THE WORST! This place is the pits! We waited a long time to be seated. Longer to get our drinks! Even LONGER TO GET THE MEALS. The food was ALL cold! I MEAN COLD! The waitress had just told me moments before the toast and pancakes were being finished! What? In the freezer??? When I asked for the manager I was told HE was the cook!! While pondering whether to leave or eat the "cold" food 'someone' in a 'WINTER COAT' from staff came over and apologized!! Cook? Manager? Server??? Anyway they took care of the meal(paid for it). We left! They should have paid us for lost time!!! DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE!! It is horrible! That is an understatement. All we heard while waiting for our food was "I'm sorry!" To OTHER customers! Denny's 'GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER'!!

I'm definitely a fan of Denny's. I was here today with a dear friend of mine and food was excellent. We both enjoyed it very much. Great place for catching up with an old friend.

Went here for some late-night food & wifi (which they advertise on their door as having). I didn't see a network that was obviously theirs, so I asked my waitress about it. She didn't know the name of the network. She said she could "ask Ed," but that Ed was "up front." Well sure, that didn't sound very difficult. Well, apparently it was, because when she came back after about seven or eight minutes, she hadn't asked Ed about the wifi. I told her I wouldn't be ordering anything if they didn't have wifi, so she should go find Ed. She came back to say that Ed didn't know whether the wifi was working or not. Now let's think about this--they advertise that they have wifi, and yet the waitress doesn't know the name of the network and the manager doesn't know if it's operational or not. What the hell does the staff there know? I left and went to Perkins, where the staff was friendly & knowledgeable, and the food was surprisingly good. And yeah, they had wifi.

Look...we all agree that under the sign for Denny's there should be a little sub-sign that simply says, "Hey...its late and you are prolly drunk!". This is a night dive. The end. But I really am ok with this night dive as they have done some fixes and additions to their menu and it seems that, aside from the riffraff that are in this place at 1am, they keep it fairly clean and the food is descent for what it is and its priced pretty ok and in some parts priced good. Is it 5 star food, 5 star service and a 5 star establishment...no...not by a long shot but I'm not expecting it to be. I'm expecting it to be a Denny's and this one is a good one that hasn't weirded me out too much or offended me or My Special Lady Wife out of the building. Heck, when its late and we are both sober, usually this Denny's is the first place we think of...so yea, I'm a fan! Eat up Minions!

#1. If you are looking for a place to dress up and go, probably will be disappointed. #2. They have not really remodeled in the last decade, so things are a little worn. #3. It is more of a diner/dive/with no drive in. OKAY now the worst part is over... what a great breakfast. Employees were actually telling EVERYONE good bye and THANKING THEM for coming in AND asking them to come back! I don't know that I have been thanked at Perkins or Village Inn! Good was cheaper than VI and Perkins. (And beverages were only $1.99 not the $3.00 that everyone else is charging!) A great server, was her 2nd day. Either she was good, or her training was good (or both) I woulda thought she had been there for years! I will make a point to go back... OH YA... they didn't offer to split check, no worries, the cashier was VERY happy to do it without complaining, rolling her eyes or pretending it didn't annoy her! Thank you!

I am not a Denny's regular but dinner here last night was quite enjoyable. The place was really busy and they had one waitress - she was very pleasant and did a great job. I had the chicken fried steak and eggs, it was your standard chain restaurant fare. My gf ordered the bananas foster french toast and enjoyed it. On a side note - someone at the table behind us ordered a double cheeseburger and it looked awesome. I had seen a picture of it on the menu and I thought yeah right, but this thing looked even better than the picture.

Not the best Denny's I've ever been to. Honestly, when we walked in on a Saturday morning and half the tables were empty, I should have known that this place was not going to be very good. We waited 45 minutes for our food. If it takes you almost an hour to make pancakes and omelettes, then there's something wrong. Our waitress was very cheerful and friendly, but we had to keep asking for drink refills. Oh, and did I tell you our food was served cold/luke warm? Also, this location seemed very old....The booth we were sitting in had ripped leather, and the furniture just seemed like it had seen better days. I would not go to this Denny's if I were you.

Just a little after 6a tried to phone ahead for my order of an American slam. Wouldn't take a phone order until 7. Showed up, waitress is on the phone the entire time dealing with her boyfriend break-up. Place was dirty, another employee smoking out front. The Manager Jorge didn't seem to even really care that I stood in line at the register for about 15 minutes while the waitress was dealing with the break up. Finally placed my order to go and waited. Took about 20 minutes. To top it off they had no to-go silverware. None. Coudn't go to a store and get some? No one does inventory? Food was ok, service was horrible. Was like their first day of opening and no one knew what was going on. Can't see how a place can run out of every day essential items and not care.

On the road headed to Des Moines, Iowa and decide to stop at Denny's. I usually only find myself at Denny's after a long night because let's be real. It's Denny's. Today we stop in, takes us 12 minutes to get seated, no one is here I mean, 5 tables are seated max. We order up and wait another hour for nothing but 3 breakfast plates, I ordered a cali avocado skillet with extra avocado and 2 extra chicken breast. We wait an hour or so, our plates arrived and I notice, there's no avocado in my Cali "Avocado" skillet... Really? Well okay. Also only 1 chicken breast! Okay... I take my first bite of the chicken and it took me back to the elementary days... It felt as if I bit into an eraser! Ugh horrible. The waitress didn't care, she didn't pay attention to us. She went out for a smoke break with her baby daddy, right to her Van and that was that the manager made it all better she was a sweetheart but the waitress who seemed to be an ex hooker, she was terrible. Never coming back again.

If there was such a thing as zero. It would be just that. We have eaten there twice. We work nights and were very hungry. The first time the waitress acted like she had better things to do with her eye's rolling in the back of her head while she took the orders. Then when we got the order's the fish looked like it had been just thrown on the plate as a after thought and the fish tasted like freezer burn. The French fries tasted the same as the fish. The salad was wilted and looked like it had seen better days. The food in general was not appealing. And we had just dropped $70 for all of us and not one plate was decent. The second time we ordered breakfast to go. The ketchup must have gone way past the expiration date as it tasted and smelled really weird. And of course we found that out AFTER we had put it on the food which in turn left the food inedible. Both times called the manager's. Not once did they even offer to compensate in some way. Never again.

Very good experience. About 10pm on my birthday, went in and got a free Grand Slam! They were nice and prompt. Manager served me personally, refused my tip and wished me a Happy birthday. Thank you!

Food is what you can expect from any other Denny's. Ambience... oh boy. Ok I was here on a Thursday night at 1 am so what can you expect... the service is mediocre, they have one cleaner / server / cashier at this time so service drags. There is NO MUSIC in the background so you pretty much have to whisper your conversation, its pretty awkward. And the clientele isnt the nicest, but cant be too picky at this time at night.

Ok so I use to come here alot after the bars. The food was great and staff friendly. Tonight I went had the spegetti and meatballs witch sucked so bad I could not even eat it. I had something on my plate that looked like pubic hair I hope it was just a fuzz. Let's just say I will never ever go back. And it's not busy like it use to be either. Wish I could mark no stars..

Take a break from fast food and come have a full meal here instead! Awesome service and yummy food at a reasonable price. Recently remodeled and the new staff is amazingly friendly. Just don't go after 1am on a weekend cause they get a bunch of drunks.

This place is disgusting. Just straight up disgusting. I have eaten here many times with friends, mostly in the evening. The food is really not an issue here. It's your standard chain/diner food. It's not bad by any stretch, but it's not great either. My problem with this place is it's literally filthy. I don't care if the decor is old -- it's pretty obvious that it is. My problem is everything is just dirty. The last time I ate there was probably 4 months ago. Our entire table was sticky and there was food all over all of our menus. If the people working there can't be hassled to clean off the table/menu properly, I am not sure I wanna know what the kitchen looks like. My partner, who is extremely tall was able to see into some of the light fixtures they have on the walls -- there was layers upon layers of dirt and dead bugs. To me, that is wholly unacceptable. I don't want to eat someplace that is dirty. Also, someone else commented that the employees stand right outside the main entrance and smoke -- this is a common thing here. I have only been to this Denny's probably 5 times but I think at least 3 times there was at least one employee RIGHT outside the door smoking -- extremely disgusting. I won't be back until this place gets remodeled or a good clean. My recommendation: go to the Village Inn at 108th and L. They keep their restaurant clean and the food is about the same.

Actually terrible. I love the Moon over my Hammy sandwich and came here to get one. When my sandwich came it wasn't on sourdough bread, as it says it has on the menu and appears that way in the picture next to it on the menu, so I sent it back. Sandwich came with 'warm' sourdough and the hashbrowns from the other plate. When I asked for the manager, there wasn't one. :/ The waitress then informs me that I should have asked for it on sourdough bread, despite it being shown on sourdough bread. Left 2 bucks for my coffee and walked out. Will never return.

I've been a regular here for a few months. I've enjoyed the chain's new menu options and the service here has always been friendly. I almost always go in the morning, though I visited this afternoon. Unfortunately, today was my last visit. When I arrived, almost the entire staff was sitting just out side the front door, smoking. I had to wend my way between them and through the cloud of smoke. An hour later when I left, the same staff was sitting in the same places (except for my waitress who only came in because I was there). I had to go through the same crowd of employees and the same cloud of smoke. The manager wandered out of the back room once in awhile and was fully aware of what was going on. Sorry, I can't support an establishment that allows it's employees to A. sit around on their rears, even partially blocking the entrance or B. to blow smoke in the faces of customers. I have never seen this place busy, but it got less busy by one customer today. I will find somewhere else to eat. [oh, the entrance way paving is also very uneven (so much so they've spray-painted the edges of the cement blocks, so they KNOW it's a hazard.]

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Upon arriving at the place, we had to wait to be seated even though there were as little as 30 people in the entire restaurant. Once seated, we had to wait at least 10 minutes for the waitress to take our drink order. Then, waited another 15 minutes for her to take our dinner order. After another 10-15 minutes, one of our party inquired as to how much longer it would be before we were served. He was told that the cook (who she said was the MANAGER) was finishing up the order and that it would be right out. After another 10 minutes, the food finally arrived and, SURPRISE, it was ALL COLD!!!!! We immediately complained to the waitress, who then sent a woman to our table, who was in a coat??? She apologized and asked if we would like her to take the food back and "nuke it"... Her words exactly!!! I have eaten and many Denny's over the years, but this place is far and away the WORST one I've had the misfortune of eating at.

Denny's must not be a Nebraska thing. But it's pretty big in Michigan where I grew up. At least on the south east side of the state. Like Big Boy or National Conney Island. In my experience Denny's is a great place to bring your books or newspaper, read, eat, drink coffee, not pay a lot, and be left alone. It seems a little different here, maybe because I've went on a Sunday most times, but I'm not sure. Some times this place is so busy you cannot get a seat. Maybe you could if you waited long enough, but the lady at the counter wasn't even taking names she just stood there. Like she was in shock at all of the people. My group left. Twice we have had a waitress that seemed a bit off. I think it was the same girl. She doesn't want to be there, and she doesn't want you to be there either. She won't bring you more coffee, so just be happy with what you have, one cup. (but if you have the woman that says "my lady", which is funny, you will in good hands) Most of the time the food is ok. It's diner food. It takes me back to going to school in Detroit, one of the most unhealthy places. One time we were served frozen pie, I had it taken off our bill, but still, frozen pie?

Loving Dennys new look and management! The restaurant is clean, contemporary and inviting. The servers are friendly, respectful, efficient and attentive. The food is good, reasonably priced and delivered to your table quickly. Check it out!

We stopped for bite to eat at this Denny's while traveling. It was the worst experience ever. The server took 20 minutes to acknowledge us. Another 7 minutes to bring our drinks, which were wrong. When we were able to wave her down and get her to come over to our table again she abruptly took off half way through our order. She never did bring back our drinks, when I looked around and noticed 3 other servers going outside and back in, there were only about 16 other people in the place. Our server didn't seem to have any other tables. After waiting 20 more minutes for our food we waved her down again, which seemed to interrupt her gossip session with her co-workers. We asked how much longer for our food she said it is a 45 minute ticket right now. So we told her to cancel it and thanks for wasting our time. We walked out. I have never walked out of a restaurant before. My advice is to never go there ever. **I wish i could give negative stars!!!**
