Several local artists are highlighted here with a two-month rotation. I liked that when I read the artists last name, I recognized that artist as "so and so's" _______ (fill in the blank) mother, brother, daughter. They also offer locally brewed "Zip-line" beers, as well as old-fashioned bottled soda pop. When we visited on a Thursday evening we met the proprietor, Jeanne and her husband Verle, as well as a college student who specializes in digital performance art preparing for a presentation of her work she will give this Sat. Night at 7:30. She said she goes to Concordia University and feels blessed to have a local gallery while she is in school. I will definitely be returning to purchase a few of my favorite pieces, which were as reasonably priced as I have seen anywhere.
