Freddy's is not In and Out. So whoever posted that, while I respect your opinion and you are certainly entitled to it, you are wrong. Freddy's is its own thing. I recently had Culver's so I am on the fence about who it better. The Fries were super, tiny thin crispy starch sticks of yum. Wait... I need to share with you the AMAZING customer service experience we had there. Zenda and I ordered and everything was going well for a slammed Saturday. I ordered a burger and added lettuce and tomato. The order came up and it was incorrect, normally I wouldn't have said anything because I am not picky like that, I can live without veggies on my charred dead animal flesh. However, I was charged for the veggies. I make my way up to the pickup counter with my basket, burger un-bit-into and asked politely if they could just slap some lettuce and tomato on there. The lady behind the counter (the expediter) smiled, apologized and took the basket from me. She tossed the whole thing and I heard her call out to make another one on the fly. I was floored! A fresh burger for missing lettuce and tomato. Wow. Usually you get something like that at higher end, sit down, white tablecloth places. The expediter wasn't rude or anything, she was genuinely unhappy the order came out wrong. She told me the manager would bring out my replacement. Okay, I said and sat back down. The lovely Manager Lady came over with the new burger, I waiting only minutes, she apologized and offered me a gift card for a free burger for the inconvenience. I was amazed. I have worked customer service for the last 25 years. (Yeah, I'm old, shut it.) Never had I come across this level of service in a restaurant, let alone in a fast food place. I was bowled over by the experience. The burgers were very good. You need to get a double to really taste the meat. Patties are very, very thin. I will have to try a triple next time. With bacon... mmmmmbacon.

I've been to Freddy's several times since this particular location has opened. Up until my most recent experience, it has been very good. However, several hours after stopping by for lunch on the 19th, I got food poisoning. It may be a while before I can give Freddy's another try.

Freddy's. What can I say. Yum. Awesome. Rocks. ONLY ONE irritation...I'm SO not into '50's music. I would definitely compare to Steak n Shake (none of those in Omaha). Price point is better than FiveGuys and food better. BETTER. Another concept to compare is Culver's. Culver's rocks and burgers are GREAT BUT not as good as Freddy's. Both have frozen custard. It's good BUT there again I'll have to give the gold star to Freddy's. Culver's is great, but Freddy's is to dine for...

Really wanted to have a better burger option when I couldn't get to Dinkers or Stella's, but that was a no go.

One of the best fast food burgers I have ever eaten. I like that the fries are thin cut and that they have fry sauce. I also liked there frozen custard. There is not a lot to be said as this is a fast food establishment and nothing stands out either bad or good.

So good! The burgers are comparable to Culver's, but way better. You want the double steakburger with cheese and bacon! The fries are amazing as well. They're little tiny crispy ones. Take a while to eat because you get a million of them, but they're amazing. Go heavy on the Freddy's seasoning!

Second visit. Not so great, they're not that nice and they've messed my order up the first visit and now the second visit. It wasn't a big deal, they gave me the combo when I didn't order the combo. Trying to avoid those delicious fries so when I received them, it honestly wasn't that big of a deal. They really should focus on making the customers orders more accurate. I feel like they just don't listen to their customers, lights are on but you're never sure if anyone is home kind of thing. I haven't been back in a while but hopefully when I return they will have the customer service thing figured out.

Great food, great service, clean and seems very well managed. We are regulars here. They also offer free wifi access which is helpful. The only downfall was the full trash can at the end. My advice to management would be to stay on top of this.

Only ones in the drive thru and it took 20 minutes for 4 items. None of which were cooked. Good thing it's not the only option, nice knowing ya Freddy.

I've tried Feddy's burgers twice. Both times I have been disappointed. I dunno if its the style of them that I'm "missing" or what. But the burgers lack taste. When ordered with cheese the cheese completely overwhelms the burger taste. The fries are so small I feel like I'm eating crumbs...I don't get it, why are the fries so darned small? The dipping sauce was good but doesn't really go with the fries or the burgers. With so many burger options in town, this one is way down on the totem pole. Why do I have to ask for ketchup on my burger? I will not be back for a burger. I would rather eat a McDonald's burger than go here. They also put the drive through in a difficult spot. That being said, I have not tried their other items such as the deserts. My guess is that the deserts keep them in business because it is not the burgers. I rarely give one stars, this one gets two because the burgers are cooked to order.

Solid burger joint, and a nice addition to the top notch ones in Omaha. The shoestring fries are so thin, they are kinda fun to eat. Plus you feel like you're eating a ton. :) Nice seasoning as well, not too heavy but a subtle kick. The burger I got was also very very thin and kind of crispy. The meat seemed like it was barely being held together it was so thin...I'm sensing a pattern emerging here. Despite its lack of thickness, it was still pretty juicy. Something I noted was how well-seasoned the patty was. Often in burger chains they just slap the plain burger down on the grill and cook it. Freddy is definitely shaking some lovin on these babies. A nice touch. The frozen custard is out of this world! Satisfyingly thick and creamy, with a rich deep custard flavor. Probably the quintessential example of a great custard, am probably the best I've had. My only gripe is the price...not cheap as burger places go. I think I paid $8 for my meal and $4 for custard to share. Definitely head and shoulders above the McDonald's next door...not sure how they are staying in business.

Had the steakburgers with fries, concrete frozen custard and a custard in waffle cone. Very flavorful. Husband liked the fries, more like shoestring fries, but tasty. Has a 60s style diner look to it. Custard was some of the best I've ever had. Note: you should know the burgers here are quite well done and very thin. If you are looking for a thick, juicy burger you might need to try another place. Doubt if we will go to Culver's again, or McDonalds.

My kids liked the thin fries and the burgers were alright. I loved the theme and atmosphere but will not drive all the way out there for a burger again. The nuts on my custard tasted old but the custard itself was simply delicious.

Really good burgers. Service is good and the prices are right. Not a fan of shoestring fries but the dipping sauce is good.
