Good subs. I thought they were better than JJ's. The big kahuna cheese steak had great flavor. The only complaint i have is there were 2 out of 4 times they were out of something. Once was bread and they still had 2 hours till closing time. Other than that great subs!

Love this place! Never once had a bad experience and food is always top notch. The Original #13 is my usual go to sandwich but can't go wrong with any of their many choices. The employees are always really friendly and one of them is a Cubs fan so they get extra points for that!

I had the roast beef and provalone. The meat and cheese where quality but what they did to the sandwich after putting the meat on took everything that was good about the sandwich and made it taste like oily lettuce. They doused the thing with what seemed like a quart of seasoned salad oil. They called it mikes way and promised it would be good. They wrapped it and I went on my way. When I opened the wrapper to take a bite I discovered a oil soaked soggy bread mess. They oil had absorbed into the bun. It was a foul tasting oil soaked mess. The taste was awful and the bread was the consistency of baby food. It was just gross. I might give them another try but with no salad oil on the sandwhich. If it's better next time I will give them more stars but as it stands now my experience was terrible. Oh and the water from the fountain tasted like it was filtered through a sock.

Had my man's favorite, the Italian sub, it was way better than I expected. He likes this place and is from Philly so that's saying something. I look forward to trying some other subs. They're also huge subs, we split one and I still had enough left over for lunch the next day.

This is a typical mid-tier sub sandwich shop. Food: My sandwich had a little more meat and a fair amount more flavor than a Subway or Blimpie sandwich...more on a par with Gandolfo's or Firehouse. There are about 20 sandwiches on the menu, but the choices of bread and toppings are fairly limited. My sandwich was very, very messy, due to the generous amount of oil and vinegar "juice." Atmosphere: The staff are enthusiastic, friendly, and efficient. There are a dozen or so tables, but the line of customers makes it impossible to get at half of them. Decor is generic subway/shore theme. Value: Sandwiches start at $4.95 for a mini veggie, and go up to $12.95 for a "giant" Italian. A 32 oz. fountain drink runs $2.09. I followed the lead of other customers and got my sandwich to go and supplied my own drink.

Just your average sub place. I would probably choose this place over subway BUT it was not very strategic of the owners to not offer a drive thru because Subway which is just a couple blocks up the street offers a drive thru... and I would so much rather pull up and get my sandwich than walk in... Also, the system to which a sandwich is order is chaotic. They probably needed two bays for this operation... as it was cramped -- and it seemed that the workers got very confused with the ordering process... and I think this was largely due to the small working area. The cashier messed up -- basically everyone's in lines order and had to keep apologizing and refunding cards etc... it was a mess. But the owner was very professional -- after the first refund to my card in an overcharge... and then she undercharged our card... the owner just let the undercharge go... which was adequate considering the time I was there dealing with all the mess with the cashier. It is really difficult to really rate the food... it is difficult to really make a terrible sub sandwich... they do overload the meat... which is cool if you LOVE meat. I do like the Mike dressing of the salad... which is lettuce, vinegar etc. The meat was of better quality than Subway. I really don't think it had a "Jersey" feel... and I've spent time eating at several Jersey sub restaurants... but that's a franchise for you... I wasn't really expecting it to... Really wish it was a drive thru... Hopefully they can expand to the bay next to theirs with a drive thru-- I think it will be a better return on their investment. Yes, it will cost more for their overhead but they will get more customers coming thru! All the folks that work or go to school close by (Bellevue university, high schools etc)... would probably love to have another drive-thru place... and healthy choice. So for that reason... I will stick to Subway.... but once in the blue moon when I am not hauling around kids-- I'll drop in for a sub. Lastly -- I really hope that they can streamline and shorten the lag time from when an order is placed until the time the order is in my hand. I was in the establishment for over 20-25 minutes... for a sub (took about 7 minutes to get to the ordering area... then about 5 minutes to complete my order. Around 5 minutes to get to the cashier... and 5-10 minutes for the cashier to mess around with refunding and charging my order

Loved Jersey Mike's when I was stationed in the east coast. I'm glad we've got some franchises here now in Omaha! Try the philly cheese steak varieties like The Big Kahuna #56. Thank me later :)

I was not impressed. They take the "fresh" factor a bit too far. In fact it was mostly just a waste of time. They slice the meat for each sandwich in front of you as it is ordered to make it appear to be "fresh." This honestly didn't make me think my food was any more fresh than what I would get at any other sandwhich shop, and just slowed down the process for actually getting our food. They also grill the toppings in front of you, one sandwich at a time, again slowing down the process. They have the most limited selection of toppings I've ever seen in a sandwich shop. I was overall unimpressed with the taste of my sandwich. They use a special combination of spices and dressings called "Mike's Way" that they put on each sandwich (as requested.) I felt like the Mike's Way just overpowered the flavor of the meats and cheeses on my sandwich. The staff however was friendly.

Last review pointed out the inadequacy of service and not having their process down to turn out sandwiches.........someone's listening because when I went back a couple of weeks later, the service and process was markedly better. Now when placing an order for hot sandwiches, they go ahead and take your name and you will be called when the sandwich is complete. Last time I had to wait 14 minutes for my hot sandwich and I was the only one getting one. This time, by the time I got to the end of the line to pay, my hot sandwich was handed to me. Good deal. Sandwich taste was okay. Interesting that the sandwich was not as good as it was previously, but still more than adequate.

Jersey Mike's finally opened in the Omaha area today (July 30, 2014), and as you could imagine the place was swamped. Given this fact, it did not take too long before I was able to order my sandwich, a Regular sized Original Italian made 'Mike's Way'. The bread tasted fresh, but the first thing you notice is that the meats and cheese are cut to order, you know it hasn't been sitting around wrapped up in a case somewhere. The prices are comparable to other Sub Shops, this has an easy and accessible location off of Cornhusker and Hwy 75. I will try it again, once staff is trained a little better.

Kinda pricey for a sandwich shop. But, you get a big ol piece of bread tons of meat, cheese, veggies, and don't forget the chilly sauce.

Easily the best sub shop in town. The turkey and provolone is my fave. Definitely get it "Mike's way" I only gave it four stars because it's a bit pricey so I don't go there as often as I'd like.

Pretty good place. We did take out and it was ready when my husband got there. Good sandwich enough meat on there. My husband like it when he was in New Jersey, he just said that most places should not franchise out. He said this was one of them.

I've tried Jersey Mike's on a couple occassions at this point and their cold sandwiches tastes like a Subway or Blimpie. Definetely not the quality for the price. Just look at the pictures of the meat to tell you the quality. Not good. I don't know why they put it in the window for everyone to see. Would not be able to recommend this shop to anyone I like!

Hi all! It's been quite some time since I have been on here to give a review. I sure hate that my first one in such a long time has to be a negative one, but that's the way the ball bounces, right? This will be a long one so I hope you can all bare with me. I'll start off by saying that I have heard nothing but great things about Jersey Mike's. Lots of folks that I know (and a few people that I don't know) have all told me how awesome this joint is...while the drool drips out of their mouth and their eyes glaze over. So I figured, what the hell...I like a good sub sandwich just like the next guy. With that being said, I will now go into my review of the Jersey Mike's that just recently opened in Bellevue, NE. Upon pulling up in the parking lot, I could tell they were completely full inside. This was to be expected since people flock to new eating establishments like moths to a flame. I was meeting a friend there for lunch and we both were eager to try them out so we decided to wait in the long line (over 20 minutes) for our food. The staff seemed friendly enough and I could tell they were working as fast as they could. So the slowness wasn't their fault...just lots of customers to serve at once. One thing that I liked is that while we were waiting in line, a lady came and took our order so she could get it back to the cooks (we were getting hot subs and not cold subs). I ordered the Chicken Parm sub. This is a breaded chicken breast on a hoagie roll with marinara and cheese. It sounded like a pretty good sub to try. By the time we got up to pay for our food, the sub was already completed and wrapped up. They didn't give us the option to add anything else to it. I am not sure if I was supposed to tell the lady that took the order or if I was supposed to tell the guy that was standing in front of the veggies and condiments. Nobody said one way or another. So when I went to pay, it was already too late. I decided not to worry about it and just take my sub and go eat. I had a regular size sub (around 6 inches or so) and added a bag of chips and a drink. My total cost was over $10! I almost choked when the cashier told me the price. At this point the negatives of this place were adding up. After paying a small fortune for a 6 inch-ish sub, we got our drinks and went outside to eat. The first two bites of my sub were nothing but bread. Seriously...no meat, no cheese, no nothing. My third bite must have had more to it than just bread because I had to chew longer before I could swallow. I'm sure you must be thinking (those that have stuck around this long) that I should know if I had more than just bread in my mouth because of the different flavors. Well, I would have thought that too...but there was NO flavor. None. Nada. Zilch. Zero! The "marinara" sauce tasted like all they did was open a can of tomato sauce or tomato puree (low sodium) and heated it up in a pot and then spooned some onto the sub. Really?? I can (and have on several occasions) make a better sauce than that! I mean, at least add some salt to it or something!! You would even think that the cheese would have added a little something to it, but no...NOTHING. I literally only took about three bites of my sub (after the first two of nothing but bread) and finally decided that I would no longer insult and assault my mouth and tastebuds with the blandness mass of ingredients they tried to pass off as a sub sandwich. Fot those of you that are die-hard Jersey Mike's fans, I have one question for you. Have you EVER eaten at another sub sandwich shop? Because if you have, I do not see how you can be so gung-ho about a very "sub" par place such as this. I don't know...maybe the "cold" subs are better. At least with those they give you the option to add veggies, spices, dressings and other such condiments. You guys can keep your Jersey Mike's. For those of you that haven't tried Jersey Mike's, please go and make up your own mind. Maybe you'll have a better experience than I did. As for me, I'll stick with Subway or Quizno's or even Charley's Grilled Subs! I hope you find this somewhat helpful in your meal time decision making. Cheers!

I have family in Delaware, so anytime I visit I get a sub(or 3...lol). The sub places there Are just different and better IMO. Jersey mike's is the closet I've had to a delaware sub(around here).
