Very nice McDonald's location. Newly remodeled with modern decorations and updated throughout. Restrooms were okay but not as nice as the rest of the restaurant. It was like they were almost skipped during the remodel... Service was good. Food was worse than average. I returned my chicken club because it was very dry and they quickly replaced it with a fresh one. The fries were also not fresh and not very good. Below average McDonald's for sure.

Yikes! Flies! I couldn't keep em off me. No soap in the bathroom. Sooo, what do the people who make food use? One experienced cashier & one trainee on her 1st day. And a manager in completely over his head with this & a swamped drive-thru. So he closed 1 lane, lol. No napkins. I would've used the napkin in my bag, but there wasn't one in there either. I asked for the order to stay, anyway. The drink bar was a disaster of trash & spills. I got a dipped cone, but they don't know there's a right way & a wrong way to dip. If you leave it in the chocolate too long, the ice cream melts & you get a thick shell with ice cream dripping onto your hand. So I rinsed my hands in the bathroom with no soap. I always downgrade for Faux "News" on the TV. A lot of us find that silly shit offensive. And like I tell every fast "food" location that's nasty, you obviously don't have the number & quality of employees to handle your volume. Makes no sense to not invest in your most valuable resource & serve everybody who wants to give you their money. Pay $15 an hour & build your reputation into a fun place to go that won't make you sick! Simple!

This could be the worst Mc Donalds I've been to. But, as a disclaimer, I'm not a fan of this chain and only walk through these doors when nothing else is open. With our meetings at Cabelas coming up quickly we opted to walk in and order an English Muffin and a parfait, but left after 10 minutes. Why? When we walked in there were about 10 people in line. The guy in front of us jokingly mentioned that he hoped we weren't in a hurry. There were two high school girls at the register laughing because they had been there for 10 minutes and no one had tried to take their order. The girl at the drive through looked at the line in horror. No one, even after 10 minutes came to the counter to take anyone's order. It was sad. Customers looked at each other in disbelief. After 10 minutes, the line grew and no employees that knew how or were willing to take an order showed. We left.

Too bad they can not have the night shift Run the breakfast shift! The day shift is slow. Was 3rd in line it took 20 minutes to get to the countet. Saw a couple walk out.. This is at 8.30 in the morning. Then their is the issue about the rudeness of the runner. Just throws the food at you. Then looks like they had only 2 people workinhg.but the rest were in a huddle talking. Next time I stop here in Sidney.Ill go to the Wal-Mart

This place doesn't deserve even 1 star. The filthy bathroom should hv bn a hint. But I went ahead and ordered. I ordered a #2 sausage mcmuffin with egg, a hashbrown and coffee. For being the only customer it sure took a while. I thought well at least it will be fresh. WRONG! I hopped back in the truck and headed east on I 80. Looking fwd to my meal. To my dismay the hashbrown was limp. Not crispy. The mcmuffin was not only stale. The sausage patty was absolutely DRY. Mind u. This was 4:30 in the morning. Too top it off. There was NO EGG! I mean WTF? The clues were all there. The filthy bathroom. The cockroach on the dirty flood. The counter was greasy as was the ATM device. I've tried since I left to call and complain. But no one will answer. Big surprise. I will be calling again. Do ur self a favor and steer clear of this place. The worst McDonalds I've bn to in years.

DON'T DO IT! All the prior reviews are spot on. We returned our food as well, and complained to the manager. Flies EVERYWHERE. Spilled milkshake all over the floor, fries and other garbage all over the place. Dirty, dirty, dirty. My stomach is still churning. How they can even work amongst such filth is beyond me. Worst food establishment I have ever been in.

This McDonald's had a very dirty restroom, if I had gone in there before we ordered I would have walked out!

  • Matt D.

Didn't seem too dirty as far as McDonalds go but the service was SLOW! Walked in at 6:30, ordered our food to go, and didn't leave until 7:00. You would think the food would be a little more fresh but I was wrong. Driest sandwich I have ever eaten.

Ordered my food at 10:20 am (10 minutes before breakfast ended). Needless to say - they finally got my order done at 10:48 am. I was heading West on the highway to try and avoid a snow storm so I thought 'fast food' was a good idea. Employees outnumbered the customers and all 12 or 13 people behind the counter looked lost. Maybe they will get their act together soon, but after waiting 28 minutes for a mediocre breakfast - I definitely will not be back any time soon.

Gross!! I didn't even eat the food I ordered here. The walls have food and dirt on them; there's a layer of dust on the soda machines, the soda lids all had food and soda all over them; the credit card machines were sticky and had food on them, the floors looked like they had never been swept. Unfortunately I went through the drive-thru the first time I ate here so I didn't see the nastiness. On the plus side, the bathrooms were surprisingly clean! Seriously, where's the store manager for this place? Its time to do some housecleaning, I'm talking staff and some Mr Clean!

  • David M.

I wouldn't even give this a 1 Star. The food is SO bad. In fact all Mc D's food is bad but this particular location is even worse! It's sad to see how much business this place gets. Eat healthy and live longer.

  • Valerie V.

This is the WORST establishment I have ever been in. Disgusting McDonalds. Flies were all over the register and lights. Spilled ketchup on the counter, no lids available, trash on the counter, soda spray left on the counter, dirty trays on the tables, mcflurry and ice cream toppings left open and spilled on counter behind the register. And all with the employees just standing around not even caring. Young lazy teenagers of course. This mcDonalds still has my stomach churning from its nastiness. I'm from out of town but I will be letting corporate know, someone needs to!
