The absolute worst dominos I've ever dealt with. The only reason why I order dominos is because I want thin crust. It's not worth it. The first time I ordered and the delivery never came because the driver's cell phone died. The idiot never thought to get out of the car and ring the door bell (as outlined in my instructions). I paid with my card so I had to call and get a refund. Never got that refund by the way. This time, I ordered my pizza the driver calls and tells me he can't find my house. He says, " I'm at 109, I don't see 101. I literally had to tell him to drive further down the street, the numbers go down. Who the heck does the hiring in this place? He finally made it down the street, brought my pizza and was missing my dipping sauces. My hands were full so I couldn't check for sauces, I look, no sauces. I called and they said they would send the drive back....30 minutes later, no driver. Do not order from them. Select another location if available.

Def one of the worst dominos in the county.The review average says a lot. i come to this dominos because it's the closest one to my side of Montclair. Whenever i order online and try to call them to not put that nasty garlic on my crust, the men working there act dumb. Are you dumb? Because im not seeing why youre putting me on hold and asking me the same question 17 times. i dont mean to sound rude but it's just really frustrating. When this dominos was ran by all girls is was good. but these men? smh. imbeciles i need to remember to go to the Dominos in my town ran by Indians, so much better

Don't ever make the mistake of ordering here. Unless you want to deal with the most disorganized mess of your life. I come in to pick up my order which should've been ready and they go looking for it, there's about 5 drivers waiting for orders or people just hanging out. The 2 girls at the front seem lost, the customer before me is pissed about her order. They don't say anything just go about taking care of the chaos in the back. I wait 10 mins. Another guy walks in and picks up his order no problem. The other girl stands there staring off into space instead of asking me if I've been taken care off. So I finally ask her- can you check on my order? "Oh your order been ready" - that's verbatim. Then apparently during the 15 minutes I've been waiting they still didn't have labels for the food. More chaos. I check one of the boxes and there's no sauce. "Doesn't this come with sauce?" "Marinara" She comes back give me my change. I stand there waiting for the sauce. She continues to stand there until I say- "So can I have the marinara?" She takes one from the display counter and hands it to me. The boxes are cold. I walked away without saying thank you- and I am not ever rude to service workers but I was extremely annoyed at this point. Kill yourself before ordering from this Dominos. You'd probably have a better experience.

I wish there was an option for no stars this is legit the worst dominos I have ever been too. I wait 3 hours for delivery and then I have to drive there to find 4 idiots all sitting down doing nothing but staring at me like I have 4 heads. The owner of this establishment should be looked at mentally for letting people run his store that are extremely stupid. The harsh words are much needed for I am furious right now!!!!!!!

It's been quite a while since we've ordered from W.O. Domino's. Let's say we had some really bad experiences. Thought we'd try again tonight. We would do a pick up since they could never find our street 5 blocks away. Well, I've been on the phone for 20 minutes, and no one is picking up. Bye-bye!

Ordered a large pepperoni via app. Received a medium plain. No big deal, I'll just call them, right? Wrong. They don't pick up the telephone. How can you run a pizza delivery business where you don't pick up the telephone??? It doesn't make sense
