Food is the same as any other Bob's but the service is horrible. I've never seen a single person there in a decent mood and they just don't care. I've waited in the drive thru, without getting service, for 5+ mins on multiple occasions. Last time I went, it took 15 mins to get a breakfast burrito and I was the only person there. Won't go back.

Christmas style cheese fries were good but the actual burger patty left something to be deisred. It was a small patty over taken by the bun and condiments. If I'm in Albuquerque again I'll be researching a bit more for a better green chile urger joint.

As other reviewers have stated, this is an old building in dire need of a face lift at the very least. In a hurry between appointments today, figured I'd drive thru and try their Ranchero Burger. Wow! Really good burger for three bucks, pretty good sized burger as well. I got the supreme with cheese and green chili. The chili is hot, not so hot that it causes your lips to blister, but hot enough to let you know it's there. And the cheese was melty. I'm unsure of the quality of the meat but it's better than most fast food options out there. I didn't see any filler in it or chunks of gristle, so yeah, pretty good stuff.

I'm not sure what causes the 2 star here on yelp but they get better than that from me, my lunch was outstanding. We popped in for a Ranchero burger today, that (IMO) is their secret sauce that causes you to want to come back. It's a green chile sauce layer on the burger. If you've been to Griff's on Central it has a similar vibe I get the feeling they keep a steady crew it has a home town feel about it. Bob's has been around for a very long time, they're a fixture around Albuquerque. If you're just passing through and wonder where should I stop in NM for a chile fix, drop in and grab a Ranchero burger they are a craving creator for sure.

I love Bob's in general but this location is horrible. From the terrible interior to the creepy guy who stands outside to conduct mysterious and suspicious business (he is always there! WTF?) to the fact that it routinely takes 15 minutes get through drive thru (again, WTF?) this location needs some serious attention from both corporate and the cops.

I support local foods and beers daily. I have supported this location for years I feel this spot is the best. Until unfortunately I order four chill dogs on a Wednesday and there were loads of onions. I get to destination marble brewery, on marble aways drive. So I call immediately and the manager is gone so she returns my call a day later because she saw my number No one told her of my situation. Then I only get two because she needs to look for receipt so I take two I call today and it's been 14 days Which I was not told of this. The manager was aware of this but it's pasted the day. REALLY not good customer service at all. Looks like fourth street here I come from now on.......

Eeew this place is gross , never eat at a fast food resturant that has security bars on the order window , not sure what meat was in this taco burger? But It didn't taste like beef , the girl who took our order was friendly , I hope she finds a nicer place to work , chili fries were soggy and tasted like the toppings came straight from sycos dumpster . However as Iook around the place the customer eating all seem happy , maybe it's just me I am a food snob

Sloppy grease joint, bullet holes in ceiling, jail bars in front of cooks, bad attitudes. Might as well call it Bob's ****hole!

The Ranchero Burger is a bit different from other Green Chile Cheese Burgers. It is very spicy and very cheesy. I can only eat here ever so often, but when I do, I am never disappointed. Clientele is a little rugged, and so are the employees, but it is always a great experience.

I love Bob's Burgers, but I gotta agree with the previous reviewer on this particular location. We avoid this one at all costs. Terrible parking... and what's with the bars across the counter? Makes you feel like the place is gonna get robbed any second...

The Food is very good especially the Ranchero and Taco Burgers. Everything with their chile (both red and green) on it is typically hot. I gave it a low rating due to broken tables and chairs. If you don't mind the ghetto atomosphere with loud hip hop music playing this might be the place for you. Also don't forget to bring your change, this place is so cheap that they charge you for refills on your drinks.
