Never been to a Garcia's Kitchen, never thought of going to a Garcia's Kitchen. Thought it was just another Mexican Restaurant with the same old same old. Was driving down the road with my belly button rubbing a hole in my back and to borrow a Howie-ism I needed a tummy spankering. My goodness!! I have NEVER had Chicharonnes like these before. These my friends are defiantly to LIVE for! The Chicken Quesadilla was awesome as well. Props to this fast food establishment I shall return again and again!

Other than the fact that they got my order correct, this was an unpleasant experience. The brisket tacos i got were thrown into a Clamshell with as much care as a child has for work. The traps themselves wetter falling apart. They had to all 4 times to see if they had understood the order correctly. Then there was the 10 minute wait in the drive through line. And what do you know. They were out of chips and salsa. I'm not saying i won't go back, but lots cuates is right around the corner and a lot neater and quicker. They probably also have chips and salsa.

I really used to love coming here, the food was really good. It seems the food has gone downhill. Very lacking in flavor, very bland. The last two times I've been here they got my order wrong, disappointing because I really used to love the food here.

Poor choice for dinner. Watery green chili. Rellenos was soggy. Tamale was acceptable.

I've been here a few times in the past, but not for the last year or so. The food has gone downhill. Bland and uninspired. I had a green chile cheese burger and fries, the burger literally tasted like cooked hamburger. No salt, no pepper, nothing. The green chili had no flavor at all, which is incredibly hard to accomplish. Fries were ok. Girlfriend had the chile rellano plate (one her her fav dishes), but she said that it too was bland and had no seasoning. Didn't even finish half of our food and although I can't exactly prove it, I'm close to certain the place gave me food poisoning. Shame, we used to like the place. Waitress was great, but it looks like since the pater familia passed away recently there's no one to crack the whip. Doubtful we will return.

I come here when I need quick food. The red chile is good and the service is great! I'm treated nicely every time I drive thru. Food is ok, pretty good for fast food. Burritos are HUGE!

Though reviews, we found this place and decided to try it. It appears to be a simple fast food type place, order off the overhead menu, food is brought out to the table, nothing fancy about the service. Now the green chili enchilada's are good. Overall, the food was fresh, not stale and service hot. It was a good cheap meal and would all under my cheap eats list.

Fast food Garcia's!?!? Holy Toledo!! This place is really just for drive through. The food is not as good as at the sit-down restaurants and you don't get any kind of service. You order your food at the counter, just like McD's, and then sit down and they bring it to you...but that's the end of your experience with the staff. On top of that, even if you're dine-in you get plastic partitioned plates and plastic forks and spoons and paper or plastic cups. Ee-gad! So...if you're in a rush and just gotta have those Huevos Locos (as we all do) then this is passable. If you want the better experience and the better food, go to one of their sit down restaurants.

This Garcia's wasn't that good. Disposable plates/fast food layout, but I think the prices are the same. Food didn't taste as good as other Garcias.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
