This particular location is notorious for making customers wait. I'm wondering if it's just because they aren't usually very busy, so they're just not prepared? Or if they want to make sure everything comes out very fresh? Whatever it is, I love their Cravin Chicken sandwich and I have never once waited less than 8 minutes for it. I have just come to terms with the fact that I shouldn't come here in a rush, and that, at least after waiting, my sandwich is always fresh. The TJCinnamon's attached is pretty gross here. They don't keep up with the cinnamon rolls. I had one once and it was SO rock hard. I guess I just feel like Arby's has gotten pretty damn expensive and they're also not even maintaining a quick fast food image any longer (well, not at this one) I used to LOVE their hot ham and swiss sub from back in the day. If they bring that back I probably won't complain about them again ever, but for now, this location needs work! The lobby is always a mess too, but I'm wondering how because it's such a ghost town. I feel like students would go there more often if it was faster and cheaper. Guess we'll keep dreaming.

The prices keep going up and the amount of meat on each sandwich gets smaller and smaller. I'll be taking this off my lunch rotation. I really want to like Arby's but this particular one is super slow. This time it took 10 minutes to get 5 melts at lunch with no cars in front of us...

I would fire the staff seem the place and hide if I owned this location. 845 am doors locked had to be let in. Order a breakfast thought I asked for a combo wroth a large drink that was not the case. A large 44oz drink cost 3 dollars, I got tea not Starbucks! I loath stupid and that's what this place has stock in.

The manager here is an ass hole. My grandma went through the drive through to get me a max roast beef meal. Apparently that "comes with cheese" all of a sudden after all the years of getting it. So my gma says that it doesn't have cheese and they end up giving us the cheese n beef sandwich without the cheese wtf? Why would I want that? the max roast beef is like what arbys is known for, how can you be that dumb? The cashier at the window even "confirmed" it with the manager that that was the only sandwich my gma could be talking about. You work at arbys how can you not know what a max roast beef is? So anyways, my gma brought it back to me and of course I diddnt want that. That's f**king dumb. How can you get "max roast beef" and "beef and cheese" confused? So she ends up taking it back and the Manger is being really rude about it. At first he wasn't gonna do anything about it! Basically saying we were sol. But my gma was like f**k no so the manager ended up throwing the recipe and money return at my gma. She had to pick it up from the ground, and she was thrown out of the store and banned from ever going there again. She ended up just getting me mannies down the road. Never again arbys.

The shift manager and another manger who was leaving, were so concerned with something that happened during the previous shift that they left me waiting for 5 minutes to order. Finally one of the 2 other workers asked for help and the shift-manager finally took my order and was quite rude. I waited another 7 minutes for my meal. It turns out that after all that hassle, they gave me only bacon in my brisket sandwich. I will NEVER go there again. The man behind me in line was also fed-up with the shift-manager's behavior, because after taking my order, she went back to complaining about the other manager before stepping up to help him. This is a place where I would hate to work - too much gossiping and negativity.

This is a hard one to review..I like arbys but not this one. The last time I ate here was the same problems. If im paying 6.00 for a roast beaf sandwich It should be big ,hot and cheese running down my arm..Not cold, small and wtf? weres my shit load of cheese? Then the poor kid working drive thru tells me there not aloud to ask me if I wanted arby sauce.. well Im glad I did ask.It was one of the most dry ass sandwiches Ive had..I like nob hill, but will never drive out of my way for this location ever again..

I love Arby's. I have for years, and otherwise would not review this chain but man...I gotta get something off my chest. While my heart still loves the food (including the curly fries, BLT sandwich, and roast beer sandwich) I normally stop by drive through on my way home from working late or coming from the gym (don't judge, I crave protein after 3 hour work outs) so I can't judge interior design or friendliness of counter workers. What I can tell you is why I stopped going through the drive through. The first time we went, the food took 10-15 minutes. Neither of us could figure out why it took so long but wrote it off as a fluke. The second time was close to 10 minutes and we saw absolutely no one there but us. Third...shame on me. 15 minutes later we got the food and just decided we were done with this Nob Hill chain. I know they aren't making food from scratch here and in no way should it ever take more than 5 minutes to deliver my food unless there is only 1 person there (which I know there isn't.) Even with cutting the roast beef and cooking the fries should not be so time consuming... So I'm done...when I need a quick meal, even though I prefer the food here, I'll do Wendy's or maybe (MAAAAAAAAAYBE) McDonald's because they don't take more than 2 minutes...ever. Sigh. One day perhaps...one day.

Before today, I hadn't been to Arby's in about 5 years. Arby's often gets a bad rap, though I've never had any negative experiences with their restaurants -- nor overwhelmingly positive ones, for that matter. Anyway, my wife and I went to this Arby's on a whim, because we needed a quick bite. Here's the breakdown: * Environment: The restaurant is very clean and tidy. Thanks to liberal use of large windows, it is very brightly lit as well. This Arby's offers wireless internet, which I did not have a chance to try out. * Service: The lady behind the counter (Mary) seemed very efficient. She was also quite diligent about checking people's orders to make sure the folks in the back gave them all the right stuff. When she was handing someone a particularly large order of sandwiches, she reviewed the order with him and checked each sandwich. Upon discovering that somebody had put the wrong item in there, she quickly swapped it out. That's MUCH more attentive and polite service than you'll find at most fast food places. * Food: Our sandwich meal, which arrived fairly quickly, was great. The sandwich itself had a good balance of meats, vegetables, and sauces -- nothing was overwhelming or underperforming. The meal came with curly fries, which were very fresh and just crunchy enough without being overdone. Basically, the food was made perfectly and came in good-sized portions. * OVERALL: We got really good value for our money, and had a satisfying meal in a nice environment. Customer service was friendly and detail-oriented, and overall it was an enjoyable experience. Anybody looking for a quick bite around the Nob Hill area would get my recommendation to visit this Arby's.
