This used to be our weekly takeout spot for pizza. But, in the last few months, the pizza has gone downhill. It seems like the ovens need to be turned up---the bottom crust is rarely completely cooked and the cheese isn't melted enough. We've had numerous times of getting the wrong pizza toppings and service tends to be just ok. I hope they can get things together again since we used to love it.

Not happy, we went to this pizza place for take out And returned home to find a taco pizza and it was missing the taco part. With so many pizza places in the area we won't be returning for a redeeming pizza.

Okay pizza but horrible service. Knew it was a bad sign when while waiting for my pizza the staff kept apologizing to everyone for the wait.

I did not dine in, so I can't review the restaurant, service, etc. It was carry out for us. We had the Carnivore. The sauce is really, really sweet! I typically like some sweetness to tomato based sauces to tame down the acidic bite, but this sauce was too sweet even for me. It was all I tasted. My man hated it based on the sauce alone. If you like super sweet sauce, then this is the pizza for you. I think the pizza would have otherwise been pretty good.

Just completely awful. My family of four walks in to Sam & Louie's for my little sisters tenth birthday. We get seated right away. There are 5 tables seated. The restaurant is dead. We sit, order, and wait for 45 minutes. No sign of our waitress. No salad. No nothing. We proceed to wait. Our salad comes with my dad's meal. Salad is supposed to come way before the meal right? So the chicken sandwich he ordered was cold and looked like death. We wait another 5-10 minutes for the rest of the food. The pizza came. Cold. Our fettucini Alfredo was ice cold. So we decide to complain. When we do we of course ask for a manager. Our waitress says (and I quote). "We have a cook tonight, no manager." So we complain about that too. She goes on to say "we are very busy tonight, sorry for the delay." There were five people seated in the entire restaraunt. So we walk out. When we do a man says "you shouldn't talk to your waitress like that." We just walk away. Hands down worst experience at any establishment ever. I won't return and will advise my friends and family to do likewise.
