Easy access is nice but my favorite thing about this place was that they had pop-rocks ice cream!! The Baskin Robbins shop inside is probably the only part of this place I'll ever use, so it's what's earning all the stars. I love ice cream, so I have to love a place that scoops me up good. 5 stars just seems a bit much for a chain and I'm taking away for not having that cone holder on the counter. You know? So you don't have to try to get your wallet out one handed while you balance a precious scoop. I am amending this to reflect that, I really do love the Dunkin coffee. I got all worked up over the ice cream and spaced that tidbit. Sorry.

Time to make the donuts or at least a cup of coffee. Is DD the best donuts or best coffee in town? Not really, but this place is the only place open on my way to work at 5:30am so they get my business every morning.

i... love... dunkin.... Have to give this dunkin some love because of the whole combo baskin robbins thing even though I haven't ordered from that half yet.. though this is how most dunkins are in Illinois..which I'm used to. I feel this location could be a litter more updated/cleaner.. its a little dingy but I feel the service and products are as expected from a DD. The girls I have had help me are very nice. Also parking is easy. I feel bad that next door another donut shop (Donut Mart) is opening to "compete" with them but i think their donuts are junky and there is no way the coffee could compete with DD.. so i hope it doesnt hurt their profits. ONe coool thing one day they did here was make a few HUGE donuts (like literally a donut the size of 4 -5 regular donuts)... pretty sure it's not the corporate thing to do but looked like they were having fun making a massive donut creation. Also I love the wakeup wraps... the egg white turkey sausage wakeup wrap is only 150 calories... wohoo. P.S. I need a dunkin by my work on alameda/coors so I can go before/during work PLEASE..

Went there this morning. They weren't busy and had shelves full of donuts. I thought, "great! Fresh donuts!" Boy was I ever wrong! Got back to my hotel room we start to eat our donuts and omg they are stale. Ugh! Dry crunchy outside and soft middle. That is even including the filled ones. Every.single.one. I will say that the blueberry donut holes were very good. That's all that was good. Don't see why everybody is so crazy about Dunkin Donuts. We won't be back.

I've never left a review for any sort of establishment and my intent here is not to discourage people from frequenting this store. I'm hoping that one of the owners reads this so that they can correct this issue so someday I can go there again regularly. They don't know how to make coffee. Pretty much every time I go there to get a coffee it's not how I'd like it and a lot of the times I just throw it out. Here's a list of the problems I often experience with this store -Coffee is always scalding hot and not drinkable unless you add some ice or let it cool off for a while. -Coffee is often not brewed properly and too mild. Last few times I went in there I threw mine away because you could hardly taste it. -Employees don't know how to add enough cream or sugar as requested. I stopped having employees add them to my coffee and started just doing it myself. Majority of the time that you ask to have your coffee made a specific way they get confused and you have to repeat yourself a few times. -Employees are too slow and don't move the line along. It's hard to get in and out of there in a few minutes.

might run into a few sketchy characters loitering about outside, but that's par for the course here by campus....but once inside, let the joy begin!!!! HALLELUJA!!! All Praise to the Mighty Blueberry Donut! and the coffee can be analogous to holy water (I'm going to piss off a whole heck of a lot of catholics with this review....). seriously, that blueberry donut is just amazing, but fortunately the service at this location is just as good as the donut.....had a kid with lots of piercings & ink (so subconsciously i'm already judging the poor kid, right?), but he sure proved me a jackass, the kid was kind and polite as can be, big smile, just the way american donut shops used to be. Just for that one kid, I'll go back to the central location for life, thanks kid! and hey folks, make sure you tip when the service comes with a smile~

There were not enough staff working and the line was out the door. I ordered a combo which comes with coffee, and they weren't going to give me my coffee. The turkey sausage breakfast sandwich was microwaved and felt like rubber. I also ordered 1/2 dozen donuts and specified that two were chocolate glazed, but when I opened the box they were chocolate frosting...big mistake man...choco frosting is NOT choco glazed, nor is it as good. I also ordered Boston cream pies and the girl squished the chocolate up.

As soon as we landed... I asked the BFF if they had a DD and she said yes. First stop: this place indeed. It was 11ish at night so they didn't have much selection so I just got a marble donut ... first bite: didn't quite expected it to be that bad. It was the cakey donut that I'm not a fan of... Therefore on our second visit... before heading out to the Balloon Festival... we were in luck. Their inventory was fully stocked! We ended up getting a dozen donuts... sugar... chocolate... all satisfied the craving. However... still doesn't compare to the DD in the Philippines.

I haven't been to Dunkins in a while, so I stopped in on Sunday. They were bustling around -- filling a super-huge order (I think it was for the flea-market, but can't be sure). The girls kinda divided my order, one on the donut, one on the coffee, and one on the bagel. I was happy that they still had pumpkin donuts, but sad that they only filled the coffee 3/4 full. This is a 2 star place, but the girl with the coffee was so cute -- I'll give them 3. Not my favorite DD -- I like the one on San Mateo or the one at 4th and Montano.

Dunkin' Donuts has reliably good cake donuts, but how excited can you get about a chain donut shop.. At this one, in an area with a large population of transients, homeless people, heroin addicts, and people who talk to themselves or to Elvis; you need to buy something to be given a key to the restroom.. But inside you find some sort of haven from the insanity and the coffee is decent.

Minimal selection of doughnuts available, poor service, and had to ask for separate (and outrageously large and dirty) keys to use the bathroom. Was not happy with my experience and will not return to this location.
