Absolutely delicious bloody Mary's. The bacon was heavenly in them and the food we ordered was top notch as well. We have been back a few times already!

A great place for breakfast. Their specialty is the benedict, and they do a great job at poaching eggs! I had the Lox Benedict, it was very good, I had a little Cholula pepper sauce on the side and it was perfect. Service was good, they tend to forget to bring out side dishes such as pancakes that came with the meal. I smelled burnt toast coming from the kitchen a couple of times. Overall it was good experience.

I've eaten at Bailey's a few times and it's always been really good but this last time I went on Ash Wednesday with my mom and it was fantastic! Of course it was busy but we didn't have to wait very long. We sat in a booth and enjoyed some coffee before ordering. I had Teri's Crepes which were stuffed with grilled chicken, asparagus, roasted red pepper, mascarpone and topped with hollandaise. The presentation was great - I took a picture of it. My mom likewise enjoyed her veggie omelet. The service was very friendly. What a special treat! Will definately go back when I'm in the area and have a day off for breakfast.

Well I would say it's probably the best pancake /egg place or breakfast type food place in town. Their sausages are probably the best breakfast sausages. Their bacon is tough to beat, though I have had better at a few different places not in Omaha.I went in on Monday at 10 AM and it was nearly full.

I've been meaning to try this place for a while now, I always see it when I go to broncos next door. I got there at about 1045 in the morning and the place was packed which made me feel good because the food should be great. As I was waiting i made it a point to look at all tge food being brought out. It all looked really good. The food looked classy but not overdone. I did notice that their pancakes were really inconsistent which scared me because i was really craving some cakes. After waiting about an hour, or a little longer, I finally got a table, and a had my drink within minutes. I ordered two eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, and 3 small pancakes. The reviews on here said the bacon was the best and it was amazing! Definitely one of my top two favorites and the other one isn't from a restaurant. Most restaurant bacon sucks so I was extremely happy. The eggs and Hash browns were good. And now here is the reason for not giving 5 stars. The cakes. Mine came out darker than some but they still weren't fully cooked. They were good but a little mushy and that wasn't from the syrup. The waitstaff and host had excellent service skills and I can't wait to go back and try more items. You can't do much about the long wait when the food is good so that didn't bother me much. Great place!

Quaint breakfast place. Wait for food and to be sat was a little long but that's ok because we were able to catch up with some old friends. We had a table right by the door (brrrr) and people waiting to eat were crowding into our eating area. The breakfast burritos weren't very good, I would skip this on the next visit. The bennies were ok, not very hot temperature wise. Breakfast for two was $28 excluding tip.

Breakfast anytime (for those of you who are into that kind of thing). And how could you NOT be into breakfast at Bailey's? A place that can crank out poached eggs to your preference (soft, medium or hard) and sling those eggs with equal zeal into dishes like the Vintner's Eggs (with asparagus, chopped bacon and tomatoes) and their signature benedicts (from classic to crab). Since this place is part of the Shuck's empire, you can feel confident that the crab you're eating is quality too - not just leftovers from Friday and Saturday nights dinner. The website is accurate when it says that Bailey's is still getting discovered too. Even though it's been around since 2007 I've taken several people there recently who live in the area and had no idea it existed. Of the menu items I've tried, everything has been so spot-on it's hard to not want to try everything. (Even the bagel and lox comes with a Bagel Bin bagel). It's details like that I can really appreciate. The Huevos Rancheros was a tasty pile of refried beans, chorizo, eggs, cotija cheese and salsa fresca, served on two flour tortillas. I ate this one two ways, working to down-size the pile, and then wrapping the remainder in the soft tortillas. There's even Chohula on the tables to kick things up a notch. The aforementioned Vintner's Eggs is essentially just a beautiful plate of food. So much so that as I was chowing on the Huevos on my last visit, I promised myself I'd have the Vitner's next time. Grilled asparagus dusted with parmesan cheese, and topped with two poached eggs, chopped bacon and fresh sliced tomatoes drizzled with olive oil. Plus toast! Crab Benedict - as you might expect - includes crab, poached eggs and hollandaise. Avocado too. And one of my all-time favorite, the Guerrero Benedict... with chorizo sausage, refried beans, cojita cheese, drizzled with a chipotle hollandaise. Drool. All the benedicts are served with fresh fruit and browns and come in half-orders too, which is a nice option that leaves room for silver dollar pancakes or a belgian waffle. The more that I think about it, it's safe to say Bailey's is my favorite breakfast in town. Get there now and enjoy.

Not sure I agree with the hype - especially regarding the Benedict. Eggs Benedict is my staple favorite brunch meal. I order it any time I see it on a menu. Sadly this Benedict had eggs poached in those little metal cups, so they were perfectly round, but had a firmer, more fried texture than a properly poached egg. In addition, despite asking me how I wanted my eggs done (not used to a temp question about eggs Benedict), and my responding that I wanted cooked whites and runny yolks, the inner whites were liquid. I don't think this cooking technique is working for them. The main disappointment, however, was the thin film of hollandaise over top. I like my hollandaise, it's a pretty important part of this dish, so a scant amount of thin sauce was not my cuppa. My boyfriend got the French Toast, which was delicious, and my reason for not giving 2 stars. He also enjoyed the Bloody Mary, and the thick cuts of bacon. Service wasn't anything special, and we overheard far too much of our neighbors conversation given the close quarters (they tried the porkopolis challenge and were reading a Paleo cookbook, so at least it was entertaining). I would love to hear from another Benedict aficionado to see how they measured up for you!

The BEST bacon I have ever had!!!! Not an exaggeration! Also the environment is quaint and sweet and the people who work here are so friendly. Comfort plus deliciousness. What more could ya want?!

Always good food and nice spicy Bloody Mary's with bacon! The service is good too. Typically there is a bit of a wait to get seated but it is worth it.

Great biscuits and gravy with eggs and bacon. Also has browns good. Eggs Benedict and a huevos rancheros were money!!! Stopped in while driving west on 80. Not a bad detour. Stop in and try it out. Nice people. Worth coming off interstate for.

Passing through Omaha on our way back to Nashville. We decided to stop here, because my oldest daughter is named Baylie. We got Belgian waffles, an omelet, and country fried steak which was all very good. A tad expensive for breakfast, but overall very good.

If mama's not cooking, it's the best breakfast in town! The crab Benedict is wonderful! And the link sausage is the best in Nebraska!

I really enjoyed the food and service here. It is a must go to breakfast spot for me when I come back to Omaha. Nebraska did not dissapoint and this cool little breakfast spot didn't either. Make sure you get the "Porkasaurus" eat it and you'll get a shirt... lol cool spot

Lox Benedict is what's for breakfast! It was a mother daughter date day and we decided to enjoy some breakfast at Bailey's, where we've never been before. We had looked over the menu before we arrived at the restaurant yet were still uncertain of what dish would win our hearts. My mom finally decided on the quiche Lorraine $10.99 and I enjoyed the Lox Benedict $11.99. We both shared and finished our meals with happy stomachs and hope to try more of their menu items. I really liked how the lox and hollaindaise sauce complemented each other beautifully. I had a bite of my mom's Quiche Lorraine which I loved. I would definitely try that meal the next time I go to Bailey's. The atmosphere of Bailey's is definitely warm & cozy, the waitress was attentive and personable. She checked on us several times and made sure our meals were to our liking. Breakfast is one of my favorite meals so I'm counting the days when I can try more of their breakfast meals. I took a peek at their lunch specials and I may just have a hard time deciding because they look just as yummy! Bailey's thank you for having my mom & me over for brunch, it was a wonderful mother daughter date for sure :)

Nice, homey feeling. Nothing fancy but a good place to get a solid breakfast. Service was quick and friendly. They have a good selection of Benedicts. All 4 of us had a nice, big breakfast. Their bacon is amazing. Definitely recommend.

I was very satisfied with my experience at Bailey's. The coffee was a little bland but the Porkasaurus I ate was simply amazing. It's definitely more food than a person should consume but i have a big appetite so I decided to give it a try anyway. The potatoes make up a big bulk of if but there is still plenty of delicious pork to satisfy any craving a person might have. It was all cooked well and was served surprisingly quick. Their toast was better than you'd get at your typical breakfast joint. I don't know if it's made in house but it was definitely better than any other packaged bread I've tried. My wife had the Vintners and she was very satisfied. It wouldn't have been enough food for me but it was just perfect for her. The service was fair. Our waitress claimed to be the new manager and had just started. She was a little unsure of the menu items but being new I wouldn't hold it against her. Everything came as ordered so I can't really complain. Overall if I had to do it again I most certainly would.

No. Just, no. I've been here twice and paid what seems like a ransom for the poor quality food I've received. After my first visit (clam chowder and an egg salad sandwich...both extremely underwhelming, as was our crabby server), I read the reviews and assumed I'd just ordered wrong. Benedicts are supposedly where it's at! I was extremely excited for days in advance of our visit, daydreaming about the Guerrero Benedict. Reality was a big disappointment. The supposed chipotle hollandaise might as well have been water. It was ridiculously thin and flavorless. The whites of my eggs were runny, which just turns my stomach, and they forgot the cojita cheese. The hash browns were undercooked (although they were properly salted). The hubs said his dish (the Hired Hand) was fine. My 8 year old's mac and cheese (from the blue box) was so cold that she wouldn't eat it...and I've never heard her complain about food temperature before. My 7 year old's grilled cheese didn't seem like it had any butter on it...when he said he didn't like it (again, I've never heard him complain about a grilled cheese before!!) I took a bite and it was so dry it was torture to chew. Seriously, how do you screw up Kraft mac & cheese and a grilled cheese sandwich, Bailey's?!! The kids refused to eat their food, so they ate their fries and split my meager fruit cup. And for the pleasure of eating that awful meal, I paid $60 (after tax and tip). Other people have uploaded pictures of the same dish I got, and they look nothing alike. Maybe that just means that both times I've gone, they were having bad days. However, I won't be back to give them a third shot. The only reason I gave them a second star is because the hubs didn't hate his food.

We aren't native to Nebraska and have moved around a bit, but we love this little place. Nice, homey and relaxed atmosphere. Consistently good food and service and I love the eggs Benedict. It's rare when my family of four agrees on anything but this is our go to place. Cinnamon buns are amazing- I take trays to the office. Why not five stars? On bleak and cold days when you want a good mimosa to blunt the pain of an overly long stay from family- ok, they are nasty. Get a real bottle of champagne to add to your delicious oj and you get the final star. But really, we love this place.

Love this spot for breakfast and lunch, their menu has so many wonderful sounding choices. I recommend anything that has their hollandaise on it, because if you ignore my suggestion you are missing out on the best dang hollandaise I've had in Omaha. It's up there with fine dining establishments....light and buttery with a hint of lemon. None of that prostituted version that most breakfast spots in Omaha pass off as "hollandaise" (aka thick over buttered creaminess, that doubles as a cheese sauce). Seriously though, it's tasty goodness, thank me later by inviting me to join your next breakfast experience here. It gets busy, and they get you in and out very quickly during weekend breakfast. We sat down, were served, paid and out the door within 25 minutes. I got the feeling we weren't welcomed to linger, and also felt like maybe I was eating to slow for our server's taste as they took any dish away they could as soon as it was available, and brought the bill without asking if we wanted anything else while I was 1/2 way though my meal. Which was ok with our schedule....just an FYI if you are the hang out and talk after breakfast type. Wasn't a fan of their coffee, it wasn't bad, wasn't great...it was meh. So if you are looking for a good cup of joe, and that's super important to you, again just FYI. That personally isn't a deal breaker for me, thank god...cuz mhmm the Blackstone Benedict was divine.

I was looking for a decent bloody mary when I found Baileys. I always know Im in the right spot when the business is booming where I am sitting down to eat ( I avoid empty restaurants like the plague). I will start by saying that the service was impeccable. We were greeted by a friendly hostess and sat quickly. The manager was short handed and did her very best to make sure we were well taken care of. I was told by our server (the manager) that the bloody mary was her recipe and she was quite proud. And damn was it good. The crab was fresh not frozen, as the joint was owned by the fishery located next door. Also the bacon was as good as the bacon off the hogs we raise at home back in California. I didnt come to Baileys expecting to leave so full and completely satisfied. If youre into good breakfast and a nice morning cocktail (bloody mary or mimosa) this is the spot in Omaha!

I love Baileys. Just started going there this year after hearing great things for a long time. The French toast and eggs Benedict are wonderful. Polite, attentive, and very friendly servers. Wish it stayed open a little longer, as it is only open till 2PM, I believe, but great breakfast place overall

My husband and I are in Omaha for the College World Series and are exploring more and more restaurants as our stay is extended. This morning we enjoyed a delicious brunch at Bailey's. He had corned beef hash and eggs along with sourdough toast, and I had the crab benedict (without the avacado), which came with hash browns and a bit of fruit salad. We each had a bloody mary, served spicy and cold with a crisp piece of bacon in the glass for a stirrer! Surprisingly good! All the food was hot and fresh. The service was friendly and efficient. We hope to back for another meal before we leave town.

How have I not been here sooner??? Best eggs benedict Ive had in awhile. Their mimosas have an option to upgrade to a special champagne...do it! I might be eating here more often.

  • Gabriel W.

Great first impression! When we arrived it was really busy so I assume there are a lot of people that are willing to wait for the good food. I had a bloody mary that tasted so good I had to go for a second. My gf had a mimosa and they gave her a small bottle of Prosecco along with a glass of orange juice, nice touch. I got The Rachel which is a Reuben with turkey and sauerkraut instead of the normal. I'm glad they put the sauce on the side since it is made with beets. Jen got a scramble and it looked amazing. The waitress was very efficient and attentive which was surprising since they were so busy. Definitely one to go back to!

This is a very high 4 stars. I don't think it is quite 5 because it is still a diner at heart and isn't quite on the level of other places I've rated 5 stars. With that, this is a very good breakfast place. This was my first visit to Omaha and I don't usually eat out for breakfast or I'll go catabolic and lose my gains. I hit the sausage and gravy which was excellent. The biscuits are baked daily but I couldn't tell much of a difference with the amazing gravy they top them with. Hey, they even plated it in a nice bowl and some herbs sprinkled on the side, I've never seen a diner breakfast place give ANY thought into plating their food so this was a unexpected perk for me. The sausage links and eggs were pretty standard but I also got an order of the home made salsa which was very good if you like salsa on your breakfast foods. The mimosa was pretty good but they gave me a small bottle of champagne with a splash of OJ already in a glass. I ended up drinking the rest of the champagne straight because I didn't have enough OJ to mix with it. Kind of a weird situation. Service was great and fast, typical of most diners that I've been to. My friends also seemed to enjoy their meals, the potatoes that come with the chicken fried steak are also good. They are almost burnt but not quite, just overcooked enough to give them a good crunch so if that's what turns you on then you better get em! It would be a tough decision to eat here again or venture out to a different restaurant on my next Omaha visit.

One of the better breakfasts I've had in Omaha. We went around 11:30 on a Sunday morning and had about a 20 minute wait. It's also tucked in a little bit and easy to miss if you don't know exactly where it's at. The parking sucked, I think I saw a sign that said there was more parking around back, but I was lucky enough to snag the only open spot in the front. The atmosphere is nothing special and the space is a bit small, so tables were fairly packed in there. Nothing too bad though. After much debate, I decided to go with the biscuits and gravy plate. They were still fairly busy, so it took a while to come out. It ended up being the best biscuits and gravy I've eaten in a long time. It didn't have the typical gravy from a mix type flavor I've come to expect at most places. My meal came with bacon and eggs. The bacon was much thicker than most restaurants seem to serve, so that was great. The eggs came out a little undercooked, but tasted good nonetheless. My wife went with the chicken fried steak, which came with eggs and potatoes. I'm not a big chicken fried steak eater, so I didn't have much to compare it to, but she seemed to really enjoy it. The potatoes that came with her meal were delicious. Our friend got the biscuits and gravy and a mimosa. The mimosa was nothing special... you get a mini bottle of champagne with about half a champagne glass of orange juice, so you end up drinking the second half of the champagne without any orange juice. Probably not worth the $7. You don't get the portions that most breakfast places provide, but it was enough to fill me up. Overall, it's pretty good food, but a little high priced for what you get. For the 3 of us, it was $40. I'd expect a little more for that money.

My boyfriend and I tried out Bailey's one time years ago and were not happy with our experience. I don't remember what I got, nor does my boyfriend. We just remember that when we left, we had no desire to go back. However, I've always heard great things and thought we should give it another try. Service was decent. Nothing special, but we also knew our server (we didn't know she worked there) so it's hard to rate what service would have been like had we not been catching up and distracting her a bit by chatting. I ordered a Bailey's coffee with Bailey's Irish Cream, a large orange juice, and the Volcanic Eggs because it seemed like an interesting and unique dish. Interesting and unique is definitely what I got. I saw another reviewer who called it "breakfast nachos", and that is the best way to describe it. Fried tortilla crisps made up a large majority of the dish. The tortilla crisps were topped with a rather small portion of diced chicken which was salty but not flavorful, avocado slices (maybe 1/4 of an avocado at most), 2 eggs (I got scrambled), cotija cheese, salsa verde, and drizzled with sour cream. The whole dish was a bit bland, and the flavors I could taste didn't really create a dish that would make me want to eat it again. Not only that, but I didn't find the fried tortilla crisps to go well with the dish at all and without eating those I was left hungry. My boyfriend ordered a bloody Mary, soda, and the Hired Hand which is hash browns, biscuits, country ham (he substituted bacon instead of having ham), eggs, and sausage gravy. The bloody Mary was mediocre. It came with no garnish, just a salted rim. It tasted like vodka with tomato juice, or V8...not a true Bloody Mary at all. His dish was large, but nothing special. The food he ordered was also bland, and could have used more gravy. The gravy had a lot of sausage in it which was a nice surprise, but still lacked flavor. Thick cut, and cooked perfectly, the bacon was the best part of the dish. Luckily, since it was large enough that he couldn't finish it (a rare occurrence) I was able to eat a few bites to make up for my small, and lacking meal. I found that the biscuit was a bit dry, and also thought the best part was the bacon (which would have been ham had he not substituted it). Overall, I wish we'd just gone with our initial opinion and not gone back. At least now I know without a doubt that I'm really not missing out on anything.

This was honest to goodness one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. I'm from NYC and this could have blown away any brunch establishment in the city. The interior is homey yet stylish and the staff is absolutely phenomenal. I had the Lox Benedict and it was fantastic. Also the serving size was well worth the price. Definitely will become a regular!

Great place for breakfast! Incredibly friendly staff that will welcome you with a delicious Bloody Mary or mimosa. You need not look past the eggs Benedict section of the menu. With about a half a dozen varieties, you can find the perfect dish for you.

I went here recently for brunch last Sunday because of the Yelp reviews, and then for lunch, because a coworker who is I believe a lifelong Omahan chose it for her birthday lunch. I really enjoyed it both times. It's a really popular local place. So if you're coming for brunch the wait is often 20-30 minutes. It's run by what appears to be an extended family, and is a great place for families. It's a fairly small restaurant and a bit noisy, but nothing too bad. I'd describe the food as better than chains like Village Inn/Perkins, and in that ballpark for price. They aren't open for dinner. Be careful when pulling in during the winter. It's really a sharp drop driving in.

Very happy with my breakfast here. I am traveling so looked up restaurants on line and found this one. Friendly staff and better yet, the coffee and food is great. I had breakfast crepes -rather unconventional for crepes -they have scrambled eggs inside. They were delicious! Certainly recommend Baileys

Decent little breakfast place on the west side of town. It is in a non-descript location so heads up or you might miss it. Its mostly a standard diner fare with their own little twists but they dont get so crazy they turn away the regulars and they arent so conventional youd rather go to IHOP. Solid 4 store place. Right in your breakfast wheelhouse.

I love Baileys! This may just be my new favorite breakfast place. They have quick service, we did have to wait ten minutes to be seated but we went on a Sunday morning so I expected to wait. I ordered the chicken fried steak which was insanely delicious. It is your typical CSF topped with the most amazing homemade white sausage gravy that you will ever taste. It comes served with your choice of eggs, potatoes, and toast. I also got their house coffe which was perfectly brewed. Like I said the service was quick and more than adequate, I will definitely be back!

I think Baileys is my favorite breakfast spot in town. A hidden gem in my opinion and has a really unique and comfortable feel to it. Eggs Benedict here are fantastic and they have traditional and non traditional menu items as well. The staff is always extremely friendly and attentive, like they've known you for years. Love this place!!!!

I enjoyed my brunch at Baileys, but there are a few things I would change. First of all, my friend and I went to try their famed Eggs Benedict. I ordered the Smoked Salmon variety and it was AMAZING! I have had Eggs Benedict at many places, and this was probably the best! My friend ended up ordering their Corned Beef Hash special, as it was recommended by the server. It has actual brisket in it, and he said it was TERRIFIC! Portions were kind of "iffy"...mine was huge, his could have been bigger. We had Mimosas, which were standard and all was well. The service lacked flair though and so did the dining room. It's a cute cozy tucked away place, but they should up the ambiance a bit for the price. If I'm paying 11-12 bucks for Eggs Benedict, I deserve it. This place gets pretty crowded on Sundays, so plan on a bit of a wait! Hands down, best eggs benedict in town!

I was really excited to come here for breakfast, but remained apprehensive due to the mixed reviews on yelp. Starting with the Denmark benedict, the smoked salmon was fantastic, but the hash on the side was underdone and underseasoned even after we asked for extra crispy hash. The hollandaise sauce was the right consistency, but it still lacked something. As for the trucker's breakfast, which included 2 bacon pieces, saussage link and patty as well as eggs hash and pancakes, was probably not worth it. I think for this quality of food at this price I should have went to get 2 breakfast meals at McDonalds. All in all, the server (the petite blonde) was fantastic, but the other server and hostess were not the friendliest of people. I probably wouldnt be back here, but instead head to Dixie Quicks or Lisa's radial cafe for my weekend brunch next time.

Came here looking for a good breakfast place, saw the great reviews online so thought we'd check it out. Our experience overall was great! It was crazy busy on Sat at 11:15am, we waited about 10 min and were seated along a back wall. The food was delicious! I had the "volcanic eggs" which was probably the most unique mix of food, another reviewer called it "breakfast nachos." I'd recommend over-easy eggs instead of scrambled. I had it without sour cream, as a personal preference. The service was not stellar, you could tell the server was having an off morning. I could hear her apologizing to other tables for mistakes and when our food was served, she spilled fries off of the plate on the table and the floor and had to get fresh ones. It also took a little longer than average to get the tab and card processed. I am thinking they were short staffed. Despite all of this, I plan on coming back again!

Hands down the best eggs Benedict I've ever had. Perfectly poached eggs made it even more awesome. My wife had the bagel and lox. The cold smoked salmon with capers were a perfect compliment to the fresh tomato and red onion. The French toast that my son had was probably some of the best french toast I've had in a while. Baileys is cozy, homey, and the service and food were impeccable. The best breakfast I've had in a long time. Keep it up Bailey's. I am a fan for life and will definitely be coming back maybe even tomorrow.

(this review is solely for breakfast) When I worked overnights, I would join my dad at least twice a month for Saturday breakfast at different places all over town. I share this not to make you jealous of how insanely cool I am ... but to illustrate my expertise in all things Omaha breakfast. And Bailey's is the best. Period. I'm sure you can get a good two egg breakfast here and be more than content, but I have two out-of-the-box words that will change your life: breakfast nachos. This item is actually called Jorge's Volcanic Eggs and it's a pile of house-made flour tortillas topped with chicken breast, salsa, cheese, avocado, cilantro, sour cream and two eggs cooked to your liking. They also are known for their signature eggs benedicts. The Crab Benedict and California Benedict get my votes, but I've never heard a complaint about any of the others. Service has always been quick and friendly. TIP: if you're coming on a weekend, get here before 9:00 a.m. or prepare to wait. PROTIP: Replace your pancakes, fruit, hashbrown and/or toast with a side of cheesy hashbrown bites of perfection, also known as Mojo Taters. Heck, replace your whole meal. They're THAT good.

Super fast! We sat down, ordered, and the food came out in less than 10 minutes. While their Country Fried Steak (with Sausage Gravy) was your standard fare, my taste buds were delighted by their Guerrero Benedict, a play on the usual Eggs Benedict by adding Beans, Taco Spices, and Ground Beef for a fun spicy Mexican-flare (Omaha in the Winter needs as much heat as it can get!). Unfortunately we came on a Sunday before noon, so I didn't get a chance to try their brunch cocktails, but I've heard their Bloody Marys and Mimosas are delicious!

Food was great!! The only thing better was the people working there. Thanks for the great experience

We LOVE Bailey's! I am never disappointed. I almost always order the Denmark Benedict (with smoked salmon instead of ham) but the omelets are great too. Service is always great and you'll always find the same people working in there. It's by far my favorite place to go for Sunday breakfast. Try to get there before 9am or there might be a long wait!

Finally found our favorite breakfast (till 2:00PM) kinda joint. The servers are friendly and funny. Food was hot and yummy. I had something called the Trucker, which had eggs, link sausage, bacon and patty sausage plus sourdough toast. Happy.

We are Portlanders, so our brunch standards are quite high and we really enjoyed this place. Casey, our server, was friendly and attentive. Our large-ish group was seated immediately and the food came quick. The corned beef hash was the best I've had, though the dish could use a little something extra for aesthetic pizzazz. The gravy for the biscuits and gravy was under-flavored. Otherwise, very tasty fair and great portion sizes - large but not insane. They were also very tolerant of our less than perfectly behaved kids.

Unfortunately nothing redeeming. Ordered the chicken fried steak and was dismayed to receive a defrosted frozen patty. Really?!?! It was covered in what must have been reconstituted thick gravy. Not homemade. Potatoes were burnt. Eggs cooked perfectly. Coffee wasn't special nor were the pancakes. Go elsewhere. Like Taxis grill and bar to be specific.

I was looking to find a great breakfast spot while in-town for work, and I definitely found it at Bailey's. Delicious food, terrific service and convenient to the business park area of Omaha. If you're in-town for business and need a morning goto I would highly recommend Bailey's.

The benedict here was wonderful! Great customer service as well... Thank you!

One of the top places in Omaha for breakfast or brunch. Best eggs Benedict in town. Only complaint is that the atmosphere is a little bit lacking and could use some updates, but won't stop me from coming back again and again!

Server was friendly however hurried everything and was on top of us the whole meal. Although the place was not busy, she hurried us to order by telling us what to get, even sitting down with us. We felt rushed instead of having time to peruse the menu. The Eggs Benedict and bacon were great tasting but very cold. We heard the waitress yell back to the cook that another customer said the eggs were cold. Our waitress stood right by, as it is a small place, watching us eat and constantly asking if she was right how good it was. We were so uncomfortable and frustrated we could not take our time eating that we finally left.

Great, hometown breakfast. Worth the stop. My husband and I were so happy we stopped at this little place.

I visited here for brunch on Saturday, and thought they had a great selection of American and Mexican inspired breakfast favorites. I was very tempted by the egg benedict selections but tried their corned beef hash special instead. It was wonderful, real corned beef that was shredded with baby red potatoes. Also our table had the breakfast burritos (wonderful, perfect sized burritos with some of the best cheesy tots ever, seriously those Mojo Taters are to die for) and Jorge's Volcanic Eggs (has some real kick with the salsa verde and great avocado) and some decent diner coffee rounded out the meal. I can't wait to go back to try one of the Signature Benedicts!

If you're looking for a good egg white omelet, it's here (not on the menu, just ask). The server recognized us from Schucks the night before and took extra good care of us. The salmon Benedict is excellent too. And you can order clam chowder with breakfast. Awesome.

Not impressed. I had heard so much about the Eggs Benedict that I couldn't wait to try it. I prefer it more lemony. The crab asparagus benedict was flat. The pancakes and french toast was good and the kids loved it however, the piece of bacon they put with the french toast was even to hard for bacon bits. The Lox and Bagels was good but I prefer the Fox & Hounds.

Crazy busy Sunday morning but the 20 min plus wait was worth it. Great menu selection, very reasonably priced and the food was great. My wife's french toast looked as good as she described it and my son's chocolate chip pancakes also looked yummy. Her bacon was thick and a little smokey, I'll have to order them next time. My Eggs Americana were perfect. The hash browns cooked just right, the turkey sausage was excellent with just the right spice and toasted muffin was thick and delicious. The service was friendly but 2nd round of coffee was slow and when the pancakes arrived there were no choc chips, which they promptly hauled away and returned with the correct order. The place was packed so I can understand the less than perfect service. Highly recommended, I'll go back but probably not Sunday morning around 10:45.

Bailey's is a cozy breakfast/lunch spot with attentive service and the food I tried was very good. I had the prime rib melt with french fries. Bailey's has perfected the fry...hot, crisp and impeccably seasoned. The prime rib melt was pretty darn good too. It had melted provolone on a decent amount of thinly sliced prime rib (of course, I could always use more) piled on delicously buttered and toasted sourdough bread. I wish it'd had grilled onions on it, though. My friends had huevos rancheros and the chicken fried steak breakfast. They both raved about their dishes. The one who ordered the CFS said he normally hates eggs in restaurants, but really liked the folded scrambled eggs that Bailey served.

Great little place for breakfast. I ordered the benedict guerrero and my wife ordered the belgian waffle. When I got my food it wasn't what I ordered, it was just the normal Eggs Benedict, but since it looked so good I didn't say anything, the hollandaise sauce is very good, eggs cooked perfectly. My wife's waffle was excellent as well, and the bacon was thick and crispy. Would have been an easy 4 star if the waiter hadn't messed up my order. Overall I'd definitely go here again.

If you are looking for a breakfast place, stop at Bailey's. The omlets, waffles, pancakes, applewood smoke bacon, biscuits and gravy, coffee, and you name it are all delicous. The atmosphere of truly friendly staff with fast service makes this place remarkable. Their high level of customer service is a rare exception now-a-days; always smiling, always there to refill your coffee and simply take care of you the customer. I highly recommend Bailey's for a wonderful breakfast experience.

Stopped in after church, so there was a bit of a wait. Impressed with the efficient and friendly staff -- we waited less than 20 minutes. I had the crab and avocado benedict. At first the waitress brought me the wrong dish (regular eggs benedict -- one bite was tasty!), but with a smile, the error was corrected in less than 5 minutes. This hollandaise was outstanding. Creamy and light and not at all cloying or heavy. I adored it, swiping up every last bit. Also enjoyed fresh fruit and a warm lemon poppyseed muffin, along with excellent hot coffee. The place was packed and service was outstanding. It's been awhile since the waitress came by to refill coffee so often I was never with a cold sip. Looking forward to returning!

Omaha isn't exactly known for its large selection of quality breakfast places, especially out west. The last couple times I was in Omaha, I ended up at Bailey's for weekend brunch. I will say, the menu is really great with a wide variety of options. As someone who is an eggs benedict expert, I was very pleased with their many benedict options and the fact that you could get half orders. So then why only give it three stars? I've been there twice and had terrible service. Look, I get it....you go there on the weekends and you should expect it to be busy. But then again, so should they. The first time I went was right after an article in the World Herald and they were slammed, so I gave them a pass even though the service was embarrassingly bad and my table was ignored for a really long time. This last time I went, the service was equally amateur. First of all, they don't have anyone to greet you when you walk in or anyone to give your name to for a table. When this person finally emerged, it's obvious its an extremely overwhelmed teenager stuck with arguably one of the most hectic roles at a brunch restaurant. Our service started off ok and the waitress was attentive, however it took literally 45+ minutes to get our food without any kind of explanation or just a quick, "hey we're busy, sorry its taking so long..." Before we had gotten our food, we noticed two tables that were sat right before us had already finished their whole meal and were out the door. WTF? Anyway, after finally getting our food and eating, we and had to literally wait 30+ more minutes to get our server to run our credit card after she had dropped off our ticket. We even had another server notice and said she would be over to get it taken care of. Which never happened. My boyfriend finally had to go inside and find someone to let us pay so we could leave. To sum it up, good food but the way this place is run, it's definitely amateur hour. If you're going to promote yourself as a brunch place you definitely need to be able to handle a busy weekend brunch crowd efficiently. I know this review is kind of harsh, but hopefully someone will listen and work out the kinks in the service.

If the service matched the food it would be 5 star all the way! As a single diner I'm used to crappy seating, being ignored while multiple seats are filled etc. I waited several minutes to even get noticed at 9 AM after getting my car into the body shop. When I was seated I waited another 5 minutes for a menu. I tried to keep the waitress's attention long enough to place my order before she got away, no luck. Another 5 minutes and I ordered a basic bacon and egg breakfast, coffee and milk, with the meal. Got the coffee, got the breakfast and it was pretty good. Toward the end of the meal the waitress (who promised to refresh my coffee and then apparently forgot) asked how everything was, said WOW I forgot your milk! Yeah just like the last time I ate here, and the time before. This is it for me. They make a good breakfast but the service absolutely SUCKS!!! Oh and BTW it still cost me close to 15 bucks with tip even without the milk! I won't be back here, EVER!

Had a great experience here yesterday. Everyone loved their food - biscuits and gravy, crab benedict and a reuben - all delicious. Nice staff and a breakfast anytime policy are great also.

Had lunch here today...in a word: delish! I had the Blackstone Benedict, muffin, tomato, bacon, egg, hollandaise. Got a half portion which came with fruit and was just the right portion size for me. Also, I asked for the egg to be poached hard which most places pay no attention to but this one was perfect, cooked through but not vulcanized. Server was great. Courteous and quick. She filled my ice tea twice and even gave me a big foam cup to go (did I mention it's almost 100 degrees here today! Sheesh!) The place is small and the prices are a little high but it's a nice mom/pop place so I'll definitely be back to try the lunch items.

I thought the eggs on the Blackstone Benedict were poached to perfection! The portions are large so my mom and I split an order and it was very satisfying. The service was quick and very personable. We were seated right away for brunch but it started to get busy for lunch. Good grub.

Ah, it was OK, or maybe my expectations were too high after reading the reviews. I was craving eggs benedict like I used to have at the A&B in Princeton, NJ...unfortunately it did not reach that level. Food was fresh but needed better taste. Bloody Maries were weak and needed horseradish. My GF had the combo of egg salad and something else. Egg salad was good but they put cold onions strings on top of it. Cold fried food just doesn't do it for me. Drove a half hour to get there - don't think that I would go out of my way again. I should have gone to Shuck's Oyster Bar around the corner.

This place is an amazing place for breakfast. Our waitress, Jan, is a sweetheart. I had the Eggs Americana with silver dollar pancakes. The hashbrowns were amazing. My fiance had a Guerrero's Benedict. It was an eggs benedict with chorizo. I tasted a little bit and it was soooooo yummy!!! If you are in omaha and are wanting breakfast, this is the place.

Just went here for breakfast w/my husband. The wait was about 15 minutes which wasn't bad for having to fight the church crowd. We were seated very close to other tables on either side, which was uncomfortable. They had Fox News on the TV, which was a little irritating during breakfast. We found the coffee to be very weak. I think the service here must be hit or miss...but ours unfortunately was a miss. Our waitress was crabby and jaded, but I think there were others there who were nicer. I noticed the waitresses have to bus their own tables, which is unfortunate for them. It explains why ours had crumbs on it when we sat down. The table next to us had 8 people and ordered about the same time we did, but our food took significantly longer for some reason. The food itself was pretty good. I had the Hired Hand. Their biscuits and hash browns are good, but not good enough to make up for the rest of the experience. In the future if we want great food with sh*tty service, we will just go to Wheatfields.

Top notch breakfast food. The sausage gravy on the Bs&Gs was a little salty, but the biscuits were fresh. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the sausage links were the big fat premium kind. A little more expensive than most breakfast joints but it was certainly reflected in the food. Took one star away for the waitress...the service was not slow but she acted unhappy to be there and when we asked her for split checks we really ruined her day. Maybe its just me but I split checks about 80% of the time I go out...why is it such a hassle everywhere I go.

My husband and I ventured out to Bailey's for brunch this week and I was impressed! I ordered the french toast which was delicious! My husband went the lucnh route and ordered the club sandwich with a side of fries, he thought it was excellent too. In addition to the good food, our service was great too. Our server stayed on top of everything and was super friendly. We will definitely be going back sometime soon!

Hired hand is the breakfast conglomerate. I am blown away at the epic nature of this breakfast. Improving on Biscuits and Garvey seems like reinventing the wheel, but when Bailey's added hash browns, ham, and eggs into the mix they created the real deal in breakfast conglomerates.

Consistently good for breakfast! I will keep coming back for more. I have had the huevos rancheros, which are delicious. Their pancakes are phenomenal. I have had a few of their salads which were crispy with fresh ingredients. The service is consistently friendly and fast. This restaurant is a keeper! I recommend it!

OMG, I LOOOOOOVE Baileys. I'm obessed. I'm cheating on my husband with Baileys. I venture out west almost every weekend that I am in town specifically to eat here. I have never had a bad experieence with food or service, and the prices are decent too! MY fav is the Blackstone Eggs Benedict. Oh, and their bacon is the best, it's so good I forget how bad it is for me!
