Make it a number 12 with hot red peppers. I love their California style cold sub. They have others that are good I'm sure but I haven't made it past this one after multiple visits. I think they charge extra for the peppers though. I noticed the girl ring in 60 more cents unless I was mistaken. That's the reason for the 4 star rating. They should look up the customer service video called "Give them the Pickle!" I watched back in my role as a restaurant/casino employee... haha

I placed an order for delivery & 20 minutes after the given delivery time I received a call from the driver (who also took the order initially) stating he couldn't get his car started. He then asked if I'd like to come pick up my order. No, thank you. I do not want to come pay to pick up my delivery order that will now be over an hour old. As the driver/order taker/ bearer of bad news, he may have wanted to call me to alert me of trouble sooner.

Absolutely nothing special about this place. Went in because it is across from my new office, asked no mayo. Got mayo. Bread did not seem fresh and nothing that I could not have done myself. Will not be going back.

The service was friendly but slow. They have a better variety of sandwiches than Jimmy John's. They also have a low-carb wrap option.

Did someone take over a Jimmy John's and call it Milio's Sandwiches? No?? Could have fooled me.

Milio's first day of business was today, at 144th and F, across from 24 Hour Fitness. I liked this place, the menu reminded me of Jimmy John's, the sandwiches seem better though. The inside is nicely decorated, and fairly spacious. They also have a drive-thru, which is convenient. The wheat sub roll was very good, better than many wheat rolls/breads you get at sandwich places. Another exciting tidbit to many...they have Diet Mountain Dew on fountain!

After waiting a horrible long time just to order due to what can only be explained as lazy incompetence I received an attitude from Mrs. Unfriendly worker who apparently was more concerned with picking food out of her braces and chatting with her coworkers. Since I was already neck deep into this "experience" I went ahead an ordered what I believed to be a safe call, the Milios Classic. The scarce turkey was almost foul and the discolored tough ham made the rock hard cheddar cheese the best part of the sandwich. Cover it with the runny warm mayo and you've got quite a site! After two-three unbearable bites I decide to move on to the pickle which was as I feared, a horrible idea. Fed up with this inadequate service I request a replacement meal or money back and Mrs. Unfriendly state she wasn't able to do anything without the manager around, who conveniently was out of the store for the day. After throwing my meal away in disgust I visit the facilities before hitting the road. It appeared the mens room hadn't been serviced all day (I visited around 730pm) and dried urine and stool were obviously staking their claim on the porcelin. I did my business as quickly as I could and came to find absolutely no soap, and no towels to cleanse myself of the filth and disgust I had just put myself through. Storming out of the building I hear Mrs. Unfriendly and her friends chuckling and saying something to the effect of "have a nice day" in complete sarcasm. Never again will I visit this place and I suggest you and yours do the same. This place doesn't deserve to serve ISIS food, let alone us upstanding Americans.

Woof! I ate here enough times to fill a punch card and get a free sandwich. Service was friendly but incredibly SLOW. Yeah they have the same menu as Jimmy John's but do not expect freaky fast. Also their meats and bread all tasted bland to me (think subway). I don't think they slice their meat as often as JJs. In the drive-thru they forgot mustard, a pickle or something else almost every time I went there. The guys at work get it a lot because it's close but I think it's worth the drive to JJs.

First time here. Basic sandwich place. I got the 8" #9, Italian sandwich. I also got a side of hot crushed peppers & them are really good. I'd eat here again if I'm in the area and craving a cold cut type sandwich. It was good - but nothing over the top fantastic.
