So, Ned's... I've heard some bad stuff about this place in the past, maybe before it was actually Ned's. But, there are some horror stories about this place out there. I'm here to tell you, that's in the past. Inside, the bar and dining area is great. Very clean and well laid out. The staff could not have been nicer, either. We were here for a Yelp event and we had a sampling of brunch food and drinks. Really excellent! The food was delicious and had generally good portions. For a bunch of whacky Yelpers showing up on a Saturday morning, the service was quite good. Ned's has obviously gone through a makeover. They have lots of TVs, so game day should be good, but they are not so overwhelming that if you came only for food or drinks you would feel out of place. It looks like they could have live music here as well. If so, I wouldn't count on an intimate conversation - the place isn't quite that big. But it would be a fun atmosphere, I think. So, Ned's - definitely not a dive bar. Good food, good drinks and a good atmosphere. They are turning this place around. Give them a shot, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Had a great time with friends last Thursday night. Service is a little slow but food is not bad for the price.

seems as though the opinions are mixed on Deadly Nedly's....plant me firmly in that crowd- mixed. One one hand, they have pub trivia, who doesn't love that. On the other, despite any efforts to the contrary, it is firmly entrenched as a dive, albeit one trying (??) to become a bit higher class. Food: meh, average at best, fries were soggy (20% of em') and cold (about 40% of em'), burger was a touch below your typical Islands or Red Robin quality.... Service was reasonable, not too much to complain about. Atmosphere: hmm, is this where I show my true colors? Ha, "colors" are prohibited here (says so on the sign outside)! Looking about at the other patrons, there was a mix if geriatrics who looked like they mistakenly stumbled in here (it IS just off the 40) and barfly's who spend 30% of their waking hours at this particular establishment. I'll be honest, I was a bit worried that I'd left my sidearm at home (was in running shorts) this time, but alas, we made it out alive and perhaps we might even come back for pub trivia some night....albeit with full bellies, as the beer price and trivia are about the only alluring aspects to deadly nedly's....well, that and the odds of making it out alive, haha. Good luck! ;)

Came here on a Friday night and it's definitely a happy hour place. The parking lot was already full @ 5pm and we had to park at the business next door (apparently that is ok since they are closed at night). Waitress took a while to come but she had walked in the door when we did. She was nice and helpful after that. The chips and salsa were a surprise since it's a pub place, but hey it's NM. Food was good, I had the cheese burger and husband had the club. The club was so big it took up the whole plate! There was a band warming up and they began to play just before we left.

On our way back to our hotel after some fun at the Balloon Fiesta we decided to just stop at the first place we saw that caught iour ey... that turned out to be Ned"s. It"s not much to look at from the outside, but inside it was clean and not completely outdated. There are tall plants all around. Not what you expect in a bar and grill. The menu, however, was ALL bar and grill. I saw Buffalo Chicken empanadas on the appetizer menu and was really tempted to try them. We just weren't hungry enough to order an appetizer. Besides, they gave us chips and (some surprisingly really good) salsa. That was enough... I forget the name of the sandwich I had but it had green chiles, turkey, pastrami and Swiss cheese, I believe. Served on a split pita, it sounded like a strange combo, but really worked. It was tasty. I opted not to pay extra for fries, so housemade chips came with my sandwich. Wife had the BLT, which was solid but unremarkable. They had the local Marble IPA on tap, so I was happy about that. Wife had a Cosmo, which she said was OK, but kinda watery. The one interesting thing about this place was the crowd. There were a lot of 40-somethings there, so we actually fit in. Maybe it was groupies for the band that was getting ready to play. We did not stick around to hear the band. If I lived in the area, it would probably be a cool place to hang out on a Saturday night have some solid food, good local beer and listen to some live music.

Ned's has really made some changes!! My fellow yelpers and I really enjoyed our brunch and drinks. I tried both their wine spritzer and bloody mary and I was not disappointed. My french toast was delicious, it was full of flavor and the green chili turkey sausage was a good pair. I couldn't keep my friends from reaching over to steal a few bites. They cleaned their plates as well. The service was also very good and attentive. I thank Ned's and the staff for welcoming us and treating us well. I saw a flyer on the door for a show that is going to take place on Dec.29th and I'm going to try and convince my fiends to come along.

I was fortunate to try this place at a Yelp event! It was tasty food with good service. I tried their corn beef hash and it was very filling (good portion size) and quite delicious. My husband got their huevos rancheros and liked it also. Their cocktails, bloody mary and berry spritzer was good. This place would have gotten 5-stars except for the fact that one of the people in our party had to wait an additional 20 minutes or more for her food than the rest of the people sitting at our table. But overall, it had good service and good food. I definitely recommend.

I was relieved and surprised what a great flip this place has done since the past establishments! The waitress was very polite, attentive, and well the turkey burger was super juicy but it could have been cuz I had the super mexi burger with the turkey burger party ;) beers were super cheap and music was enjoyable :) will be back to try more.

What a dump! Great band! Merican Slang is really good. Ned's food is however disgusting. If you're looking for a dive with terrible food Ned's is the place!

This place used to be Joker's Pub and I have to say they've made many improvements to the place. The drinks were decent, but the waitresses did not really know the beers on tap and did not cover their tables well. I went here for their first comedy club night and it was a lot of fun. They might want to back off of the cover charge for the event till it gets more recognition, however. I liked the green chile cheese fries, but the guacamole left a LOT to be desired. I would come back here again for the comedy show. :)

Came here for a Saturday morning brunch, and was very happy with the experience. The French toast was crunchy and delicious, and the green chile sausage served on the side was perfect. Surprisingly gourmet food, really a step up from most bar food in town. The Bloody Mary was spicy and just what I needed to get my day started.
