Great service! I went through the drive through to get a bagel for breakfast this morning and when I got to the window realized I forgot to ask for it toasted so I asked if it was too late. The lady said it was but she would make me a new one and I told her no that's ok but she still insisted on making a new one so I let her. She even offered to let me keep the untoasted one. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because they never ask me when I order if I want it toasted like other places do which is why I always forget, and usually end up with an untoasted bagel.

My go to bagel place, it's close and I'm not a big Panera fan. Consistency is the key here, bagels are always fresh tasting and the customer service is top notch. Today I had a plain bagel with butter and cream cheese and had it toasted. Came out warm and wrapped in paper. Plenty of cream cheese and butter. What makes a good bagel for me is that it's not rubbery and too chewy. These bagels are always opposite of that. They have plenty of lunch and breakfast options and a good variety of hot and cold drinks. A bagel and large coffee ran me about $5. A good start to the morning.

Good assortment of bagels to choose from. I enjoyed the spinach and cheese omelet on sun-dried tomato bagel. I def need to try the sriracha bagel sandwich next time. The staff were funny and friendly. Great way to start your morning!

This was my go to place for bagels, and whenever I needed to grab breakfast on the go. Not anymore. Before heading out on a long road trip, my boyfriend and I stopped here to grab some breakfast. I ordered my usual, and requested no peppers bc I didn't want to spend a 16 hour car with horrible acid reflux! I looked at my sandwich as it was being made, there were red peppers on it. I asked the employee nicely again for no peppers. She argued with me that I asked for no green peppers. She then picked up the entire sandwich and with a huge huff chucked it into the trash. My boyfriend ordered next. As he approached she slammed the large bagel cutting knife into the cutting board and asked him condescendingly if there was any special requests with his order. We should have walked out. After finishing our order, she threw them onto the counter with an attitude like I've never experienced. I said "excuse me," as she walked off with a spiteful glare. Completely taken back, I then asked for a manager. The manager tried to give me a couple coupons which I refused. I wanted an apology. I have never been treated like that in a restaurant before. As a regular and a good paying customer, I was appalled. The manager made excuses that they were really "busy" and the girl was "overwhelmed." That is no reason to treat a customer with complete and utter disrespect over peppers on a sandwich. If you go there, watch out for the blonde with short hair, with a big knife and a horrible attitude. If you hate working in customer service, then please quit and stop spreading your negativity. After being a regular customer for years, I will not be back.

This location has a great team of workers. The manager is very excitable and keeps the atmosphere fun :) Refreshing, compared to some places where you can hear a pin drop because there's no energy! Good bagels too!

Delicious. I've been obsessing over the Spinach and Cheddar Omelet on a Jalapeno bagel ever since I had it last week. The Egg White and Sundried Tomato bagel is also very good. They also had coconut coffee which was delicious! Highly recommend.
