I've been several times to Oscars and each time was impressed. When you walk through the door you would expect to receive your typical bar food which is not the case by any means. Delicious, family friendly, sports fanatic zone are all words I would use. Their cheese pizza was awesome, onion rings are hand breaded with amazing flavor, but my favorite has been the chicken parmesan. It had a thick cut of chicken, wasn't overdone and was very tender. Don't be afraid to share! Portions here are more than enough for one!

Love love the char buffed wings. I personally never got anything else but most of the people I have went with have not been pleased with pizza ect. Great for Friday girls night out:)

Went here last night for my 21st Birthday! I had a blast. The food came out very quick. Our server Anthony was on the ball and did an awesome job! The beers were extremely cold and the pizza was AMAZING. We all had a great time!!! Also, Idk why people say this place is small and cozy... its not.. its huge! Love it.

Probably one of the better sports bars I've been too a long time Greasy, extremely cheesy, and packed with toppings. And the price was right too. Fried pickles were good too - crispy and greasy.

The place has lost it's way and that sucks. The food quality has slipped and the service has always been marginal. Omaha is a tough place to find good and consistent food at a sport bar.

I would give them 5 stars for their BBQ-Teriyaki-Char buffed wings, of which I always order 30-50.....but the pizza is just ok. In fact it's kind of soggy with way too much cheese.....BUT that' doesn't matter because I go for THE WINGS! YUM!!

  • Bill R.

The pizza here is amazing. Wings are probably best in town. And most important the beer is cold. Service is great.

  • John D.

The char buff wings are the best wings I've ever had! Pizza is good, but the wings are the best EVAH. Everyone at the St Patty's Day party LOVED them!

Good atmosphere, great for sports watching. Amazing wings and pizza. Get the Charbuffed wings with Cujo sauce on the side. The place has a bar area with lots of TV's and then there are two other areas separate from the bar area that would be great for families and big groups with bar games, etc. Watch out if Nebraska is playing, it'll be busy.

The wings the wings the wings there is no other place for wings whatever sauce you get make sure you ask for em char buffed... They toss em in the sauce then throw them on the char-broiler grill wing stop buffalo wild what no trust you won't ever want wings anywhere else and the prices are really good. The pizza same amazing!!!

Oscar's is everything a sports bar should be. Good food that isn't too pricey, TV's everywhere, Keno and cold beer that doesn't break the bank. A 24 ounce bud light draft is only four bucks. The Charbuff Wings are a staple along with The Big "O" pizza. I typically order both to get my fix. Whether you and a friend want a bite to eat and watch a game or your sons baseball team is hungry after a win. I think Oscar's will do the trick. 5 stars for being the best of its kind. Brat

I looked forward to my first visit to Oscar's given the good reviews I've read. But to get a very good to excellent rating in a restaurant town like Omaha you "Gotta Do Better!" We ordered the famous char buffed wings, a Caesar salad, and the Big O Pizza - their signature dish. Service was good. Food was good. But not great - and great was what I was expecting. Wings were nicely grilled. We ordered them without sauce and dipped them in blue cheese dressing which lacked the sharpness expected. The Big O lacked a distinctive sauce and Italian flavor. Mostly it tasted of bread and cheese. It needed more flavor. The beer was cold with a good selection. I would return and give it another try but I can't call Oscar's a favorite.

Went today with my parents and we got wings and pizza. The service was great and fast

Came in for a working lunch with 5 coworkers right in the middle of the day. We ordered and had our food within 10 minutes. I was impressed because the place was packed; they are definitely used to getting people in and out quickly. Coworkers who ordered wings say that double dipped is the way to go. I had the BBQ Chicken Pizza and thought it was a bit heavy on the cheese for my liking. I liked the BBQ sauce that they used; it was not too thick but had a sweet yet vinegary flavor. There was plenty of chicken and red onions. Refills were plentiful and our server was very attentive. I will definitely try some wings next time!

Called to have a birthday party for 20 people on a Sunday night. Was told they do not take reservations and will not seat your party unless everyone is there. Horrible business....will take our money elsewhere

The pizza is extraordinary! This is the kind of pizza you bring home to meet your mom! And the wings, it was so juicy...like a watermelon!!! And I don't always drink, but I when do $3 dos Equis baby! Beer, pizza, wings, I love America :)

Great pizza and appetizers, but the servers always seem to be laden down with numerous tables.

I was not overly impressed earing at Oscar's. I ordered a hurricane which I thought was pretty heavy on the rum. My fiance ordered the patty melt with fries and I had the sliders with fries. When it got to us we could tell that the fries were frozen. With my sliders the bun was big for the small patty that they had in it and the top was covered with flour (yuck). My fiance said the patty melt was alright but nothing to rave about. Our waitress was also not seen hardly at all and didn't really talk to us just did the basic drink order, food order, and brought the check. Nothing really personal about the service. We will probably only be back if we are in the area.

Best wings in Omaha! They are the home of the Char-Buffed wings, which you can get in any of their flavors. A Char-Buffed wing is where you fry the wing up, toss it in some sauce, and then char it on the grill. You can also get your wings double-dipped where they add another toss in the sauce after the grill. My favorite flavor is the "Kujo" Char-Buffed, which they label as a "Hot" sauce, but it really isn't too bad. On the pizza side I really enjoy the The Big "O" pizza. It has a huge amount of toppings somewhat similar to a combination pizza. Service is usually pretty good and they normally have a nightly special. If you want a place to check out a game, they have TVs on every wall! Everyone we have taken to Oscar's has enjoyed it and wanted to go back! Even if you don't live in West Omaha, the drive is worth it for the wings!

I went to Oscar's for lunch today because a co-worker recommended the wings there. Their recommendation was on the money. The style is a general pub/bar with TV's on all walls. There is a lower eating area and then a bar a few feet above that; pretty cool place. The lower eating area was 'seat yourself' so we did. The table was clean and we waiting a couple minutes to be helped. We both ordered the 10-piece Char-Buffed Double Dip Buffalo wings, (I ordered half buffalo and half BBQ), and we split a portion of fries. The food came out in probably 5 minutes, it was super fast and all the food tasted fresh. The wings were great. They were juicy, hot, and crispy. The fries were cooked to perfection; nice and crispy. For my 10 wings and half of the fry order, the total was $10.61; which isn't that bad at all for the size of the wings and the portion of the fries, (I attached pics). The wings were great, the fries were awesome, and the price was right. I will definitely be bringing other friends to Oscar's to experience their delicious wings.

If you're ever in West Omaha and feel like getting awesome food and watching a game, Oscar's is the place to be. The atmosphere in there is great because there is a lot of space and the tables are spaced far enough apart to where you can sit comfortably. There are also TV's everywhere you look on the walls with any sporting event you're looking to catch. They have a ton of good beers on tap and the food is great. Personally, I go with their signature "Char-Buff" wings and a "Big O" pizza which has onions, green pepper, and meat on it. They also have plenty of other wing sauces and specialty pizzas that are worth trying. They also have tons of different kinds of burgers and sandwiches that will leave you satisfied. Oscar's might be my favorite place to go in Omaha because I know that I'm gonna be satisfied every time I go there. Brat Approved.

Wings!!! They are pretty darn good here. I have been here a number of times and they are pretty alright with service (every place has a few bad eggs but overall they are legit) and food. I haven't eaten a bad thing here. I know some of my coworkers all feel like they got infected one time but I haven't so I can't say. Their lunch special pizza and salad is legit! Beers are always nice and cold and tons of tvs to watch sports. Not much else other than that!

  • Slash M.

I've had the pizza and wings several times, and let me yell you no one does it better. The char buff cujo wings are my favorite. The wings are nice and meaty. The pizza is freshly made and has a generous amount of toppings. When I want wings in Omaha this is where I go.

I love this place. Great atmosphere and excellent food and service. Probably the best pizza in the area! Great for a group of friends!

This place is your typical bar with dark decor, video games, and TVs on the wall tuned to sports. Our waitress was Beth and she was great! I ordered 10 BBQ wings Char-buffed and 10 Buffalo wings Char-buffed with a basket of fries! Char-buffed means after they sauce em, they put em on the grill for a few seconds so you get the markings of the grill along with the grill taste. The wings were a tad bit dry, but still delicious. I ate 17 nuff said! My wife ordered a personal sized pizza that was also delicious. Will definitely return!

Eek...I'm giving this place 3 stars on the service alone. They really know how to take care of ya. Woo. Rad. Good. I mean, that is a strong arrow to have in your quiver and if this place serve up what I had, on par with the service, I'd be a happy kid...but it was lackluster. Let's start from the beginning, shall we? It was the second coming of The Wingolocalypse!!!! And this was target number 2. Great wings were had at the last place and the bar was set high...maybe too high. It was decided that this was next up and I wanted to get in on this char buffed double dipped alchemy. It was gooder than great on paper so let's wiggle! The place is out there, like way out there. Ok. Fine. The interior is open and quite large and comfortable. Ok. Fine. The waitress wad alert and attentive and kept the coffee coming. Great! Fine! I'm excited! So far good things and great service. I already had wings picked out. Double dipped, Char buffed, in their Kujo sauce. Bring it. I also opted to have some fried pickles. Why not? Now I'm ok with pickle chips but I'm more of a spears fan when it comes to fried pickles. This were chips...and they were...off. It was either the breading or the pickle but they seems chewy. Not crisp or crunchy due to pickle or breading. They were good temperature, but chewy. It was odd and off putting. The spicy ranch was nice but it couldn't hide the chewiness of the mountain of pickle chips with the glow of grease on them. Sadness. Hopes for the wings began. And a bit dashed those hopes were. The wings showed up and, at first glance, they were a lil bit smaller than the last place. That's tolerable. They had a good smell and the texture look appealing. I was bitter that the bleu cheese was standard, small curd stuff. Very packaged stuff plopped into a plastic cup. That's my own tastes though. Now comes the money shot. The wings. And...and...and!!!! They taste was good. Not raging heat but a good zing but nothing I would fear. But beyond that taste the wings were dry! The interior of the wing, the meat was dry! And it wasn't just me. My dining partner said his wings were dry too. They had little moisture in the meat. We couldn't figure out if it was the nature of char buffin but it just wasn't right! You can't have dry hotwings!! Especially since the last place we tried showed that char buff can happen and give you moist, meaty wing. So boo on that. Now it could have been just bad timing on our part and caught this place off it's game but we both had dry suckwings. It's hard to say but on this visit it was a miss for me. Not a fan. So there it is, saved by service but burned by this places bragging point. Ouch. Bummer. I didn't even bring home extras for D'Brickashaw, the Food-loving T-Rex...He deserves better. Put that in your facehole! Eat up Minions!!!!

Absolutely horrendous management! Blonde woman manager with glasses set us by the server station and restroom and when we asked to move she put us in the table right next to it.

Good pizza. Best wings in Omaha for sure, and maybe anywhere as there are many, many visitors to Omaha (celebs included) that have said best wings anywhere and I would probably agree. Motz bread (basically a small pizza) is great. Fries are good. Steak sandwhich and patty melt also good. This place is really all about the wings so if you want those, this is your spot. Also, there are some reviews about "char buff" wings being dry. Of course they are.. Putting wings on a grill is going to dry them out a bit. Just get them "double dipped" and you'll be good. They'll basically dip them again after they grill them. My favorite wing: Buffalo BBQ Char Buffed Double Dipped

Finally got there for pizza. Very good. Good price and came out quick. Hit them early on Saturday night and glad we did because a lot of holiday parties. Service was very slow. Only was able to order one beer and the food and then were waiting for the check. Really liked the pizza though and would go back. Lots of TV's.

Best wings in Omaha! Hands down! If you want great wings go to Oscars. I have a gluten allergy and when we go to Oscars I get there wings.

Wings are great!! Will definitely return for the great food and low prices. 10 huge wings for $6.99 is a great price!

Pizza here is good. I wouldn't call it New York or Chicago style. It's that third sort of style that no one can seem to define well. It's tasty with a crunchy crust. Buffalo Wings are also good. You can get them char buffed where they will slap them on the grill for a little while after saucing them to sear the sauce on (similar to the Daytona wings at Hooters). I really like what char buffing does for the wings. Their Pork Tenderloin sandwich is a bit different than you'd expect. It's still a breaded pork tenderloin, but it's not hammered flat like most Pork Tenderloin sandwiches. It's good, but just not what you might be expecting. Ultimate Nachos are okay. Sour cream drizzle is decorative, but insufficient. Salsa is good. We tried the chicken version and the chicken was sort of bland. They use shredded cheese instead of cheese sauce or queso. Overall, mostly average nachos. The two most common food recommendations you'll get are to try the "Big O" Pizza and the Char Buffed Wings. So, definitely give them a glance as you peruse the menu. Don't miss their decent selection of craft beer too! This place gets crowded. I've been here at 5:25 on a Friday and it was already jam packed with customers. Also, they seem to share the same section of the parking area with Twin Peaks. So, between the two of them it can make finding a close parking spot a real challenge. Restaurant is sort of in three sections. Avoid the third (eastern most) section. It's full of children, large parties, and there are some kids games back there too. That area is just too noisy and chaotic for me to enjoy my meal. Ask to sit elsewhere even if it means waiting another 10 minutes on a table. Service is friendly and they seem to handle the crowds well. Restaurant is clean and well-maintained.

WE tried the wings, we had buffalo, bbq and teriyaki. I thought they were stupendous! We had take out so I cannot not comment on the ambiance of the place, however, It looked like a really neat place to sit down with friends and visit. I have heard good things about their pizza and the char-buffed wings!

Could this be the worst service in Omaha? Well I'm writing this while I'm still sitting here. I honestly can't remember a worst waitress but looking around it seems like the others are the same. I can't believe I had to come here, crappy food, poor service, Happy Birthday Mom!

    (2)
  • Luke G.

There's no need to write a novel about this place. Go here for pizza and/or their char-buffed wings and leave incredibly happy. I go here a lot to watch football on Sunday's, and the individual-sized pizza with pepperoni and onions has never disappointed.

  • John A.

Heavy set fella, I think Mike is his name, is a jerk. Didn't ask me once how everything was or try to start any conversation. Pizza was great but service was terrible, not because it was busy, but because my bartender wanted to chat with the heavy drinkers at the bar. Doubtful I will return.

    (2)
  • Joseph S.

Great wings, awful pizza, adequate beer selection, and lots of TVs.

  • Shannon G.

Best place in Omaha for wings! I really like the teriyaki ones. The kujo ones were also great, but a little too spicy for me - but my husband loved them. We went on a Friday night & the place was packed, but we got lucky when 2 seats became available at the bar. I live in midtown & the food was worth the drive. Perfect bar food.

    (5)
  • Dan R.

I hear this place has great wings... Though I may never find out since I love their pizza so much. Great West-O spot. Always busy on game days, and for good reason. IT'S GOOD! Go for it!

Awsome char buffed wings. Could use a little better beer selection but not too bad. Food is killer.I drive out here from midtown for these wings. Really nice little sports bar

Oscars has always been my favorite go to restaurant and when family comes in from out of town we usually take them there to show it off. However an experience this Sunday ruined everything and we will never visit Oscars again.Sunday the restaurant was virtually empty attempted to get a table for 15. Three of the party were three minutes behind. They would not seat us until both parties were there. I asked if we could get seated and then when the others showed up they could take a table next to us. The very rude hostesses said they couldn't guarantee that they could sit by us. Keep in mind all three rooms had a total of three tables occupied. Asked to speak to the manager very nicely and he told us no also and asked us to leave. We happily did and walked across the parking lot to Twin Peaks where they seated us within three minutes and gave us our drinks free because we were so rudely treated here. I understand about rules and if Oscars had been busy I would have understood but each case is individual and we had a diabetic grandparent with us who needed to sit and get food ASAP and they were aware of that. thanks for nothing Oscars

  • Matt M.

Oscars is 161 blacks from my house and I still think the wings are worth the drive. Order em char buff double dipped and you will not be disappointed. The pizza is pretty darn good too - as well as the fish n chips. Personally I would avoid the burgers and nachos - only two disappointments here ever. The only thing keeping this from a 5 star review is their bleu cheese dressing for the wings - it is just not good.

    (4)
  • Erin H.

I just love Oscars. Maybe too much. Great pizza, great wings, great sports bar atmosphere. The only problem I would have with this restaurant is it sometimes gets too busy with too many little kids. But its a great family place. My favorite is the Buffalo chicken pizza and the char buffed wings, any kind. I've always had good service, either sitting at the bar or at a table. Its a great place to watch sports. (as long as there is good supervision over all the kids there!!)

  • Morgan H.

We were here on a Saturday about 1pm. Place was packed and we had seats at the bar. Our server was great and attentive and that's why I am giving 2 stars. We ordered wings that came out dry and burned. I've had their wings before and know what they can be but the ones they served us looked and tasted horrible. We left 2 on the plate because they were half black.

    (2)
  • Wayne S.

Absolutely hands down, the best pizza and wings in Omaha. It gets a little crowded but that's because the secret is out. Double dipped char buff wings along with a Big O Pizza is our family favorite

    (5)
  • Briana G.

By far the best wings I have ever tasted in my life. Please promise me that you will only get them char buffed because it is the only way to eat them! The pizza is also great as well. Give them a try! You will love it!

Walked in and was directed to the bar, nice atmosphere with a ton of TVs. Had my choice of watching the home run derby on the projector or a large flat screen. Server was good, lacked a little in the personality department. I was from out of town and asked a few questions about the beers they had on tap, she seemed a little annoyed but they were busy. Ordered the 10 wings traditional with buffalo sauce. The wings were very meaty. The server continued to check on me, however she did not ask if I wanted another beer, just opted to bring me a ticket instead. A little more personality from the server and another beer offer would have clinched a 5 for this place, but still a must visit if you're in the area.

  • Bill P.

good pizza but long wait every time I have been there.

    (3)
  • Tom C.

I think the wings are among best in Omaha. The pizza is great too. Parking sucks. I think Oscars should have its own building location somewhere and not in a strip mall. This part is disappointing. I thought the service was par at best. Been there 3 times now and have yet to have a server smile. Service was very slow 2 out of the 3 times.

    (3)
  • Jesse G.

They have the best wings! Their pizza was pretty bomb too. The bartender definitely knew what he was doing. We ordered 12 different things and he didn't even write it down. Great memory.

We decided to stop into Oscar's on a Saturday to catch the Nebraska game. Wait, back up and let me rephrase that. My other half wanted to watch the Nebraska game and I just wanted to eat pizza. We settled on a medium sized pepperoni pizza which arrived piping hot and deliciously cheesy and gooey. The hot and delicious pizza was the only thing that made having to watch a football game tolerable. I know, I speak blasphemy, but football has my place in my heart. The service here was quick and friendly, even on a game day. Our drinks were key refilled the entire time which is always a plus for me. While we didn't try the wings here my mouth watered every time a plate was brought from the kitchen. This place is pretty far away from our house, but we definitely will be back to give them a try in the future. This place doesn't really have anything in the way of decor, but I personally am not too concerned with ambiance when I'm eating pizza or bar food. There are plenty of TV's and lots of seating. Give this place a shot!

  • Nick B.

We've been to Oscars twice. It's great. The first time we heard of Oscars, someone brought their wings to a party we were at. Fast foward from the Super Bowl to two weeks ago, I was determined to go and eat their food. We arrived around 7 o'clock, and had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated. We couldn't believe how big this place was in the strip mall. They had a ton of seating, and it was completely packed. We had a BBQ chicken pizza. It was a good size, and tasted delicious. The service was decent, understandably so, as it was busy. Two weeks later we went back around 9:30 pm. It was still busy, not as much so as it was two weeks prior. We were seated right away. We had their spinach artichoke dip with rye bread triangles for an appetizer. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich with fries. The wifey had a crispy chicken wrap along with a side salad. Once again, everything was awesome! I promise on my next visit, I WILL TRY THE WINGS!!! Good job Oscars!

  • Sondra Z.

Gotta get the charbuffed wings! Pizza is good too. If they only showed UFC on those big screens, it would be perfect!

    (4)
  • Michael H.

Staff is usually friendly here. The food is hit or miss. Most of the time the pizza is excellent, other times not so much. Lots of TV's and if you are unlucky enough to get seated in the bar area...good luck trying to carry on a conversation with the people you came with, as it is VERY loud. Wi-fi is available, but I usually have trouble getting logged on to it. Usually by the time we're ready to go the WI-FI lets you connect.

I used my Groupon last night. Got there by 5:30. It was already packed. We took the last table and people were waiting at the door from that point on! Oscars is in a West O strip mall. There's a long bar with seating. Down a step, there's a dining room with bar top tables on both sides of a narrow room. There's ONE projected TV and a handful of flat screens. On the other side of the bar, you'll find low top tables and some bar games. There's a patio with seating out front. But your view is a parking lot. Service was quick and friendly. We ordered wings ... char-buffed buffalo (fried, coated in sauce, THEN grilled) with extra buffalo sauce on the side to pour over. Not our first Oscar's rodeo. On a scale of 1 - 10, these wings are a 10. Perfectly cooked, great flavor and delicious sauce. The pizza was also great. Omaha style, I'd say. Cut into squares. The meat topping was ground Mama's way. Tons of cheese. Light sauce. In the past, I've taken advantage of the lunch specials. Seriously a calzone and salad for $4.99 or something ridiculous like that. There were kids. Families. It was early. I know from experience that by 10 on a weekend, Oscars is hopping with 20 / 30 somethings drinking a lot from plastic cups! Bottom Line: As far as game watching goes, I don't feel like Oscar's is ideal. If your concern is eating delicious wings and pizza, drinking a beer with the family and catching score updates, you've found your place!

  • Kayla A.

I love the atmosphere here, it's small and cozy. The food is amazing. The wings are hot and fresh every time. So glad I found this place!!!

    (5)
  • Jen B.

Oscars has amazing lunch specials! Where else could you go and eat for 4.99! The pizza and wings are great, but the sandwiches are awesome! You can't beat the hand cut and breaded pork tenderloin sandwich. It is filling and delicious!!

    (5)
  • William C.

The food here is some of the best in Omaha. Sadly, the service at Oscar's is some of the worst in Omaha. It's a painful experience each and every time eating in the restaurant. If you wish to enjoy their pizza and wing goodness, take-out is strongly advised.

    (1)
  • Jeremy S.

2nd best wings I've ever had (had to demote one position after visiting the Book and Stage in the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas). Char buffed and double dipped, meaning they fry them, toss them in sauce, throw on the grill to char a little, then toss in the sauce again. Pizza is really good too but their wings are much better. Great lunch specials and seems to be busy all the time. Only downside is most customers think it's a Chucky Cheese and just let their kids run all around. That's why we usually get our food to go.

    (4)
  • Amy S.

I agree with all of the previous posts - you come to Oscar's for the wings and pizza and not for the atmosphere. We were disappointed when they expanded their seating area to cater to families and kids, because it definitely changed the atmosphere of this place (not for the better, if you ask me). But the quality of food is excellent. Do NOT come here and not order the char-buffed wings! They are the best we have ever had. Pair those with a Big O Pizza, and you have our favorite takeout order. I have had friends tell me that they have the best tacos too, and they have $1.50 tacos one night a week which are worth the trip. We'll be trying those soon. As others have said, this place can get packed on weekends and on any big game day/night (especially for a Husker game). Also be aware that the carryout wait can become long on game days (over an hour wait for a carryout pizza during the last Husker game - and that was at 5:15 pm!). But Oscars is worth a stop for good food and service.

Love their pizza and wings. When we first started going there, it was more of a bar/restaurant than it is now. I think they expanded and cater more towards families now, which is fine. But if you want to go here for Happy Hour you might as well forget it. Hard to unwind after a hard day's work with a bunch of kids running around you.

Wow! Horrible staff. If you want rude unfriendly bartenders, come here. Ridiculous. I wish I would have walked to my local dive bar.

Good wings, good selection of beer, pretty decent pizza. A bit pricey for what I'd expect from bar food, but it was good overall. I'd come again (if for some reason I was passing through Omaha again), maybe during a happy hour?

Oscar's has my second favorite Pizza in town (first is Big Fred's). The crust is just how I like it not too thick or too thin and crunchy! The wings are huge and Taco Thursday is a good deal, but the tacos can be a bit greasy (although still delicious). Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for pizza!

Great place for Pizza and Wings! The Charbuffed wings are the best in town and their pizza is very good too. This place is awesome!

I have some what mixed feelings about Oscars. I really love their wings and really don't like the pizza. The atmoshere is fun for a relaxing night out or hanging out with friends. My suggestion is to get some char buffed wings and a beer and enjoy.

YUM!!

The pizza here is amazing. Wings are probably best in town. And most important the beer is cold. Service is great.

The char buff wings are the best wings I've ever had! Pizza is good, but the wings are the best EVAH. Everyone at the St Patty's Day party LOVED them!

The pizza is extraordinary! This is the kind of pizza you bring home to meet your mom! And the wings, it was so juicy...like a watermelon!!! And I don't always drink, but I when do $3 dos Equis baby! Beer, pizza, wings, I love America :)

There's no need to write a novel about this place. Go here for pizza and/or their char-buffed wings and leave incredibly happy. I go here a lot to watch football on Sunday's, and the individual-sized pizza with pepperoni and onions has never disappointed.

Heavy set fella, I think Mike is his name, is a jerk. Didn't ask me once how everything was or try to start any conversation. Pizza was great but service was terrible, not because it was busy, but because my bartender wanted to chat with the heavy drinkers at the bar. Doubtful I will return.

I hear this place has great wings... Though I may never find out since I love their pizza so much. Great West-O spot. Always busy on game days, and for good reason. IT'S GOOD! Go for it!

Absolutely hands down, the best pizza and wings in Omaha. It gets a little crowded but that's because the secret is out. Double dipped char buff wings along with a Big O Pizza is our family favorite

    (3)

They have the best wings! Their pizza was pretty bomb too. The bartender definitely knew what he was doing. We ordered 12 different things and he didn't even write it down. Great memory.

This is my daughter's last night of vacation before heading back to NY for college, and she wanted wings. A while back I posted a question asking for the best wings in Omaha, and Oscar's was mentioned a couple of times along with Maloney's. Turns out Maloney's, where we stopped first, doesn't have fish and chips anymore, so we finished our sodas and bugged out for West O. I really had a taste for traditional buffalo wings, but thought I'd better try the char-buffs. I'll tell you what, those were pretty darned good. Like a cross between buffalo wings and cooking chicken on a backyard charcoal grill. They fry 'em, sauce 'em, then stick 'em on a grill. My only complaint is the hot sauce wore off a bit. Next time, I'm asking for a double dip (which it seems they offer). I also bought an individual pizza, just 'cuz I can't hit a pizza place and not try it. We all had a piece. It's your basic Omaha style pizza, decent ingredient quality. Nothing I'd go out to buy on purpose, but I'd sure be happy to eat it if someone brought one to a party. Yeah, good party pizza, that's a pretty good description. The place itself is almost a warehouse with a bunch of tables in it. Loud televisions, cheap tables, a mix of chairs, no real decor, concrete floors. A dive in truth. And I can't tell you why, but I like that kind of place. Better in all respects than the corporate plasticness of Buffalo Wild Wings. It's open, relaxed, no pretension, the service was perfectly adequate, and the food, pretty much the same sort of thing as BWW, was quite a bit better. And so it comes down to a question of stars, or rather a question of expectations. In comparison to other places where I like the food far more, I can't really offer more than three stars. But if what you want is a bunch of tables tossed into an empty room with pretty darned good bar food and sports broadcasts all around, it's a five-star experience. I've had better food, I've seen better decor, but I rarely relax and just enjoy myself like I can at Oscar's. Just read this review to my wife. She comments it's just like places she used to hit with her family when growing up; relaxed and comfortable.

Heavy set fella, I think Mike is his name, is a jerk. Didn't ask me once how everything was or try to start any conversation. Pizza was great but service was terrible, not because it was busy, but because my bartender wanted to chat with the heavy drinkers at the bar. Doubtful I will return.

I've had the pizza and wings several times, and let me yell you no one does it better. The char buff cujo wings are my favorite. The wings are nice and meaty. The pizza is freshly made and has a generous amount of toppings. When I want wings in Omaha this is where I go.

  • Majel A.

I have some what mixed feelings about Oscars. I really love their wings and really don't like the pizza. The atmoshere is fun for a relaxing night out or hanging out with friends. My suggestion is to get some char buffed wings and a beer and enjoy.

  • David B.

    (5)
  • Leah C.

Gotta get the charbuffed wings! Pizza is good too. If they only showed UFC on those big screens, it would be perfect!

Oscars has amazing lunch specials! Where else could you go and eat for 4.99! The pizza and wings are great, but the sandwiches are awesome! You can't beat the hand cut and breaded pork tenderloin sandwich. It is filling and delicious!!

  • William C.

The food here is some of the best in Omaha. Sadly, the service at Oscar's is some of the worst in Omaha. It's a painful experience each and every time eating in the restaurant. If you wish to enjoy their pizza and wing goodness, take-out is strongly advised.

Brat

Absolutely hands down, the best pizza and wings in Omaha. It gets a little crowded but that's because the secret is out. Double dipped char buff wings along with a Big O Pizza is our family favorite

They have the best wings! Their pizza was pretty bomb too. The bartender definitely knew what he was doing. We ordered 12 different things and he didn't even write it down. Great memory.

I would give them 5 stars for their BBQ-Teriyaki-Char buffed wings, of which I always order 30-50.....but the pizza is just ok. In fact it's kind of soggy with way too much cheese.....BUT that' doesn't matter because I go for THE WINGS! YUM!!

The pizza, wings, and onion rings are no doubt the best in Omaha!!!! Really wish there were more than one in Omaha!!!

Great service, GREAT wings and cold beverages! Will be returning!

The place has lost it's way and that sucks. The food quality has slipped and the service has always been marginal. Omaha is a tough place to find good and consistent food at a sport bar.

The pizza here is amazing. Wings are probably best in town. And most important the beer is cold. Service is great.

The char buff wings are the best wings I've ever had! Pizza is good, but the wings are the best EVAH. Everyone at the St Patty's Day party LOVED them!

Gotta get the charbuffed wings! Pizza is good too. If they only showed UFC on those big screens, it would be perfect!

I love the atmosphere here, it's small and cozy. The food is amazing. The wings are hot and fresh every time. So glad I found this place!!!

Oscars has amazing lunch specials! Where else could you go and eat for 4.99! The pizza and wings are great, but the sandwiches are awesome! You can't beat the hand cut and breaded pork tenderloin sandwich. It is filling and delicious!!

The food here is some of the best in Omaha. Sadly, the service at Oscar's is some of the worst in Omaha. It's a painful experience each and every time eating in the restaurant. If you wish to enjoy their pizza and wing goodness, take-out is strongly advised.

I have some what mixed feelings about Oscars. I really love their wings and really don't like the pizza. The atmoshere is fun for a relaxing night out or hanging out with friends. My suggestion is to get some char buffed wings and a beer and enjoy.
