They have the best egg rolls! Did not care for their homemade duck sauce.

I really hate leaving bad reviews but the General Tso's chicken was dried shoe leather with a microscopic amount of chicken inside. When I asked the woman why it was dry and tough, she explained that in the future I need to order steamed chicken . I'm hoping this was a bad experience and that the food is normally better but unfortunately I will not be going back . On the plus side the quantities are massive for the price

Very affordable lil take out joint hidden away in a small strip mall in spotswood. The roast pork lo mein is da bomb. The rest of the menu is decent, you'll find fine dining elsewhere but if its pork lo mein you desire then Liu's is your baby! Yes they deliver and thank goodess because it's not really the place to eat in. But when they deliver their lo mein that wonderful juicy gelatinous mixture of pork noodles with veggies a combo that I absolutely crave and desire it makes me want to lick my plate each and every time. They have affordable prices for lunch and combination dinner specials like shrimp w/ lobster sauce and pretty tasty/meaty spare ribs, I firmly believe the rest of the menu is above average especialy for a primarily take out joint.

Kind of a hole in the wall establishment with very little seating. The food is very good with generous portions. I highly recomend the General Tso's Chicken. For quick takeout, Liu's is a great place to stop.

We had an order delivered from Liu's yesterday as our two 'local' places are closed on Mondays. The food was only ok, but better than the two places closer to us, so we will order from Liu's again. Delivery was prompt - within 30 minutes from the time ordered. Oh, and the prices were cheaper too.

Although this is a Chinese takeout restaurant, it is family owned and operated. The food is excellent and carefully prepared. The dishes are inexpensive. Try their boneless spare ribs or their steamed dumplings.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
