Was craving some great New York Style Pizza and was not disappointed. Got the T-Rex which is covered in meat and it was delicious. The man that waited on us was very helpful. They had a great atmosphere and food. Would come back for sure.

We were in Omaha on a weekend family getaway and stopped here for pizza. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful. We ordered their gluten free Sam and Louie's Best and it was awesome. Really great gluten free crust!

Enjoyed my time here immensely. Service was excellent Food was fresh. Portion sizes large. I had the grilled chicken salad with bbq sauce for my chicken. It was really delicious. I had the Italian dressing, which is made in house and it perfectly complimented the salad. Great place for a casual low key meal with old and new friends.

For some reason, I've always loved this location of Sam & Louie's. It's got that classic pizza joint vibe to it, complete with a pool table and, of course, great pizza. I stopped by over lunch for a couple slices -- one pep and sausage and the other spinach and garlic. Both were piping hot, so I played a quick game of pool as they cooled down. I felt like a pretty cool dude shooting some stick as '70s jams were on the radio. Bonus that Rebel IPA was on special for $2 a pint. As far as chain pizza joints go, Sam & Louies is my favorite. Looking forward to my next random visit.

Located in a strip mall along a busy section of Cass Street, the interior of Sam and Louie's is surprisingly large and pleasant. There are plenty of booths, chrome tables and chairs, a pool table, and wall mounted televisions. Large black and white photographs of old school movie stars and fluorescent signs decorate the walls. I was anxious to try New York style pizza by the slice. My slice had plenty of anchovies, hot melted cheese and a very good light crispy crust. The whole pizzas at other tables looked tempting. Other diners had large plates of spaghetti. There is a wide selection of menu items here served by a friendly wait staff. Sam and Louie's is a welcoming place for all ages, including families with children.

We love Sam & Louie's! We always go to the 76th Cass location. We are a family of 6 and everyone of us loves their pizza! The kids love the cheese or the Hawaiian and My husband and I love the Fireball! Keep up the good work!!!

New owner yesterday. Good service, good food. I would give it five stars, but it is a pizza shop.close to the bike trail.

It has been years since I have eaten here. We used to meet here once a week for quite some time. I was driving by the other day and remembered that I always liked their spaghetti and decided to see if it was the same. I went in and ordered at the counter (you have that option or you can sit down and someone will wait on you) I ordered the spaghetti with a meatball and was a bit set back by the price. I don't remember it being that high-but then again it was always lunch. I could eat at one of my favorite high quality Italian eateries for what I paid here. Oh well. I sat down with my self serve drink and awaited my food. Nothing has changed here. Same murals, pictures and decor. It's not run down or anything though. My meal came up a touch longer that I would have liked but I quickly got over that when I saw the wedge of hot bread that I had forgotten that you get with your pasta here. So good. The spaghetti was just how I remembered it (and it was a large portion but I still felt the price was high) flavorful, simple and the noodles were cooked perfectly and this place always had the noodles just a touch watery and I always liked that for some reason. The meatball was large moist and flavorful. I was checked on by various employees five times during my meal which was a bit excessive-but it's better than the alternative. Good food experience with the pasta-still not of fan of their pizza but will probably be back for more of the spaghetti much sooner this time...I will probably do it at lunch though.

Great pizza, really good veggie pizza, very unique with broccoli on it, really yummy. The owners are great and the staff is friendly. Restaurant is clean, it's a great place for lunch. Would recommend.

Came on a Sunday for lunch and there was lots of seating. I ordered the veggie pizza slices and found it delicious! The crust was a little crunchy, the way I like it. I got cheese pizza slices for my kids. They were very kid friendly and sliced them in to small squares. The kids liked the pizza as well. We will be back!

We had my son's second birthday party at this location. When we arrived, the staff immediately and graciously greeted us. They not only took our order right away, but offered to help with the decorations and help with the cake when the time came. They made us feel extremely welcome and important the duration of our stay. Excellent customer service! Not too mention, the best fried pickles in Omaha! The pizza is tasty too. Perfect sauce to cheese ratio. All in all a great experience - we will be back!

My family has been coming to this Sam & Louie's for years and we've never had a bad time. The staff is incredibly friendly, their New-York style pizza is always excellent (especially since they changed the recipe a little bit a year or so ago), and I even like the salad with their special seasoning (and I almost never like salads). It's a very family-friendly place, there's TVs, free Wi-Fi, and it's never too crowded. I'd recommend trying this place for a casual lunch sometime; they've got different lunch specials every day.

I started eating here because at one point they had specials for UNO hockey fans (go mavs!). The pizza and calzones are reasonably good new-york style, and the service is always good enough. I've never tried any of the italian food, but it always smells good. One thing I really like is that their 'pizza by the slice' is always as good as their fresh pizza. I don't know how they do it so good, but most pizza by the slice ends up tasting like cardboard, so I really like this place for lunch. The real star of the show is their 'seasoning'. It's a shaker full of all kinds of spices and things. It's so good that I had my mother mail me some from Nebraska when we lived in Atlanta just so I could put on things to give them flavor. Two minor things I like: 1) They have Diet Dr. Pepper, do you know how hard it is to find that stuff? 2) They have a 'birthday club', where on you and your kids' birthdays, then send you a free pizza coupon. And of course, in my case, 'us and our kids' means 'us and our pets'. Free pizza 5 times a year! This place is good for a quick bite of pizza when you don't want any hassle, and put the house seasoning on anything you order. Pro tip: You can make the best salad dressing ever by mixing their seasoning with mayo and water in appropriate amounts.

I could waste my time writing an in-depth review of this place, but I'll cut right to the chase. I ate there about three years ago and got food poisoning something FIERCE! After about a year I tried it again and once again found myself hugging the porcelain god and begging for mercy that would not come. Food poisoning... AGAIN! Stay away...... Far away.

I didn't have a good experience here when I came with a large group of about 20 people. The servers were very slow with us and didn't get our orders straight. From the time we got there to the time we received our checks was about 3.5 hours--way more time that we wanted to spend. One person didn't get his order--two slices of pizza--for about an hour and a half. I also have one friend who got food poisoning here... It's just pizza...Sadly, don't think there's anything remarkable about this restaraunt. For better pizza in Omaha, I reccommend Zio's.

Sam and Louie's has pretty good pizza and great calzones. They also do a pretty good cheese steak sandwich and, by following the all important strip mall principle, always have good parking. I actually prefer these guys to Zio's, but if I were to say that I think I'd get kicked out of Omaha. Try the meatball pizza.

I'm conflicted on this place.. The pizza crust is really quite good but the sauce is way too sweet for my taste. The salad you get with the pizza is "Mey. I've experienced better". I've been there twice and it's not likely I'll go back.
