Yummy! In 2008, I worked in Rio Rancho for about 4 months. Had to eat at Indigo Crow, weekly. The "pig wine" merlot is local and great! Food excellent. Service great. I MISS this place. Nothing like it anywhere else.

Went last night for Valentines day. They had a prepared 4 course menue for the night and words can't describe how great the evening was. Or waitress had the timing down perfect since we took our time with a great bottle of Pino Nior. My Corn cowder was amazing, followed by muscles in a blue cheese broth, then my pepper crusted Fillet was cooked perfect and was by far the best steak i've had. What I thought was the perfect touch was the bed of mashed potatos! No steamed veggies or baked new potatoes - good old fashened creamy mashed potatoes with a brown gravy. PERFECT! Wife was even kind enough to share a taste of her Lobster...

My son and I were killing time in Corrales, just looking for coffee and something light, when we spotted the Indigo cafe. We were served 2 cups of old lukewarm coffee, the waitress only brought cream, no sugar, and not even napkins when she brought our desserts. The desserts were pretty good, but the service was awful.

This is one of our favorite restaurants in the metro area for a nice dinner or special occasions. The food is always great, with fresh and often local ingredients, and they usually have specials in addition to the usual menu items. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the patio makes for a perfect night out during most months of the year. We have had spotty service on occasion, but for the most part it is usually attentive and friendly. Reservations are encouraged, especially for Friday and Saturday nights and for Sunday brunch, as the patio fills up quickly. You really can't go wrong with any of the menu items, but the catalina salad, the filet with green chile sauce, and the halibut are some of our favorite dishes. The Sunday brunch is also fantastic, the huevos rancheros is one of my favorite in the city.

Our friends and I ate there New Year's Eve. The Indigo Crow had a fixed menu and they accommodated it for our daughter who was not up for a four course dinner. The good: shrimp/scallop appetizer, green chili corn chowder, the filet, duck and creme brûlée filled strawberries. The bad: the undercooked lobster risotto and dry tasteless lobster tail. Avoid that dish and you would be satisfied.

I absolutely love this place! Been a couple times now and both times I was impressed with the food and wait staff. The duck breast is heavenly, the lamb chop was cooked perfectly. Dress up or dress down and it feels comfortable (it is ABQ)...

Great food, great service! It's a bit pricey, but it's worth it. Also, make sure you reserve a table. It's always crowded!

This was a first visit for lunch. We were seated on the back patio which is very pleasant. They have lovely paintings for sale hanging about the place--even in the bathrooms! We ordered the wedge salad with iceberg lettuce and roquefort, the chicken poblano sandwich, and the roast beef sandwich. Though we were seated immediately (we had a reservation), we waited awhile for the food to arrive and when it did, it was the sandwiches--the salad had somehow been forgotten. But the waiter immediately apologized and said he would comp us and then brought it right away which impressed us. The chicken poblano sandwhich was delicious--tender chicken breast with a deconstructed chile relleno on top in what seemed like homemade whole grain bread. The onion rings (so sweet) and the fries (they turned out to be curly fries) were fried to perfection, crunchy and well seasoned. The waiter helpfully recommended ordering half fries/half onion rings as the side instead of one or the other. My husband had opted for the black bean soup which was savory and spicy (just at his level of of tolerance) and his roast beef was also good. Ironically, the one disappointment was that wedge salad--the roquefort just didn't taste 'blue" enough. It had a lovely creamy texture but it could have been more piquant. But we didn't have to pay for it! I also liked the crisp and fragrant iced tea--it was steeped just right and they kept refiling without asking. I would definitely go back again.

In my opinion this is one of the worst restaurants in the Albuquerque area, and certainly THE worst in Corrales. The staff (including the owners) are rude and the dishes are completely overpriced. I ordered a bowl of soup which was barely more than 3 sips of soup, and it cost $5.00. Another time I ordered a sandwich that was supposed to be grilled, but was really just soaked with oil or butter and the bread was not at all crunchy. It was inedible. I will never go back to this restaurant. If you're looking for delicious food in Corrales, go across the street to Hannah and Nate's, or down the street a bit to Casa Vieja. Both of those restaurants have great food and good prices.

I visited Indigo Crow for the first time this weekend. First off, it was surprisingly difficult to find the entrance. Once I got in and found the friends,I was meeting I was promptly greeting by our waitress. Drinks came quickly, after we ordered our food it also came out quickly. I ordered the Huevos. The potatos were super yummy and it came with black beans which I also love. My only complaint would be that my eggs were undercooked. I always order them over medium to avoid runny whites. They were very runny though. I would maybe get scrambled if I tried them again. Bottom line, I would go again and sample something else on the menu.

Best American cuisine in ABQ. Great lunch prices and atmosphere. We always start with the beef skewers. They are served with pickled ginger and a Teriyaki sauce. I also can suggest the Burger for lunch and the Lobster ravioli for dinner. My girlfriend and I eat there at least once a week and have eaten almost everything on the menu.

What I Did on my Summer Vacation- This summer, I took a trip to Albuquerque, NM to visit my mom and dad. I had a really good time. I went swimming, and we went out to eat at a restaurant. It was called Indigo Crow. We went for brunch, which means you can get breakfast food and lunch food. I was really really sad because I ordered a Diet Coke and they said they were out of Diet Coke. So I borrowed my dad's car and drove to the gas station down the road to buy my own. And then I ordered a chopped romaine salad that included romaine, bacon, avocado and tomato. I added grilled chicken and I was really really sad when they put 1/2 of a dried chicken breast on my plate. And then, I ate the salad, and I was really really sad because the texture (that's one of my summer vocabulary words) was really really mushy. Even though it came out in a square, like they put it in a mold first and I thought looked really really cool, it still was really really mushy. And the bacon was chewy. And the romaine was really really limp. And the dressing was way too much. And I didn't even need to try anyone else's food, because they weren't really really happy either, so I didn't bother. But we sat outside. And it was really really pretty. And they didn't even offer to pay for my Diet Coke bought at the gas station. And then I got on a plane and came home. The end.

We ate brunch at the Indigo Crow and while the food was pretty good, we have some comments to share with others. The place was too cold for comfortable eating. While my wife and I are seniors and possibly more susceptible to the cold, most other patrons (not seniors) at the place kept their jackets on, and we heard comments from other guests on the cool temperature. We asked the waitress if they could possibly start up the fireplace, but the answer was no because they no longer use the fireplace this time of year. She did agree to stop the overhead fans and that did help, but it remained uncomfortable. We also asked another waiter if he could possibly turn up the heater in the place, and he said that he would, but as far as we could tell, that never happened. The food, as I said, was pretty good, but overall the service was slow and inattentive. I doubt that we'll be back. Possible during the hot summer and we'll find a place in the nice outdoor patio. It does look inviting.

Some good friends of mine who have lived in the Albuquerque area for many years suggested that while we were out riding we visit Corrales and try out this eatery... what a great place to eat. From the outside you'd never guess that lunch here would be awesome, and the service some of the best I've ever had. Since we had eaten a late breakfast we decided to get a burger and share it so we ordered a Hobo Burger with Onion Rings... wow, it's been a long time since I had such a tasty burger. And the Onion Rings... about perfect and I don't use that word very often. The server was attentive but not hovering. He brought me a tea refill without my asking and couldn't have done a better job. Going away without trying a dessert would be a crime, so we picked the Key Lime Pie... WoW again! I think I'd come here just to eat this pie, it's that good. I haven't eaten dinner here, just lunch so I can't comment on their dinner menu. The meal is on the pricey side, but I didn't mind paying as it was worth the price. Give this place a try... hopefully it isn't busy and you can relax and enjoy the great food.

Not impressed! Ahi tuna was bland, steak was eh, and service was terrible. Our waiter snotty and neglectful. We tried to flag him down several times and he ignored us outright. My husband had to track down another waiter for a glass of water, even then it took over 15 minutes for them to bring it to us. This is a small restaurant and was not crowded at the time. Way overpriced. Nice location with a pretty little patio but not worth it.

We ate at the Indigo Crow during July 2008 at the recommendation of our hosts at the Chocolate Turtle B&B. It was superb. We were there early in the evening and watched as the place started to fill. We enjoyed the live music and were impressed with the food - salmon and a filet. Although it's a bit pricier than we would have selected without a recommendation we'd certainly return.

I adore Indigo Crow. It is one of the best restaurants in the area, has a wonderful, cozy and intimate ambiance, and the staff are just fabulous (friendly, attentive, professional). They have a great patio for eating al fresco in the summer, and a roaring fire in the small dining room for cold, winter nights. Great wine list and very lovely, fresh, imaginative food. Great for a date night, dinner with friends or even family (my young daughter loves it there and they are very accommodating with menu choices for kids).

My hubby and I just moved to Rio Rancho and I was going nuts trying to find a quality restaurant for his birthday. Rio Rancho is full of chain restaurants and that is not our style at all. A friend suggested to check out Indigo Crow in Corrales and I am so glad we did. They have a beautiful patio and we had a wonderful table. Our server was just delightful. Friendly and attentive but never overstaying her welcome. We started with the fondue which was excellent. After eating the last bite I was sad to see it all gone. However, my sadness was short lived because our entrees came out shortly after finishing the appetizer. I ordered the Roasted Duck Breast and was so glad I did. (The menu has so many good things I was having trouble deciding!) The duck was perfectly prepared and the cherry zin sauce was amazing! The risotto was some of the best I have ever had. My hubby ordered the rack of lamb which was fabulous! They have a wonderful wine list and we had a great time there. I cannot wait to go back.

A coworker recommended this place to me, as a special occasion when the in-laws were visiting. The in-laws had been expressing sincere desires for unique New Mexican cuisine, and this seemed to fit the bill. Located in an old converted house, this place has a lot of history. With the open layout and the patio, it's very indicative of native New Mexican architecture. Also, adobe and tile. Blue painted sashes. You get it. Now, the food: AWESOME STEAK FILET. Coworker had suggested I try the ahi, it was just OK. But the filet with green chile sauce was just phenomenal. Cooked just right, I was able to cut the friggin' thing with my butter knife. Probably one of the best steaks I've ever had. Also, they had a great wine list.

My favorite a la carte place! Have never had a bad meal here. Love the patio when it's nice out. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu and the wedge salad is amazing!

I've had the pleasure of having Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch and Dinner here. For dinner I had the lamb and the tuna with the catalina salad, lunch I've had the HoBo Burger and now the Ceasar Salad with the lobster tails...absolutely wonderful food and service.

We just stopped in for lunch, the wait staff was awesome. I hadn't made a reservation on open table, but the waiter told me to do so, real quick to get points. Sweet. We often ask what the waiter recommends, today I wanted a salad and was told to try the Grilled Romaine, hmmm, it sort of scared me, but what is eating if you never eat as adventure? So, yes I'll take that with grilled chicken. Ok, awesome! Who freaking knew a hot salad would be so tasty? It had melted Gorgonzola and a vodka vinaigrette, a total do over. Cutie order the Fish and chips, he liked them, not the best, but very good and low grease level. The seasoned curly fries were yummy and I liked the hush puppy that I tried.

The sat time we dined here was for my birthday, and it was nothing short of a disappointment. Per my previous review, the food is great and I decided to make reservations for my 17 anniversary. My wife and I showed up, and were promptly seated. That was the end of anything positive. First, it took ten min to get water. Then our waitress, who was having a difficult time, finally took our order. That was an additional 15 min. By this time, I was out of water and asked for a refill as well as bread. This place is not McDonald's, and at 30-40 dollars a plate, the service should be impeccable. It was nothing short of a disaster. We finally got bread 45 min into the evening. In the mean time, we noticed that people seated after us were delivered their meals. We inquired and were told and I quote "we are having a meltdown in the kitchen. I have spoken to the manager and will get your order out next. In the mean time, the couple next to us who sat down some 20 min after us received their meal, and you guessed it, it was wrong. By this time, we were impatient and politely asked about the progress. The waitress reiterated there was an issue with the lobster ravioli and they were getting it out as we speak. I said thats great, but how does that affect Ahi tuna and fillet? She said "you did not order the lobster ravioli?" No, I ordered the scallops and she ordered the filet. Btw, when is out food coming?" right away, I will get right back to you. 15 more min pass, I had to find a water pitcher to get refills and actually played waiter to a few people around me. Finally, after 1.5 hours of this debacle, we gave up and walked out. On our way out, the greeter/sweater asked how wonderful things were. I told him it was an unmitigated disaster, and that this was the second time in a row where we experienced disorganization at a pace that was deplorable. I thanked him for ruining my anniversary, told him the whole story start to finish, and he looked mad and was angry, at me. Do not waste your money. Farm and Table is far better, along with many other establishments. This place has no leadership and the waitstaff training is deplorable. I am shocked at how badly run the restaurant is, and why people return. This was the second celebration dining experience that was ruined by an overpriced, under serviced, poorly led establishment. They need an overhaul in attitude and the idea of providing a product worthy of $40 per plate. I will never go back, and strongly suggest, anyone reading this not go to the restaurant. There are far better establishments. The sad thing is, by the time we left, it was close to nine pm. My wife cried as it was a challenging day capped off by this inept dining option. We left hungry, and upset, trying to find some way to salvage the evening. That was not to be, and due to the Indigo Crow's inability to provide incredible service which stems for the owners clear lack of consideration, ow will not be back and strongly suggest many other fine dining experiences that provide great food, a friendly staff, and a kitchen that is capable of handling the volume. Overall, an unmitigated, epic, failure. We had dinner on Dec. 21. We called and had a reservation which turned out to be a table right in the middle of the main walkway from the kitchen to the dining room. We turned it down and asked how long it would be to get a different table. Answer, 1 hour. The bar was empty so we sat there. The next couple came in, were offered the thoroughfare table, and decided to sit at the bar as well. They were told the wait would be 30 min just moments after we sat at the bar. The next couple came in, same story, except they were told 15 min. which turned out to be more like 5. In the mean time, three tables, which were "reserved" sat empty for more than an hour while we sat at the bar. Our servers were not adequate, and because we were at the bar, we did not have a single server. The treatment was disappointing to say the least. The owner, incidentally, was in the front with this happening. On a positive note, the food was, as usual, great! The NY strip with green chile cream sauce is incredible, and the carrot cake made a great end to the dining portion. Had the service been at least consistent with each patron, this would easily be a 4.5 or 5. As it was, the food will get us to return, and I hope they can work the kinks out.

I had to move away from Albuquerque a couple years ago, and one of the things I miss most was having the Indigo Crow Cafe nearby (and Twisters breakfast, but that's another story). As I mentioned, it's been a couple years, but I can honestly say that the steak I had here was without question one of the best I've ever had. My wife loved her dish too (some sort of grilled chicken), and the staff and owners could not have been more friendly or accommodating. Regardless of what other reviewers might say, the ABQ area is lucky to have a place like this around.

Food and service were okay. We ended up there for a late dinner and everything was decent. The service was a little slow considering there were not too many tables. Our dinner entrees were good, but not amazing. We had the ahi tuna and duck breast. The fondue starter was our favorite. You get plenty of cheese, veggies and bread for two or 3 people to share.

We revisited Indigo Crow during our recent visit to New Mexico. My husband and I met in NM and this was one of our favorite dining spots in the past. Unfortunately, I would say the overall quality has lapsed over time. The wine list was somewhat limited and they used red wine glasses for our white wine selection. We started our dinner with an order of mussels and crab cakes. The mussels were devine. The butter, wine, gorgonzola broth was to die for. However, the crab cakes were terrible. They were all breading and the crab taste was not detectable. My husband and I also ordered salads. I had the grilled romaine and he ordered a wedge. Both salads were average. A bit overdressed and plain. For our entree, we ordered the special. It was a filet with cajun shrimp skewers sitting on white beans with bacon. The special was anything but. The filet was served sliced which was quite odd. The temperature, medium rare, was on the spot, but the meat was under seasoned. The shrimp was the opposite, It was rubbery from overcooking and doused in a salty and peppery cajun spice. The shrimp were unedible. The beans with bacon were tasty albeit a bit greasy. The service was good, but the food was inconsistent. Overall, we were disappointed.

While staying in Corrales for a week, a friend and I decided to have dinner here. What a wonderful place. Excellent ambiance, terrific service and everything we ordered was delicious. The brie appetizer, the filet and the lamb sausage pasta, all great. Excellent dessert, too. I'll be back on my next visit.

Very disappointed as this place came highly recommended and this was my birthday treat. My wife ordered the filet special and it wasn't much different than the regular filet except it cost $7 more. It was to come with a portabello mushroom cap but instead we got rather ordinary shitake mushrooms. The asparagus was dry. The meat cut was ordinary - you definitely need a steak knife to cut it. My rack of lamb was very, very fatty. I may have had 3-4 mouthfuls of actual meat, They serve beer and wine but don't expect a martini.

I've dined here several times over the past 5 years. Always fantastic food and good service. Classic Corrales style -- funky, eclectic, attentive, but not cheap. I recently had Sunday brunch here and was equally happy. Our meals were quite good and, surprisingly, very reasonably priced. The chorizo and egg burrito was a hit, as was the portobello mushroom sandwich with a spectacular spicy ginger and carrot soup. The eggs benedict were perfect, though I'd skip the potatoes on the side (not great) and sub in a salad. Extensive menu selections will ensure there's something great for everyone in your party.

Best restaurant in Abq area in my humble opinion. Quaint New Mexican Adobe home with a shady patio for nice days. Can't do better for atmosphere, exquisite menu and great service. Love the lobster ravioli and the Filet. Not a huge selection of local beers, but decent. Great wine list though. Corrales' best feature!

Great place for a special occasion Dinner or date night. This was the first time I have seen a wine flight on the menu and decided to try one. They brought out four glasses of wine to sample and then you pick one you would like a full glass of. I was pretty happy with the white wines they brought especially a Spanish wine. I also sampled some malbecs and Merlot that others at our table had ordered so I'd give this plus a five stars on the wine selection alone. So the food was delicious, I'd highly recommend the lobster ravioli, very tasty. I also tried the scallop and shrimp dish but was a little disappointed. The scallops and shrimp were cooked to perfection but the pasta that came with it was tasteless and too oily. I would have also liked more of the shrimp and scallops in the dish. the service was great. This is a place I would like to come to.

I don't know what was going on tonight between the kitchen and the wait staff, but our meal tonight for a party of four was an absolute mess. It took an hour to get our apps (and we had to ask for them three times). Thankfully, we were told they were being removed from our bill when they finally came. Of the entrees, a lobster risotto was perfect, but the two medium filets were lightly seared and bleeding at the table with cold pink centers. My duck breast was almost raw. Inedible. When I went inside to complain, two waiters were talking about the kitchen and how something was "f-ing bullsh-t" while the other remarked "I'm so f-ing pissed off right now." I walked over to the chef, and asked if the waiters were to blame--he told me they weren't, that they had some problems in the kitchen, took the blame, and apologized. I didn't eat my meal--but I did pay for it. On my way to the parking lot, a waiter followed me and told me that the kitchen blew it tonight, and he was going to let the head chef have it in the morning. Whatever, guys, just get it together. Worst dining experience I've had in years.

Went last weekend in the evening and they sat us in the front room/bar area. It was so incredibly cold and after numerous complaints and requests for a fire we were finally told that they couldn't use the fire place because it had not been cleaned. People that had been sitting outside and moved inside said it was actually warmer outside under the Heat lamps. We requested to be moved which was quickly accommodated. Food is still tasty, overall atmosphere is pleasant and waitstaff is top notch. Would this incident stop me from coming here again - no, but I would definitely bring a coat!

Very nice restaurant with a sweet ambiance, extremely well conceived menu and terrific service. Located in Corrales, in an older pueblo type building that seems to have been someone's home. The small spaces create a good atmosphere more conducive to dates and/or special occasions than large parties or business meals (lunch would be better than dinner for business here). Menu has several options, mostly drawn from new American and farm-to-table movements. The usual filet / strip steak / pork loin / fish options. Sides are creative without suggesting that someone is bored. Quality of ingredients was good; execution was mostly very, very good. Indigo Crow is a wonderful place to go for a special dinner. Foodies will not carry memories of the cuisine to their grave, but it's quite high quality and very enjoyable. Moreover, the service is excellent (New Mexico casual, but attentive and no mistakes, and good information) and the ambiance lovely. Special note for very well thought out wine list -- truly a notch above the usual and mostly very affordable midline offerings. Well done, Indigo Crow!

This is one of our favorite spots! Service is always amazing as well as the food. We have been here several times and never let down. Our favorites are the steak, lobster ravioli (huge and full of flavor) and halibut. The portions are a good size. We try not to fill up on the bread n oil, which is fantastic!

If I could give 20 stars, I would. My husband set up a dinner for my 50th birthday on Christmas Eve. From the reservation (reservations for 10!! On Christmas Eve!) phone calls to the end of the meal, the staff made this "event" the most perfect that I could ever dream of. The food was excellent, ambiance was beautiful, relaxed and festive and service from Rebecca was impeccable. They had a special of filet that all our 20-something "kids" enjoyed and we also enjoyed the lobster risotto, halibut and grilled romaine salad (a MUST if you go). Cheers to Indigo Crow! THANK YOU!

First time here for a Sunday lunch birthday. Living in Downtown ABQ I don't get to Corrales often. Lovely restaurant, great menu, and super food. Wish I lived closer to try many more menu items.

Excellent food and service! I was expecting good food, but the actual experience surpassed expectations. All the little details of the food and service were done perfectly. Don't skip dessert - the best carrot cake I've ever had!

Being a visitor from England we were recommended to eat at the Indigo Crow by docents at the Gacienda, which we did and enjoyed it. We made reservations for Our son & girlfriend to join us for brunch yesterday at Noon. When we arrived they seemed to be in disarray, concentrating on seating non-reserved clients first. We were seated by a female waiter who then ignored us. After a while I called one of the senior waiters who sent a hound inexperienced male to take our orders. Whilst the food and ambiance was again great, the service was appalling.

Indigo Crow is a fantastic restaurant in Corrales. The menu is superb and the atmosphere is very romantic. During the summer we love to sit outside. it's so beautiful there. We've been there on a friday night when they'll have someone playing music on the patio. Love it. So the food..... The salads are all very good. I like the baby greens and the wedge a lot. I swear whatever entree you pick you will enjoy but my favorites are the filet and the ahi tuna. Both awesome dishes. and whatever you do don't miss out on the Baked Brie. OMG it is amazing!!!! One other thing. If you go during the cooler months ask for a seat in front of the fireplace it is so cozy and inviting.

Oh my GOD. I can't believe I wrote that review within 24 hours and had to wait so long to update this ish. Are you KIDDING me Indigo Crow? Holy cow, I'm never coming back or recommending you again. See my previous review for my nice experience at a fancy, mid-week dinner where we still had to beg for bread and water but at least got amazing food and the dude tried. This was EMBARASSING. I invited my friend to come to brunch here, braggin about the food and how close it is to me. So I live in Corrales and I will probably never be back. I stood in the frezzing entryway for 5 minutes before the hostess asked if I needed help. Yep, had a RESERVATION and was (had to ask to be) seated in the breezeway. There was not too much action just like a 6-8 person table of ladies who were mimosa-ing it up and regular couples sprinkled about. At least 4-5 servers, so you'd think service would be fine. But it was not. I mean, this was laughable. My brunch date and I were laughing about how bad this service was. I had to ask for menus, ask for a wine list, ask for water from a different server, the food took awhile, and the server was a complete dick. Sorry, no other words. I mean, throwing food down, saying "when you're ready lemme know" about our orders. We asked about specials and the dude was all, "yeah, nothing" as he was walking away. This guy threw our plates down, put our silverware on the naked table after our appetizer, shrugged in response. I mean are you kidding me? I watched him talk shit to another waiter, hand our check to us without saying anything...I mean, and we didn't do a damn thing wrong but want to eat nice food. The food was SO EFFING AVERAGE. I got the Crow Omelet and it was small on a big plate with plain old black beans and a sprinkling of iceburg shreds. The crabcake was all cake, little crab. My pal's fish and chips looked good but the hush puppies were beyond average and ... damn, I can't even. Won't be going back. What a miserable excuse for a spot.

While out visiting my family my dad had been wanting to check out Indigo Crow for some time so we stopped in for lunch. Its a little hidden gem with a nice cozy atmosphere. Between three people we had a range of food from pasta to a 'hobo' burger to a BBQ sandwich. All the food we ordered was delicious. The wait staff was very friendly and helpful the entire time we were there. All the desserts made at Indigo Crow are all made in house and sound delicious, we didn't get any desert due to being stuffed from lunch. If you're in the area and are hungry I'd suggest stopping in to the Indigo Crow for some delicious food and a cozy laid back atmosphere.

Dynamite find during our quick swing through Corrales, Rio Rancho, and Albuquerque. Most of the prior commenters covered specific menu items, but I can say that the mussels were outstanding, and the lobster risotto was delicious. This used to be one of my favorite restaurants. Went there the other night for a big birthday treat. Our waitress was wonderful. The chefs on the other hand were completely unprofessional, the wait staff had to hush them several times because they were deliberately making loud comments about us. We had been waiting for a half an hour for our entrees to come out. It was a nightmare of non-adult behavior.

Visiting from out of town and happy to find this gem. The service was great, Casey was attentive but genuine and helped create a relaxed vibe. We ordered the Salmon and Lobster Ravioli. Both were delicious and satisfying, this quaintly food didn't leave us feeling like we'd over indulged. But the best part of our Indigo Crow experience was the Key Lime Pie. We came back the next day for another slice before catching our flight.

Cute outdoor seating with great Brunch options. They don't have a kids menu but we just got smaller meals to share. My husband loved the fish tacos and my daughter ate almost all her breakfast. Their coffee was amazing and my waiter was quick with the refills.

I ordered the wedge salad and it was quite disappointing. When the plate arrived i immediately noticed that the plate looked unappetizing: the dressing was watery, the lettuce was less then fresh, and the bacon and tomato toppings were skimpy. I should have sent it back and asked for something else, but the company I was with loves the restraint and the owners so I decided to stick it out and not spoil our meeting. The other layers of lettuce weren't fresh and crispy enough to cut, so they got left behind on the plate. The dressing was not only watery, but it was lacking in flavor too. The highlight of the meal was the seared tuna that I added to my salad. It had a spicy crust which was delicious and it was perfectly seared - not over cooked. The only problem was the watery dressing ran all over my plate Ina soupy mess and the tuna got some of the gross dressing on it. I may go back and t y Indigo Crow again, but I sure won't get the wedge salad. Maybe I'll just have tuna!

This unrivalled restaurant is tucked and nestled in the quaint & charming village of Corrales. Let me first say that I love to support local and this place has all the bells & whistles~~ friendly staff, rustic & cozy feel especially during the holiday season, and the most appetizing food you can imagine. I have ordered many delectable plates but the ones that make my mouth water are the "Ahi Tuna Sandwich, Catalina Salad and YOU must always order the baked brie en croute simply delightful! Anything you order will be incredible as these chefs have passion & pride for all the dishes. You must also go during Spring to enjoy the lovely & serene patio they have, quite endearing I must say. So if your looking for the one and only location in a comfortable atmosphere with all the pizazz you must try Indigo Crow, where good food, wonderful ambiance and excellent service is packaged in one!

Three years after I posted my first review of Indigo Crow, I am still a HUGE fan. They consistently provide outstanding food and service and I have yet to find another restaurant here that can compare even closely. For lunch, I still highly recommend my suggestions from my first review: Ahi Tuna salad, beef skewers, but also the grilled romaine salad add chicken. For dinner, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the lobster ravioli. It is so incredible that my mouth is watering just thinking about it. That said, you cannot go wrong with the Ahi Tuna dish or the Duck. You cannot really go wrong with anything on their menu, in my opinion, which is the genius behind such an excellent restaurant. For dessert, the key lime pie is divine!

I was at indigo last with a large party of people. We were all happy with our meals and that's impressive for a party of 16! I like the ambience and vibe here! The patio is great and the food pretty darn good (if not a smidge over priced).

Nestled in the little village of Corrales, the Indigo Crow, brings you fine dining in a casual atmosphere at a slightly more reasonable price than other places that are just as good. I made a last minute reservation and upon arriving we were sat immediately, right next to the toasty fire place to boot. I was pleased with the wine list, not floored, but pleased. A nice selection with varying prices to suit any budget. Soon after ordering our wine the server brought us a small plate with garlic bread and herbed oil for dipping. I'd go back just for that bread with it's chucks of garlic. Everything on the menu sounded delicious, we started with the crab cakes with red chili aioli. The crab cakes were just so slightly over done, but put together well and delicious as expected. My date had the pork loin with garlic mashed, kale and peppers. I thought her pork was a bit bland but the garlic mashed was killer. They gave her enough food that she couldn't finish it all, nice job Crow! I was torn between the duck and the the rack of lamb, two of my favorite dishes, both of which are easy to screw up so they are a good gauge for the skill in the kitchen. I opted for the bone in lamb chops with risotto, carrots and spinach. I asked for the lamb rare, it came rare, melt in your mouth! The spicy blackberry glaze was excellent, I could have eaten that on anything. Sides never thrill me but the risotto was very good and the spinach and carrots were sauteed just right. Our server was excellent...friendly, attentive, and kept our glasses full. I think he even laughed at my jokes, here's 30%, keep up the good work!

It's hard to believe that, despite having driven by this place a million times (my parents live two minutes away), we've only been here once. We finally decided to stop in and, my goodness, we've been missing out! The food here is a bit on the pricey side, but if you stop in, you'll quickly understand why. This is serious cuisine. Fresh, delicious, creative, just perfect. We stopped in for lunch. I had the Ahi Tuna sandwich and the husband had the Crow burger; both were outstanding. If you aren't really feeling like dropping a bunch of cash on dining (the dinner menu gets pretty expensive), stop in for lunch instead. Their selection is great and the patio is very pretty. A great place to visit when you're in Corrales.

Wow. There are no words. This little restaurant is nestled in to the most quiet part of Albuquerque and looks like something out of a dream. It's beautifully decorated both inside and out, and really lends itself to a warm and cozy feeling. We started off with excellent wine and beer choices, though I wish there was a moscato on the menu. Our appetizer was beef skewers with a sweet teriyaki, which was heavenly. Moving on, the boyfriend ordered a salad and I had the green chile chowder, which was wonderful. Then we were surprised with bread! I'm always feeling a restaurant that gives me bread, so I was a happy camper. Entrée: I had a perfectly cooked pork tenderloin over garlic mashed potatoes topped with kale and bell peppers in a sweet green chile sauce. But my boyfriend's plate was the star of the evening. Panko crusted halibut with linguine in this beautifully crafted bacon something sauce that made me die and go to heaven. Didn't stick around for dessert, will attempt it next time!

It was beyond good. Took two colleagues there today for a business dinner and was very impressed with the overall setting. The cozy setting is inviting and absolutely speaks to the local history of the area. We ordered crab cakes for an appetizer and I chose the halibut for dinner. Both were excellent choices. The halibut was placed on a bed of rice and had an excellent sauce The staff made you feel welcome and it was their pleasure to have you join them for dinner. Our waiter was very knowledgeable, made sure that we understood the menu, told us the special of the night that wasn't on the menu and made recommendations. Not cheap but well worth the price. It's a small place make a reservation, glad we did.

Awesome little restaurant in the middle of Corrales. Gourmet food in an unpretentious setting. Waitstaff was both knowledgeable and courteous. Our party started with the mussels appetizer - delicious. The main dishes included the NY strip, grilled prawns, lamb, and tuna ahi. Each dish was superb. Portions weren't overwhelming and prices were fair considering the quality. I highly recommend going for a special date night or even if you're just wanting to treat yourself to an exceptional meal. A must for out-of-town guests.

I know I have written a few reviews of Indigo Crow, but I wanted to take the time to once again let people know about the staff here and the passion they have for good food and serving people. I want to first mention again, that I am in no way a "plant" or friends with the owners of this restaurant. In fact, I don't even know the last names of the owners or employees. It is always refreshing when the chef takes the time to come out of the kitchen and chat with the customers. About a month ago, Junior came to our table to check in with us and again told us about his passion for good food and feeding people. It is really his passion to make you a delicious meal that you will remember. Junior is a giver of energy and an incredibly helpful and compassionate man. Junior bragged about his kitchen staff and what amazing help they are to him and Don and Gina, the owners. He said that he never has to worry because he knows they can create and do whatever needs to be done on a daily basis. Junior talked about his love for the restaurant and how wonderful it is to work with Don and Gina and the wait staff. He was genuine in what he was saying and really wants his customers to leave happy and full. His attitude is reflected in his food and service and if you haven't come to Indigo Crow yet, or it has been awhile....please check them out. They are very open and accommodating people who were put on this earth for YOU.

Well - this review is directed towards the management/owners. I pose a question: if your server cleared a table by reaching his fingers into 3-4 used/different glasses just so he could clear them (apparently the use of a small tray is old school and long forgotten) and, he also grabbed the dirty end of silverware only to be seen next, cutting bread and/or graving clean silverware... What would you do? Would you eat that bread or use that silverware???

We were really excited to try a new brunch spot, as I kept reading great reviews and seeing the name in "best of" lists. It was good, great service, but it won't go on my favorites list. A good place to stop if you are in Corrales, but not worth making it a special destination. I definitely have to say the red chili sauce was excellent on my heuvos, but it have to say a place like Nob Hill Bar and Grill is hands down a million miles above in cuisine and experience.

My family and I decided to stop here on a "whim", we pulled in, walked up, asked for a table, and we were seated. Ok, it was 545pm, but still, I was amazed. Mainly because it was Saturday night. We ordered the fondue, steak skewers, house salads and the halibut special, with the berry bread pudding for desert. This was so amazing, the service was fast but not rushed, the portions were perfect. The food.....I can only say that I would have licked the plates, except I didn't want to look to foolish. Had dinner here several years ago and put it on my "must go back" list. Five years pass and I am happy to say this place is still in business and as fantastic as ever. For a late lunch, I had fish and chips and my husband had a burger. We also shared crab cakes as a starter. The service was excellent. The chile sauce for the crab cakes was superb.

I really enjoyed this place. The atmosphere was cozy, the location was tucked in the village of Corrals and the food was great! For starters we tried the Grilled Romaine salad- I didn't even know you could grill romaine. It was a very interesting salad, but one that I would eat again. For entrees my table had the Rack of Lamb, Ahi Tuna and the Airline Chicken. All of which I had the privilege of tasting. The food was perfectly cooked, fresh and delish! The only reason I didn't give this place 5 starts was because the service was extremely slow, we waited about an hour to get our entrees. I am hoping this is not a regular occurrence here, because I want to come back!

Cute outdoor seating with great Brunch options. They don't have a kids menu but we just got smaller meals to share. My husband loved the fish tacos and my daughter ate almost all her breakfast. Their coffee was amazing and my waiter was quick with the refills.

We have been here many times. One of the best hidden secrets in the ABQ area. Consistently great food and service. Try the lobster ravioli or the ribeye when available.

I absolutely love this place! Been a couple times now and both times I was impressed with the food and wait staff. The duck breast is heavenly, the lamb chop was cooked perfectly. Dress up or dress down and it feels comfortable (it is ABQ)...

The NY stip is to die for....cut with a fork. Caesar salad has long stalks that you have to cut....awkward. Wine is good. Prices as expected with a quality restaurant. Salmon is excellent. Great locals place!

The end.

I have fish and chips almost everywhere I go and these were great! Just the right amount of crispy. Having hush puppies included was a special treat. The next time we travel to Albuquerque, we will for sure stop here again.

THANK YOU!
