In town on business. I had the pork with slaw, sweet potato fries, and the extra 2 ribs. The pork was quite dry. The 2 ribs were tender and tasty but a little fatty. I tried the multiple sauces and really couldn't find one I really liked that much. The waitress said it had been slow tonight. I must have sat at the bar at least 5 minutes after deciding what I was getting with 3-4 ladies talking and trying to figure out how to pour a beer correctly (that's their terminology) before I ordered. I was asked a couple times if I needed anything but then about 15 minutes went by and by then I didn't want another cocktail. They were friendly but seemed inexperienced. Decent but I wouldn't go out of my way to make it back.

Good bbq, went there for lunch and it was busy but the staff seemed to have a tough time keeping up, very slow to pick up our check. Everyone was very nice and the food was decent. I am not a bbq expert but I used to go here when it was McKennas and the brisket was better then. We ordered the blooming onion appetizer, they didn't call it that but you get the idea. It was soaked in grease, it just wasn't very crispy and we ended up only eating a small amount of it. I will be back again, but I will be try something else on the menu next time.

I loved this food. It came hot and tasted great. They also had several local beers on tap (Nebraska Brewing Company), which complemented the meal quite well. Overall experience was good. I would have liked to see more sports on in the place OR had live blues music- then, it would be fantastic.

I have always been a huge fan of the Ashland location so I was really excited when I learned that Parker's was opening a location in Omaha. I went with my parents on a weeknight. When we arrived we were promptly greeted and seated. The service was good and friendly, although our waiter was a little awkward (since this location just opened I am guessing he is new so he may have just lacked confidence). The three of us decided to share the BBQ Feast for Two (6 ribs, half a chicken, a quarter pound beef brisket or pulled pork, fries, coleslaw, baked beans, cinnamon apples, and two corn muffins) and the Rib Tip meal with sweet potato fries and onion rings (we wanted leftovers). While we waited for our food our server brought us out a small basket of their steak fries to enjoy and we were able to sample their sauces. My favorite was their featured sauce, which changes regularly. The food came out very fast - probably less than 15 minutes. Everything was excellent. Despite many visits to the Ashland location, we had never tried their onion rings or sweet potato fries and both were very good. The meat was tender and full of flavor and the portion sizes were huge! I was glad to see that this location delivers the same great quality as the Ashland one. The inside is spacious and very nice and they have a huge patio. There was no furniture on the patio when we visited, but I imagine it will be nice once they get some out there.

Nice to have a centrally located BBQ joint! I've visited the Parker's in Ashland, and while I enjoyed it, the drive time to get there just isn't convenient so it's nice to have one closer. The new location in Omaha proves to be just as good as the one in Ashland. We went on a Sunday afternoon. We were promptly greeted and seated in the bar area (per our request) in front of one of their big screen TV's. The restaurant is super clean and I was glad to see they kept a couple of the things from the previous restaurant such as the chain linked fence that separates the bar from the restaurant, and the metal greeting counter at the front. They upgraded their tables/chairs from the former restaurant...a much needed upgrade! It appears they may still be adding some décor to the walls as there wasn't much on them, but they had not even been open a full week yet. Drinks and food arrived in a timely manner. Had the rib tips which were good with a nice smoky flavor, and a pulled pork sandwich that was tasty. The baked beans were really good but wished for more as it's a pretty small serving. My dining partner had the crispy chicken salad which she really liked. The owner passed by our table and commented that salad she ordered was his favorite! Their corn muffins were served hot and are absolutely delicious. There are several BBQ sauces to choose from on the table. All in all a nice meal on a BBQ kinda Sunday. I'm hoping they put tables outside when the weather warms up. Nothing better than eating BBQ while enjoying the weather on nice days! Again...welcome to Omaha Parker's! Will see you again!

Good, not great. Biggest complaint is their floor is SUPER slick. I was wearing very small heels (1 inch) and was sliding all over the place. I asked the waitress if people ever fall, her response was "All the time". Ordered a salad. Great chicken, great cornbread...rest of the salad was blah.

I am editing this review and removing all the stars. Frankly I'd like to get them zero stars. The food is good the staff is friendly but it is been six months since the store opened and they still can't figure out how to put their phone number on their website. A month ago I posted my review that is below and called them out for not having a phone number listed. Instead of adding it, they post a fake ph number 402.555.0000 on yelp! If the owners are so stupid that they can't include a phone number on their website in six months, I'm sorry there's nothing more to say. That's either stupid or incompetent. But then to know that someone's complained about not having a phone number listed on yelp, and instead of actually putting a phone number up, they put a fake phone number up. That has got to be the most flagrantly outrageously stupid thing I have ever heard. I called the Lincoln store to suggest that the manager tell the owners this and the manager decided to tell me that she was going to hang up on me and that it was my fault. Evidently wanting to be a customer and not being able to do so means the customer is the problem. I wouldn't waste your time going into this business because if the owners are this stupid or incompetent, there's no chance this location is going to make it. Below is my original review======== The remodel looks great, the staff is nice and the food is good. But I wonder if this place is going to make it. They've been open for two or three weeks now and their owners still have not added this location to their website. No phone number listed on yelp or with Google makes it hard to call in a to go order. I had to call another store to get the phone number to see if this mew location was open. Turns out they are and they make some tasty vittles. Manager came over and was very welcoming and in the end the ribs were great. I hope the owners pay attention to the store because it's a great location and I love me some good bbq!

Wow waited 40 mins to get lunch. Just walked out without eating. Terrible service. I was sitting next to the manager who was too busy working on paperwork. Not a smart move during lunch hour. No point going back really.

Take the drive to Ashland if you want the REAL Parker's BBQ because they don't have it in Omaha yet! Way overpriced, food was cold. The tables on either side also said their was cold and a couple of people said how dry their brisket was. My ribs were meh so so. We had a good laugh watching people trying to navigate the slick floor. I know it's mean to laugh at others, but seriously, you put in an Ice Rink! Someone missed the safety hazard on slick floors in restaurants I see! We had a great server, but what is a place that has great servers and doesn't back it up with great food!? The people next to us kep asking where their brisket was and were told by their server, each brisket is cooked to order! LMAO What an IDIOT! Cooked to order! Yea right! Go back to school sweetheart as you missed a few classes! Maybe she doesn't know that brisket is cooked in huge chunks at one time! The noise level was higher than a jet taking off at Epply! Poor interior design lead to this problem. It's evident whoever did the remodel doesn't know crap about sound baffles! There are other cons about the visit, but I think you get the jest of it! Just get new management for one thing! And make it someone who actually knows what the hell BBQ is! The ones you have now allow the staff to lie and BS the customer too much! As always, I'll go back again down the road and see if they improved anything. If they do, then this post will disappear! But until they get it together here, I'll be eating at Hog Wild BBQ. It's better than this location and half the price!

Good food and good service. I have been here twice now. Better than your larger chain bar b Que. The ribs, biscuit, chicken, and burgers were all good. The sauce tour is good. Get the 3 meat meals and split to save money, there is plenty of food and gives you more play room for desert or drinks. Great experience all around.

Had the special (3ribs,1/4 roasted chicken, fries, cole slaw and corn bread) ribs-a bit dry, chicken-great seasoning, fries- real good. Great service, food came out hot. Not the best I've had but not the worst. I may return 3star

Went here with the family a couple of weeks ago. It was very busy so naturally it was a little louder. Our server was effecient and friendly. She brought everything in a timely manner and got our order correct. I had the roasted chicken which was very good! I know a couple of people I was with had the brisket and said it was pretty tough. Since everything else was good, we just figured it was an off day for it. Overall, I was very happy with the food and service.

Unfortunately pretty average. Chicken was dry, ribs weren't any better than famous dave's.
