This has got to be one of the best Mexican restaurants I've been too. The food was relatively cheap and very good. Service was very fast, both in terms of making the food and processing the payment. Moreover, the restaurant has a unique and quaint atmosphere that gives El Toro a special character.

This place is so cool!! Everything was great from the second we walked in. Excellent chips and salsa, mango/raspberry margarita was delicious! Chicken/steak lunch fajitas were a lot of food and a great price. Our waiter was awesome and the decor is great! Super fast, super delicious... Wish I didn't live 50 miles away so I could come more often. Definitely a great place to stop in Wahpeton!

You know why this place is getting a5star rating ....... Because there is nothing else open on a Monday evening in this town!!!! So five stars to the only place with mediocre food. The service is Mexican style and the great thing is they accept Amex so there 5 stars!

I recently moved here from Phoenix, and I wasn't expecting to find such an awesome Mexican food restaurant. I've been here several times and have tried a different dish each time as well. The chips and salsa are great and the service is fantastic. My favorite entree is the carne asada tacos. Definitely give this place a try.

We have never been disappointed with the food at El Toro! There are many good menu selections, so something for everyone. The atmosphere is fun, with themed decor and their service has been consistently good. We love the margheritas, the pitchers are huge, and a great price!

This restaurant truly deserves 6 stars! We travel the world for our business & the best mexican restaurants we found were in Scottsdale AZ, Windslow, Az, & Las Vegas, NM ... But we have a new winner ! The salsa & chips incredible the meals tasty flavorful & just right amount of heat! Margaritas perfect! In the little town of Wahpeton, North Dakota! How did something so good get here! Don't care it's amazing all of it! If you are traveling on interstate 29 through North Dakota it is well worth getting off the highway and making the 10 mile track into Wahpeton and if you live anywhere in the area Drive for this one .. It's sooooooo worth it!
