I love Dunkin Donuts. This location is far from home for me but since my wife and baby were in the hospital, this was very close to where I was/am going every day. Every time I come in here, the service always welcomes me and asks what I would like. A couple times I've asked what the 'special' flavors of iced coffee they had and they tell me right away and sometimes even give me their personal choice. They make my iced coffee, (and sometimes hash browns), super fast every single time. I haven't had any issues with this location at all, except that the espresso can taste burnt at times, BUT the coffee tastes like this at every Dunkin's that I go to so I just started to live with it as that's how I think their coffee tastes. Overall, I love this location and will continue to go here.

Don't order sandwich unless you love egg- I don't eat egg and mine was disgusting since the bagel was partially burnt - very little bacon and a piece of cheese that covered 1/3 of sandwich - DRY DRY DRY on top of skimpy and burnt

Yesterday I paid almost $12 at Scooter's for a Chai Tea Latte and a blueberry muffin. At Dunkin, I have never spent more than $8 for a Vanilla Chai, hashbrowns, and a breakfast sandwich- which, by the way, have always tasted good too. Their coffee is delish, the prices are great, employees are friendly. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because of the location. It's a hassle when the light is red and there are cars coming and going.

I have to give this place one star mostly for it's awful location rather than the product. That area already has a busy parking lot serving PetSmart, Big Lots, Firehouse Subs, a fairly new Michaels and several other shops without putting a drive thru right near the only exit with a left turn onto 72nd. Oh, and it's also a busy intersection with a Nebraska Furniture Mart extrance & exit directly across the street. I was there on a Saturday afternoon in December with my young niece and people were shouting, honking and flipping each other off right near the Dunkin' Donuts while trying to get out of the lot and back into traffic. The location is terrible and makes me not want to frequent the shops nearby as often, especially on weekends.

I love this place. The donuts are so fresh in the morning... I love the egg on croissant anytime of the day and the new dark roast iced coffee. everyone here is pretty friendly and I keep coming back, so it must be good :-) almost forgot to mention: happy hour from 4 to 6 maybe? any coffee for a dollar! But you might want to call or check the website to make sure I'm correct...

I popped in to pick up a couple dozen donuts for my kid's birthday and they didn't have enough ready. So, they said it would be about 30 minutes wait and they could call me when ready. I opted to just wait and bang out my email work while I waited. They gave me a free coffee while I waited and then when they said it would take a little longer, they offered me a donut and more coffee. The customer service has been above and beyond. I was the one who showed up with a big order, without notice. They are treating me like they made some sort of mistake or something, and everyone is so nice and genuine about things. It's so rare anymore to get good service and attention, let alone above and beyond like this. So, way to go, Dunkin crew. You get all my donut business.

Although I enjoy DD's iced coffee, this location is not the best. If there is any line at all in the drive thru it can get a little hairy as the cars extend into the parking lot which other cars need to drive through to get to the other stores in that area. The low rating is more of a "be aware" of that issue than to speak to their service or food.

Finally a DD in omaha! Great donuts. Old fashioned are my favorite. Also with the sandwiches available from open to close it's a good one stop shop before work. I can't give it a 5 star because I did have to wait in the overflow to get my order it did take over 10 mins in drive thru. But the product is great

I've been to so many dunkin doughnuts, and this by far, is the best location. Drive thru people were funny, fantastic, and brightened my day.

Product is abysmal. Yesterday, December 11th, we arrived at Dunkin Donuts at 715 S 72nd St, Omaha, NE shortly before 9:00 pm to purchase some old fashioned glazed donuts, regular donuts, and munchkins. I asked the cashier if she could give us a few extra donuts since they would be closing soon. She said she would have to ask the manager who promptly replied, "No, we don't even do that for our employees." Also, in response to the statement that the Dunkin at 144th & Pacific Streets provides a discount after 8pm, the manager remarked, "That is a different franchise." While this was disappointing, we understood and purchased our donuts, at full price. However, this is not the reason I'm posting. The biggest disappointment and, frankly, completely unacceptable was that when we got home less than 20 minutes later, the donuts were stale and tasted many days old. And it wasn't just one or the other but it was every single donut that we purchased. Obviously, they sell the leftover donuts for days. I won't be going to this location anymore. Having patronized multiple Dunkin Donuts throughout the country and, more recently since the opening of Dunkin' Donuts on 14225 Pacific Street, Omaha, NE, I have never experienced such a poor product. Also, speaking of the Pacific Street location, they have been so great that they even catered our wedding and were a huge hit. Even those donuts tasted great the next day.
