I love the coffee. I haven't really tried much of the food. I think I had a pumpkin muffin and it was good. Try the autumn roast! It has a cocoa essence to it, which I really liked. The staff was also friendly.

Einstein is always good, especially their Nova Lox! They have so many delicious bagels!

I dogged this company on an earlier review (three stars, Central location) and today, after munching down on some mid-morning eats with the family, I'm feeling sorry for the review. Truth is, I really like this chain and I'm happy they're in the 505. I'm going to set aside my previous qualms, mainly centered around the un-local feel of the environs, and give Einstein's their due. Four solid stars. Are you an avid reader of reviews? Count me in. I read raves that aren't deserving and pans that rip restaurants for the most petty of issues. While Einstein's does stamp the corporate branding on everything they craft, they achieve a fourth star because they incorporate green chile in the mix, and the overall product is money. Go ahead, scope Trader Joe's for our favorite pepper, you'll find it in a can, mild. Here, you'll find two bagel varieties that incorporate the stuff, and you can add chile to any sandwich. That's evidence, to me, of a chain that has embraced the local vibe. The bagels are tasty, the "shmear" varieties will satisfy, prices are (barely) fair, coffee is tasty, what else do you want? When I look for good bagels in this city, I turn to Wolfe's, and if I'm not near the only outlet in town, I turn to Einstein's. Simple as that. Shmears.

My first instinct was to go to the Einstein Bagels by UNM. Friendly happy employees!! One should always go with their first instinct. Being greeted at 630 in the morning by an employee that's obviously not happy having to cut bagels in half and toast them is just not a good way to have a beautiful day started. Thankfully the bagels should make up for this!

I love this location. The food is cooked/baked to perfection. The other locations over baked the bagles so by the time I get mine its hard. The staff here is friendly. The service is quick. Never disappointed when I come to this location.

I ordered two bagel sandwiches, to go, smashed beyond bagel recognition. This Einstein bros. is not even bringing out their C game.

Staff is very friendly, food was great, and on a Sunday morning they had some great live music. Would definitley recommend coming to this Einstein's Bagel shop on a Sunday morning!

I'll say the same thing every time...save your money and go to Wolfe's Bagels instead! They have better, fresher offerings--they make their schmears in house at Wolfe's. Einstein's is stingy with their schmear and their green chile cheese bagel is almost always soggy and disappointing.

BFF, S.O. and I came here to get breakfast en route to Santa Fe... definitely a good call! I had their honey wheat bagel with strawberry spread... toasted. First bite: it was good. The bagel was tasty and tasted fresh. This location seemed like the go-to spot for the folks that works in the area b/c it was getting really busy during lunch time. Good prices... good menu... and friendly servers.

The bf an I were looking for a quick place to grab a bite that didn't include fast food. He wanted a breakfast sandwich while I wanted something more lunchy. Einstein's was able to give us everything we wanted. Highlights - *My vanilla non fat latte was good (but not Starbucks quality) *I went with the Tasty Turkey Signature Sandwich (Onion & Chive Shmear and Veggies with turkey). Very fresh and tasty...just like the name. :) *BF went with the Bagel Thin BLT with Avocado Sandwich (Fat Turkey-Bacon and Roasted Tomato Spread). He liked it a lot. *Fast and friendly service *Clean restroom Overall...perfect place to grab a cup coffee, sandwich or just people watch. If you're in the area...I suggest you check them out!

Worst chicken salad on plain bagel ever. Why does it have cinnamon? I didn't see that on the ingredient list...gross. At least I used a $2 off coupon...what a waste of cash and my lunch hour. Bagels are good, but this chicken salad sandwich was YUCK!
