My staff ordered a pizza from this location for lunch today. Every single person who ate any of the pizza became violently ill two to three hours later with vomiting and diarrhea. I called the store and spoke with both the manager and general manager. They showed absolutely no concern about this at all, instead they blamed my staff for eating the pizza the wrong way. The store's GM John said that it was impossible to get food poisoning so quickly. I repeatedly told him I did not want a free pizza, all I was doing was contacting them so they couldn't take extra precautions. John had absolutely no interest in that whatsoever. I understand a restaurant needs to maintain a good reputation but when every single person who ate the pizza got sick and every single person who did not eat it didn't ,it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out. Not once did anyone offer an apology or show any concern whatsoever that they may be giving people food poisoning. I would highly suggest you order pizza from a different chain or if you're determined to get Domino's, order it from a different location. Any manager who's not gonna take a report of food poisoning seriously and blames the customer for eating the pizza the wrong way needs to lose their job

Cleanliness 4 Service 3 Food 2 Likelihood 2 1-5 (5 Best!) 2.8 We ordered two pizza's on Saturday night. I had a piece of the newer handmade pan pizza and liked it, a month or so ago, and wanted some. I tried ordering online and it kept giving me an error messages asking to contact store by phone. So I did. The pizza came fairly quickly, thank you! They were not hot. Upon further investigation, we realized not all the cheese was melted all the way AND a lot of the pizza dough itself was not baked/cooked and was raw. We called and talked to the manager and he said he could give us credit or send out replacements when he could... (I was not a fan of the implication "when he could" as if I was a second class customer...) I asked for replacements. They arrived and we sent the first two back with the driver. The newer two were much better, they were hot, the cheese was melted, however, some of the dough was STILL not cooked all the way. I wasn't going to call. We heated it up a bit more and ate them. THEN our doorbell rang again, being after 9pm that was a bit unusual. The driver said he had our pizzas for us. We shared that we already had our replacements. He said "these are already paid for you do you want them?" we said sure. We opened the boxes and began laughing. They were the FIRST TWO PIZZA'S WE SENT BACK! I DID call then to share with the manager our journey. I asked that he not send any coupons or refunds, but just listen to the journey. He said thanks for calling and hung up. I didn't have a strong sense that he fully appreciated me sharing or calling. Papa Johns is our normal delivery pizza place (MaMa's for dine in!) I think I will keep with that tradition for now. :)

Whomever answered the phone when I called refused to give me their name so that they, personally, could be held responsible. I ordered a bread bowl. Not only did I not get the bread bowl the pasta bowl that was sent was entirely wrong. This has happened three previous times to various co-workers. I demanded the man's name and he repeatedly refused. He was rude throughout most of the conversation (it is possible to use polite words and still be rude). This entire location is a huge disappointment. We, collectively will not be using Domino's again.

Cleanliness 5 Service 3 Food 3 Overall 3.7 Ordered carry out of a large 2 topping pizza. Was ready within 30 or so minutes. Went to pick it up and left. Pizza was good, not the best I've ever had though, but it was a $5.99 pizza. I like how Dominos has a lot of promotions, sales and deals to get pizza cheaper. However I couldn't order my pizza ahead of time with a gift card which is why my service grade was lower. I'd consider going back, but I don't eat out often.

I ordered a cheese pizza with the Philly steak topping for delivery. I got mushrooms, onions, and green peppers as well. When I called back the man answering the phone said he wouldn't do anything about it. I paid 20$ after the tip and didn't even get to eat that's pretty shitty. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Again Domino's does a great job on a new hand tossed pizza. Was greeted by the drivers even as I was sitting in their lobby waiting for my pizza to be made and carried out. They do have a few tables and a whole entire wall that looks out the store front with high bar chairs where you can even dine-in. They do have individual beverages available as well for dine-in. Did a great job and open until about 2a on the weekends.
