It wasn't great. Personally I barely ate anything. Several other people were looking at the buffet the same way. It looked like it'd been there a few hours. The only thing I found edible was the sushi but it wasn't great either. Probably best to avoid this restaurant.

Not the best Chinese, but best in the town. We ordered sesame chicken with white rice and general Tao (tsos) chicken which came with 2 egg rolls and fried rice. Chicken was good! Came with very fresh broccoli. Rice (both fried and white) was good as well as the egg rolls. We have been craving good Chinese and the Buffet is under new ownership. It is very clean inside. Our total bill Togo was like $21.00. Buffet is about $10.50 per person. Not bad. They have some sushi but it didn't look the greatest, however there wasn't much to choose from. Looks like everyone in there liked it so much there that they couldn't stick it fast enough. Took about 10 minutes to have our takeout ready. We will definitely eat here when we are craving Chinese again. Better than driving to sterling. (Wonderful house there is amazing!!)

Just reopened under new management and it is definitely 1000 times better. Very busy but quick to refill the food. All very fresh. Loved the fried zucchini. My daughter wasn't charged for her food (2 years old) even though she was quite wasteful, as she is with food everywhere. But the chocolate pudding was a hit with her. They had quite a platter of little California rolls and other variations. I had one, it was fine...I hate seaweed so I'm an impartial voter. Only downside, no kids cups with lids, but no biggie

Get ready for the squirts if you choose to dine here. I think the university of Nebraska scientists use this place to test for E. coli prevalence in food.

Run away from this place as fast as you can! Filthy, disgusting and horrible. Someone in town should call the health department. The cook and front end lady (his mother?) were having a fierce argument. The food temperatures were not hot enough making it impossible for me to eat most of the food in the steam table.

food on buffet doesn't taste good.. i think they're re-heated several times.. nothing special on the place.. room too dark and old carpets.. good for filling up empty stomach but i wouldn't recommend this place for a good lunch-dinner.. price is affordable.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
