This is an unusual walk-in Scooter's Coffee sharing a location with a local branch bank. Besides the great coffee, I like the supply of k-cups and other coffee-related items such as travel mugs. The service is always great, and the atmosphere is kinda cozy.

I've always thought pretty much every Scooter's location is A-OK. And this Old Market spot is no exception. I love the fact that they're a successful local chain, serving up all the coffeehouse staples, including acceptably tasty baked goods. Add in that this location shares a bay with a First National Bank and you have the reason I usually end up here: for the ATM. The bank element also makes this a slightly weird coffeehouse to sit and work, study or simply relax at. Overall, I prefer other nearby spots, but Scooter's will do just fine from time to time.

Got my vertigo. If you read even 10% of my tips you can easily discern that I have a penchant for Red bull. I also enjoy coffee and other caffeinated beverages save Four Loko. On warmer months I tend to go for smoothies. Stopping at Scooter's and getting a Vertigo smoothie in Strawberry or Mango is an easy choice. the hard part is size. tiny or huge. today I went huge. The following brain freeze was horrific. I thought that I could smell colors. This location is convenient for me and if I banked with First National, another Omaha based company it would be feasible to have multiple transactions taken care of

Great coffee and service. Nice to be able to stop in when on the Old Market main street (Howard). It's inside a First National location, so nice to stop in and get out. Very nice location though, would be great to sit inside on a laptop I think.

I stopped here looking for a coffee shop to kill sometime in Omaha. Like other reviews say this is more of a coffee stop rather than a coffee shop. It is in with a bank lobby. Doesn't really give you the coffee shop feel. Also hard to find an outlet to plug into if working on a laptop. Overall the coffee and service was good. Tried the breakfast burrito and it was good as well.

Before I moved, I used to come to this place practically every evening. I would come in with my back pack and get a blended mocha and then read my Bible and do a study. I never used to be a coffee drinker but I fell in love with their mocha. it wasn't too much chocolate taste, but it still had a coffee taste to it. The Cinnamon rolls were amazing (the frosting is what made it), and best of all was the location. It's right in the heart of the Old Market and to top it off, it is right on the corner with big windows. I loved just sitting there and reading and occasionally staring out and watching all the business. I would always make this the place to meet up with friends and do a bible study. The only down fall (sometimes) was the music. Sometimes they would play some good music and then other times it would seem too loud. I honestly think it was just whoever was working. But other than that I love this place.

Failing to find a Starbucks in the Old Market, I knew that I would find a Scooter's. Scooter's is to Omaha what Starbucks is to Seattle. Granted, unlike Starbucks in Seattle, you won't find a Scooter's on every street corner. The Old Market Scooter's isn't so much a coffee shop as it is a kiosk that shares its space with a First National Bank on Howard St, one of the main streets that run through the heart of the Old Market. The coffee is decent if unspectacular, certainly no worse than Starbucks. Prices are no worse than Starbucks, either. Thankfully, I don't drink frou frou coffee drinks that cost upwards of $6, so my old school coffee, no cream or sugar, was right around $2. Scooter's does the job if you need your caffeine fix while in the Old Market.

When visiting a town I try to stay away from {STARBUCKS}. This is a great little locally owned coffee shop. It is split in space with a bank! Like your literally drinking coffee and watching people walk in and conduct bank businesses! Oh and a funny thing when you ask for the bathroom key...it is attached to a hoola hoop, so you wont forget it!

This place is a wanna-be rip off of Starbucks. Coffee was ok; pastries were horrible. Staff was friendly, but them sharing their seating area with a bank lobby, brought them down to 2 stars.

This is more of a "coffee stop" than a "coffee shop" for me. When I'm in the Old Market it allows me to sneak in and get my mid-shopping caffeine fix. It's attached to a bank, which is never my favorite way to do coffee, which is why I'm usually just in and then out again. The service is great, worth a whole star in its own.

I walked into Scooters specifically to get a smoothie. It was kinda funny because this location is inside a bank or maybe it's vice versa. When I walked in it was kinda weird because no one even acknowledged me. I walked up to the counter and there were 2 people placing their orders in front of me. After they were finished, they stepped away and the cashier walked off. She wasn't even the one making the drinks. I finally got to order my strawberry banana smoothie. The smoothie was really good but the vibe from the girl behind the counter was odd. I would definitely stop in to a Scooters for the smoothies! (As for the coffee, I will report back later. I'm still in town for a few more days!)

What a great find. Starbucks quality and variety, but at a local joint. I definitely recommend getting your fix here, if you haven't already.

It's ok, like Starbucks. The pastries were good, but pretty generic without that fresh made feeling. I had a medium coffee and it was good. They should consider supplying sugar in the raw rather than regular white sugar packets you find in diners. The place itself is in a great area and the cafe is pretty big with nice wood floors.
