Was here in Omaha on business and was told I just "had to" try Runza. To be honest I was pleasantly surprised.. The food was good, huge servings, the service was super fast and the employees were very nice, especially when answering my questions since i had never been here.
My good friend and I came to Omaha with our sons to play in "The Omaha Slump buster baseball tournament". We were staying across the street from Runza. Never been there and being from California had never heard of this place. What a great surprise! To start, when we came into the restaurant, I asked where could I find a battery charger for my cell phone? The owner gave me directions where I could go. After ordering our lunch, one of the employees said,"The owner went home because he had an extra charger he wanted to bring back to his restaurant for me?" I was blown away. He pulled up after we had finished lunch and gave me his charger. What a great guy! He then asked if I tried the Runza, which I said no, but the hamburgers were way better than In and Out where we are from and they need to move westward to California. The next day for lunch we tried the Runza. Awesome!!!! I would recommend his restaurant to everybody. Great food, service and extremely clean! Can't wait to come here next year!!! See you soon. Thx
Aaaah Runza. Whether your looking for crispy crinklecut fries, a cabbage and ground beef fart maker or a twist cone you are in lick. I enjoy all those activities since i am a specimen of the male variety. Dont worry ladies, its a fine high class joint for dates as well. (all statement subject to opinion... the wifes in my case) The wifi is 1.26Mbps upload and download. LLAP

I just visited this Subway location for the first time, and the experience was a good one. Subways are the most common restaurant on the planet, so I'm not going to insult you by describing the food and atmosphere. They tend to be consistently "meh"--generally Subway "sandwich artists" are bound by very strict rules governing how to portion and assemble the ingredients. This approach to business averts disasters but assures mediocrity. I'd rate this as one of the two best Subways in Omaha. This location stands out because the staff was very accommodating. Here, I felt that I was being listened to, and every request for "just a little" or "this before that" was met with "Absolutely! Of course!" The food prep area was clean and all of the fixings appeared to be fresh. This location sits in the middle of a desolate, nearly abandoned strip mall. That gives them the space to park a picnic table on the sidewalk out front.

Any place that has a separate vegetarian section on the menu automatically gets major kudos from me. The house margaritas are good and run around $4, which is quite a bit cheaper than a lot of local Mexican restaurants. I appreciate the work they put into this place. In the last 15 years, it's been at least five different places. Up until now, they all retained the old raggedy booths and outdated neon lighting. El Vallarta has completely renovated and opened the place up. I'm a big fan of the huge margarita with a Corona in it. That's one hell of an awesome $10 buzz. Finally, from a vegetarian perspective, there are more healthy options here than other Mexican places. Usually, if I'm watching my diet, it's fajitas or a cheese enchilada and a sald. Here, I can do the vegetable enchilada, spinach burrito, spinach quesadilla, etc. I've been here a few times and always gotten great service.
The service was great. The decor is really nice. The food was ok. I stopped in at the last minute thinking I could get a quick bite. Little scary that it was noon and the parking lot was almost empty. Friendly servers bring out warm chips and salsa. MMMMMMMMM I was really wanting a Carne Asada taco, but the plate they had came with 3 tacos. That's a little much for lunch, but I see it on the a la carte menu, so I thought this would be perfect! I order 1 Carne Asada taco and a side of friend beans to eat with my chips and salsa. No kidding... the waitress went to the kitchen and brought it back to me immediately! Granted... I didn't order anything crazy and tacos are easy to put together. Especially when all it is is meat on a flour tortilla. (you read that right) Now the menu for the 3 carne asada taco combo had a really nice description of steak with pico de gallo and a spicy tomatillo sauce on the side. Apparently if you order a la carte, you do not get the same thing. You get a flour tortilla with steak wrapped in tin foil. That's it... no pico or side of tomatillo. Bummer. The fried beans were good. Service quick, very friendly, and the food was ok. I'll probably try it again some day. There were other items on them menu that sounded good.
Fairly solid place for picky eaters, especially kids who aren't really wild about Mexican food. They have great margaritas, and I usually have had awesome service, though the last time we were there it was lacking, but I will chalk it up to a bad day for the server. Chips and salsa are good. The only thing I have found that is really really good is the alambre (sp?). Other stuff has been just ok for me - didn't care for the chimichanga and I don't like their enchilada sauce at all. Beans are good rice is ok. There are better places for date night Mexican if you don't have to take kids to eat, but my really picky kids love it so this is where we go with them for Mexican. And did I mention awesome cheap margaritas? Lol

Lots of selection of Pho, Vermicelli bowls, and sandwiches. Prices are also reasonable. They also serve Boba tea.
I do lunch here frequently and have yet to order something I didn't thoroughly enjoy. Pho pots are a big hit and the vermic. noodles are always cooked perfectly in my opinion. I continue to recommend this place. Great lunch specials. Only complaint is the place is always chilly in the winter
Vietnamese is one of my favorite cuisines, so when i was in Omaha recently at a nearby hotel I hopped on yelp to see what I could find. This was a few miles away but decided to give it a chance. It had to be a quick lunch, so I didn't get to sample as many items as I would have liked. Went with one of the lunch combos against my better judgment since I was pressed for time and was disappointed. It was a noodle dish with beef and came with a spring roll. The spring roll was better than many other places I have been to across the country, but still no where near the best I have had (Golden Saigon in Aurora, CO still kills it). The peanut dipping sauce that came with the spring roll was okay, but nothing to write home about. The entree was helped after I tracked down some hoisin and sriracha sauces. I wish I had more time to try the pho and some of the other dishes. Service was friendly and quick, but I was the only person in there at noon on a Wednesday (kind of alarming). If I'm in the area again I may come back, but I don't really see myself driving across Omaha for it.

We eat here once every couple weeks (or whenever the husband has choice on dinner!). The pizza is thin and soft--what I imagine is NY style, although I've only been to NYC once for an afternoon/evening and didn't eat any pizza. :( lol. We always, always get the pineapple pizza...yum! The potato bites/puffs are also really good. The staff is pretty scatter-brained and may forget that you ordered breadsticks...it happens surprisingly often, but they're always pleasant about fixing their mistakes. My husband says the breakfast pizza (which he gets by the slice) is also amazing.
Great pizza, delivery available and it is nicely priced. I do highly recommend this pizza over the other pizza places in a mile radius. Especially for take out or delivery.
I LOVE Casey's pizza and I was so excited when I realized I would be driving past it on my way home from work every day. The cheese is out of this world. The sauce and the crust are perfect. I love the spicy sausage with the fennel seeds. Casey's pizza brings back fond memories of stopping for a bite on the long drive home from college. Now I can share that with my kids and they say it is their favorite pizza. The only reason they are getting 4/5 stars is I think it can be difficult at times to place a carryout order. The last time I did that the lady was yelling at the delivery guy about where he had to deliver the next pizza. Next time, I would prefer to be put on hold than listen to what is going on in the kitchen. That being said, Caseys one of the top places to go for a reasonably priced pizza. I can not speak from personal experiene, but my husband who is generally unimpressed with quick easy food talks often about the amazing Casey's breakfast pizza he had one morning before a fishing trip.

This location will process stolen Credit Cards and will push back on helping the true card holder on getting the fraudulent charge reversed.
Bad service. Dirty dishes. We waited until after we were all done eating before we were able to get refills. I specifically asked for the corn cob to be on a separate plate so as to prevent my food from getting soggy. The waitress didn't even write it down so my chicken was soggy. One of my party had black floaties in her drink. I had a small piece of lettuce in mine. The plates given to us for appetizers also had black residue on them.
Delicious food; from the "triple appetizer" to the chicken fry, pizza and salad. Service was attentive and thorough! Not a big fan of chain food but I would go back here in a heartbeat.

Pizza West sent out a Pi Day deal via text message: 1 large speciality with 1 medium one-topper for $3.14. I offered to pay for said deal, but asked them to swap the topping sizes. The gentleman on the phone said that was acceptable. When I arrived, I was told that was not okay, and they charged me quite a bit more than the deal, when my way was less money for them than the orginal deal. Bait & switch. Never again.
The problem with starting another business in the same spot that is the same type is it will be compared to the previous place. Fortunately for Pizza West, it is definitely better than the Pizza Gourmet, which occupied the same spot. The pizza here was not greasy and the taste was fine. The sauce does need some more flavor and having some specials would bring in more business. It is clean and the staff is definitely friendly. Dining is available outside also and there are plenty of tables.
Huge patio, good decor and friendly staff. Great location right off interstate and by Cabelas as well as Embassy Suites hotel. Great happy hour specials as well.

OMG best chicken fried steak ever. And we go to different breakfast places every Friday for the last 3 years. We live in Denver.
Like I've said before, it's kind of hard to screw up breakfast and this was a pretty decent to good breakfast. The scrambled eggs weren't fluffy enough for my taste, they were really flat and thin, weird. The pancakes were thick with a little crunch on the edges, just the way I love them. Yum! Coffee didn't need any cream, on account of being just a tad week. I will go again, due to the extremely low prices snd friendly service. Breakfast for two, with coffee -$13
We went on a Friday night for their prime rib special. Upon walking into the lounge area a sign was posted stating that food orders were taking 45 minutes. Kudos to them for being honest. We decided to wait it out. For as packed as they were our waitress was right on top of us. The food actually only took about 30 minutes to come out. Huge piece of steak, baked potato and spaghetti. The prime rib was cooked well, and although the 2" strip on the end of the steak was tender, the middle was quite chewy. The baked potato was fine, and the spaghetti was just a standard very bland side. Really wasn't expecting a lot more I suppose. For the price and quantity of food I'd give it 3 plus stars, but for the overall taste I'm going to have to stick with a 2.

Really confused on the good reviews. I'm eating imperial chicken right now. This is the driest chicken I've ever eaten. Awful
The food is great. The owners are very friendly and give us suggestions on menu items to try. They will even make menu items with a twist in the ingredients from the way they normally make it. Every time they do this, those dishes turn out fantastic. We pickup to take home from here all the time.
She was very polite and suggested the Mongolian beef. I do not usually like Mongolian beef at other places because it is too sweet, but I took her word for it and tried it, and it was delicious! The dish had everything I look for in quick Chinese food: tender meat, not stringy pieces with a lot of connective tissue, not too much sauce or garlic, and vegetables that are not overcooked, they actually hold their own flavor. The onions had a little char on them and it's hard to do that without wilting them to mush! So the chef is certainly skillful (you get to watch him work, by the way, always a plus, very reminiscent of southern waffle houses). I got the plain white rice and it was cooked perfectly, this is critical, if it was not good rice I would not come back. Their crab rangoons are made with a thinner "paper" than most, and I found them to be more crisp and lighter, and you actually taste the filling instead of starchy grease. Cost of Mongolian beef dish with three crab rangoons was $9.07 which is maybe a little higher than some Chinese restaurants but I found it to be very worth it considering the quality of ingredients and the amount of food I got. This place is between work and home for me, I think I will be stopping by a lot more in the future!

I used a s0ecial coupon for a good deal. 4 people ate for the price of one. Service was great. Even when my son mumbled his order, the attendent was thourogh in confirming the order. I would come back. I would recommend to friends and family. I had a good time.
Me and two friends decided to eat here one night after a production meeting and upon walking in, the cashier started to look at us really evil like. We started to order and she aggressively put in the orders while sighing at everything we chose to eat. When I put in my order, I asked for a combo and suddenly saw I could upgrade my drink to a float. When I asked about it, the cashier snatched my cup from the counter, sighed, and stormed to the back. She then came back out with a small portion of ice cream in it and slammed it down causing some root beer to spill out. I silently paid and sat down. Me and my friends looked at each other in horror trying to process what we just encountered. About 8 minutes later, I still did not have my food and the cashier came over to the table and said that her manager wanted to inform us the dining room was now closed. There were about 6 other people in the restaurant however she chose to single us out. I said I would hurry but I still have not received my food. She went to the back and brought it back out to me without saying a word. We felt bad because had we known it was almost closing time, we would have chosen somewhere else or just did the drive thru since I discovered shortly after we left that it was open an hour after the dining room closed.I have never felt more unwelcome while visiting a restaurant and honestly, it would take a lot for me to ever want to visit this place again or even recommend it. Many years ago, I have worked fast food and I would NEVER think of treating a customer like that. A store is open until a certain time and not 5,10,15 minutes before that time. While I am sorry that I may have caused a delay in someone going home, I am still offended by this treatment from this employee.
With this being an A&W/Long John Silvers all I can say is that root beer was really good. Our meal was fairly good as well but the place was a mess. The soda fountain was swimming in spilled soda, soaked napkins and ice yet none of the staff made any effort to clean up the mess. While placing our order the staff member assisting us just walked away in the middle of it so we had to wait for assistance from a different staff to finish our order. Our food did arrive fairly quickly and was sufficiently hot. That being said, this fast food place leaves a lot to be desired. Had it not been for us having a coupon I think we would've left and gone somewhere else to eat.
