You won't believe this, but they actually give you FREE CHIPS! HOW COOL IS THAT?? They're veggie-friendly, too -- they don't make you eat any of their plentiful chicken or beef options. But -- this is the best part -- they have 20 margarita flavors! And you can order them without alcohol (virgin to the layman)! If you're wondering what those flavors are so you can prepare yourself for your next visit, then it's you're lucky day! Here we gooooo: strawberry banana kiwi banana kiwi wild berry banana pina colada electric blue raspberry strawberry grape peach orange mango banana mango strawberry kiwi turbo tangerine pulsar pink cherry orange cream watermelon lemonaide raspberry melon

I honestly wish I could give this place zero stars. We stopped here while traveling through hoping for a decent bite to eat. Boy was I wrong. The food took over 35 minutes and our server walked past our table multiple times without the least bit of urgency on her face. After the 3rd time of just strolling by I decided to ask her if she could check on our food( all we ordered was two grilled shrimp salads, and the majority of tables around us were eating even though they had been seated after my husband and I). The salad consisted of 4 little shrimp and a whole lot of diced tomato and bad iceberg lettuce. Overall a really bad experience from the service to the food. You'd be better off spending your money at the McDonald's across the street.

Stopped in while traveling thru. Poor beer selections. Why 3 kinds of domestic light beers? No high top tables in the bar but not much variety on TVs anyway (um the Tour de France. Is going on) but the food really bad. My hubby & I split a steak fajitas The meat was not sizzling when they brought it out, obviously something prepackaged they just warmed up. There was raw & greasy grilled onions on the platter & two big chunks of red pepper. Also a small bowl of equally greasy rice. Stay away.

Wish we could give no stars! This place was a horrible choice to pick for Mexican food! It took over an hour for food at lunch do if your in a hurry at lunch don't stop here! Chips were stale, husband had the southwest salad and all the lettuce was brown and cilantro ranch tasted like Kraft ranch with some cilantro chunks tossed in it, kids quesadilla was packed all dried out chicken with barely any cheese, us 3 got our food before the other kid got his burger (real bad when the youngest doesn't get to eat and waits over an hour for a kids burger) I had burrito con queso and it was horrible - chicken must be days old with rotten cheese!! Total disappointment

This place deserves ZERO STARS. In town for work, I chose to hit this place up the first night I was close because I've eaten at the Minot location several times over the last few months. The first night I was tired and chose a dish that looked like a winner. The plate they brought out wasn't even close to what I had ordered, but it was a large portion, so I ate it. It was "ok". Having stayed in town a little longer than I had anticipated, I decided to give this place another chance. I was rewarded with waiting at the front of the restaurant for almost 10 minutes without anyone even acknowledging my presence. Once seated I decided on the combo platter. What did I get? THE SAME WRONG DISH AS LAST TIME. Seriously. Either the cook is remedial, or the waiter didn't listen (he actually repeated my order to me when he took it) or flat out didn't care that it was completely wrong. I tried for about five minutes to get someone's attention to get the problem rectified, but no one seemed to give a shit. So, I went to the front, got the attention of a waitress and made damn sure they knew why I was leaving. Paradiso management should be ashamed.

I've been to the Paradiso in Fargo several times and always have had good service and good food, this place is a completely different experience! Go elsewhere

Service is great. You always get a big portion. Mexican is good and I'll say the burger is one of the best in town

Wow, the chips are terrible. I would have to have proof that they're not made out of cardboard. Dated decor, but reasonably clean. Service was prompt and friendly, if not quite competent. If you can't remember an order after 15 seconds, PLEASE write it down. Food was a throwback to the days when Mexican fare was nondescript flat things floating on a plate of greasy cheese. If you find yourself longing for those days, this is definitely your place.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
