I've frequented this particular location because of the proximity to my home. I've ordered mostly through the drivethru and I'd hope management reads this particular review/feedback. Almost 80% and no exaggeration the order via the drive thru is missing an item. On my past visit an incorrect item was placed with the order, it was all missing items and the wrong type of burger was made. This store lacks quality control and it's evident the fries are almost always either undercooked or refried again which doesn't make it a appetizing items. The staff are always nice, the drive-thru attendant always greets you with a friendly smile but the quality control needs improvement.

Welcome to the worlds slowest Wendy's restaurant. How long should it take to make two #1 Combo Meals, 4 chicken nuggets, and a small French fry? If I told you it took 10 minutes you think I would be crazy. But I'm not kidding. That's how long I waited in the drive through for the meal The person handing the food didn't have the courtesy to greet us when we drove up to say there would be a delay. After waiting 6 minutes she finally opened the window to say that they were waiting in the fries. She hands us our drinks with no straws. Finally she comes back 2 minutes later with our meals. After driving off I want to take a bite of these Hot Fries....but they were cold. This Wendy's sucks....I never though I would ever say that about a Wendy's.

Since this is a franchise fast food restaurant, there isn't much that differentiates the food in this Wendy's from another. This place gets 2 stars because the manager that helped me was oozing with negative attitude. He came across like he was somehow better than the customers he was serving. The staff is always pleasant but the manager soured me on this place.

I ordered the new cashew chicken salad and hubby ordered a chicken sandwich. Both chicken came out cold. They fixed my salad but couldn't seem to get his sandwich right. Finally we got the rest of our food after 10 minutes. My salad was pretty good but they ran out of the dressing for that salad so I picked pomegranate vinaigrette. The manager came over to apologize and gave us gift cards to come back. The fries are decent. So are the salads. Get the lemonade next time

While I can live without fast food, I generally thought of Wendys as having the best burgers of the big 3. This one location in particular is an abomination to all things good!!! The service here couldn't blow any more if the place were named Christy Canyons!!! You could literally pull up to the drive thru and order $500 worth of fries and burgers, and there wont be 1 single pack of ketchup in your bag!!!!! You can then ask for EXTRA ketchup ,and the illegal at the window will now hand you nomore than 2 ketchups!!! I said EXTRA GOMEZ!!!!!!!!!! That means you give me a dozen to compensate for what should have been put in with my order already!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good God, my blood is boiling just typing this!!!!!!!!

Wendy's are what they are a fast food joint. On this particular occasion after landing from a flight back from Florida we wanted to stop and get something really quick. Well first the service was really slow at the drive through. Then when we got home they had completly messed up the order and even forgotten to give us an entire meal. So no one really got what they ordered and someone didn't get to eat. A fast food regular will likely say you should always check before leaving, so consider me not a regular. Overall, I'd avoid the night crew at this particular location as they don't seem to have there stuff together.
