not so great, good flavor but way to tough for the $23 price and that was the cheapest steak on the list (top sirloin). But definitely not a $$ restaurant as Yelp has it listed.

This place is outrageously expensive for barely mediocre food. If we had paid $20 instead of the $56 for one entree and one appetizer than I would have given it 3 stars and said mediocre food but a cool atmosphere, but I didn't. Oh and there is no free refills on the soda. They will charge you $2 a piece and not tell you until you see it on the bill. Way way over priced for mediocre food. The Caesar salad was a house salad with Italian dressing. Super disappointing
