Now I try my best to support all local establishments as best as I can with some positive vibes. Yes I am giving them 3 stars , but they have the potential of gaining more in my opinion. I know they are still new to the area , so there are still some kinks they need to work out. I had their Puvee sandwich platter that came with 2 sides along with a piece of cornbread to enjoy. The Puvee~ This is a brisket and Angus beef burger with cheese holding everything in place types of sammies. The brisket had a good taste to it, with a a pretty good flavors to it. I will say that the brisket is tender that it shredded apart nicely with every bite. The burger end of it wasn't so good being it was dry . I had asked for it to prepared medium rare, but it was kept on there a little too long. Hey its ok, a little flaw, but this did take from the flavor of that brisket, so it can be a little disappointing. The sides~ Mac and cheese and corn were ok, nothing out of the ordinary. I was a little disappointed in the mac and cheese, it seemed a little bland , nothing that made it pop. I know it's mac and cheese, but if I bring you to some other bbq joints, you'd come in to just order that. Their corn and cornbread were ok, nothing that stood out. In all Uncle Pigs is a decent spot to grab a meal. Yes they are still new with a few minor kinks that needs to be worked out. These guys should be ok, so as Porky Pig would say "That's all folks".

Well... The smell is intoxicating. Smoke is throughout the whole establishment. For $14 I thought the sampler was a good way to get a taste for my first visit. I also got a side of macaroni salad for $3. Impressions, everything has a decent smoke flavor. However everything has a smoke flavor. First and foremost, you know the meat is there but it's at the end. The chicken was dry I'm glad it had a sauce. The pulled pork is almost mush tender. The brisket tastes like it had been brined for a long time. The ribs are fall off the bone, but dry. Overall I wanted more flavor but I'm left wanting more to eat. It's tasty I'll come back again.

couldn't be more disappointed. ribs were overcooked and dry. tossed the whole rack out. the sampler wasn't much better, the flavor was reheated with sauce.

Came in during opening weekend last Saturday, and I had to come back with the rest of my family on Sunday. This place makes great food! Really thrilled that these guys are in town, though my diet regrets it.

Had the brisket platter for lunch today which states it comes with two sides AND corn bread and drink, we asked for delivery but had to call where our order was they thought it was pickup. The brisket was tender and juicy and very good but not enough BBQ sauce on it, the baked beans were just ok nothing special , but the topper of it all was I didn't get my corn bread or my drink so was totally put off by that. I will try again and hope to have better results!
